Peppermint Brook Cottages was a nice stay, the cottage was lovely and clean inside. The location was very convenient and close to town. The outside area was lovely and the chickens added a farm/home stay. Definitely stay there again.

Great location, walking distance into town. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Clean all around and all amenities worked fine. A clean up under the couches and bed would be great, just notice that when my sons toys fell under.

The cottages were very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for families, the free breakfast orange juice, milk and cereal was a nice touch. It is very quiet and the outdoor fire pits with wood supplied was great.

Peppermint Brook Cottages are an excellent place to stay and would definitely be our preferred location on our next visit to Margaret River. It is easily within walking distance to town but also close to lovely bush walks. The setting is lovely and you feel out in the country despite the close proximity to town. Manage Sue was brilliant to communicate with prior to and during our stay. Knowing that I am keen on birds she was kind enough to come to our cottage to let us know of bird sightings. The cottages are not new but are well maintained and well equipped and very comfortable and clean. I thoroughly recommend these cottages. They are well priced and definitely a great place to stay.

A beautiful holiday place in central Margaret River. Short stroll to Main Street and very close to walking trail. Just the corner of the street and a great bush trail. Probably lacked a swimming pool for families. That didn’t both. Us

Short walk (10minutes) to town, restaurants, pubs and other attractions. Very quiet and in a lovely setting. Outdoor fireplace with wood was great. Can self-cater. Cottages provided a starter breakfast pack that was a lovely touch.

Spent 3 nights and 2 days exploring Margaret River area. Peppermint Brook Cottages are well located in Margaret River about a 15 minute walk into town. The cottages are very well equipped and clean located in a peaceful garden setting next to bushland. A very pleasant place to stay!

A cozy cottage with full kitchen facilities, dining space, lounge and parking space. The manager is kind that we got a bottle of wine produced in Margaret river. Would recommend the stay with a group/family.

The kids looked forward to playing on the trampoline and at 5pm daily, with the roaming chicken! Get ready $1 & $2 coins if you want to use the communal laundromat ($3/wash & min $1 to use the dryer) as the office may not be opened. Matchsticks provided to light the gas stove or you can bring a longer lighter. Toasty electric blankets for the colder nights.

While the place is beautiful, comfort to stay, but lack of followings: 1. Breakfast only provided on first day, 2nd day nobody come refill 2. Wifi coverage is weak, the signal is not stable too 3. No house cleaning on 2nd day

We were thoroughly impressed with Peppermint Brook Cottages - for the price we paid nothing in Margaret River comes close! We are a new family with a 10 month old and wanted the flexibility of having a second bedroom and a kitchen/living area so we didn't have to sit in the dark once he went to bed. The furnishings and the comfort offered well surpassed my expectations. Would certainly recommend!

Lovely 2 night stay with everything we needed and lots of room.We had 2 teenagers so in their room had a queen and two bunks .Disappointed that each unit had a "burning" pit outside each cottage and the two nights we were there most occupants had open fires that smoked us out .We had to close everything up as most uncomfortable Really strange activity that is allowed to happen in such a fire conscious area in WA right alongside a large bank of trees and other dried foliage .Very trusting as no one on our arrival but name on a notice board and key in the unit. Apart from the smoke from the fires a lovely experience and would recommend and stay there again .appreciated the complimentary bottle of lovey local wine .

Easy access, within 5 minutes walk to shops, premises clean, hot showers, family friendly environment such as lawn, table settings, barbecues, swings. Cottages are clean, well appointed and the complimentary breakfast for one morning is a lovely offer. The complimentary bottle of wine is a bonus! Staff are welcoming and friendly. Would recommend this accommodation as a very pleasant place to stay.

It was a great place to stay while discovering the Margaret River region. Easy drive to the Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, the many magnificent caves and we even drove to the wonderful Country Life Farm.

At the last minute my partner was unable to come in holiday, however, I still enjoyed my stay which was very relaxing. The cottage was fully equipped for self catering and nice walk to town
