Stayed here numerous times and as always it was a great stay.
4.0
The hotel itself is very nice and has an XL parking area for guests which is great. The downside started when I walked in to talk to the front desk to check in - she passed me my keys and didn’t explain any of the amenities: hours of operation for the gym, the pool, the laundry, the restaurant… etc.
She said everything I needed would be on this little sheet that was attached to my room key package.
I chose this hotel because I wanted to feel safe and comfortable in a nicer hotel in the area, and it almost felt like the service at front desk was more like a 1 star motel.
The room itself was super comfortable, and I got room service since I was exhausted from a long drive. It arrived promptly within 25 minutes (you pay for this separately) and the meal was delicious.
Overall I enjoyed the actual hotel room, though didn’t even know there was a gym until later so I ended up spending 3 hours in the room watching TV.
I would probably try a different hotel next time. Just to see what other ones are like in the area.

It was such a great stay. Great good and amazing spa.

Parking was an issue; definitely not enough spaces for handicap parking.
Food in restaurant was delicious but expensive.
The public pictures do not portray the property accurately, it’s in a congested, high traffic area.
Room was clean and comfortable, towels, although clean, showed their age.

The room stank and the air quality was very bad.. we arrived late to the property and we were very tired.. on top of the air quality, the toilet was full of poop.. I don't recommend this property...

Everything was Perfect as usual

The hotel was chosen for its location, we were taking the ferry the following morning.
Our room was fine, great lighting and comfortable bed. You can see that the rooms had been renovated, but the ceilings are super low. Having said that, the room was fine and clean. We had a great dinner at the restaurant.

Very convenient location. Very large, clean room. Unfortunately, the sound of the AC unit was so loud at night... It was really annoying. Not sure we'll stay there again.

Good and clean

Terrible parking. musty smells. Dirty carpet in the stairwell. Like - who puts a carpet in a stairwell?!

Was checked into a room with a plugged toilet-dirty. Obviously bathroom was not cleaned. We were moved to another room but it questioned the overall cleanliness of the rooms.

Pet friendly property in lovely town. Good amenities for the kids with a pool. Spa on-site for adults if you wanted it. Good dining options. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Exhaust fan in toilet did not work properly. Water didn’t drain properly from bath tub. There could be a kettle in the room to boil water. However, other facilities available in the room were quite ok and comfortable

Quick one night stay with our dog on the way to the Gaspé coast. The “dog rooms” seem to all be on the first floor allowing for easy access to outside for the dog. Bonus was we had an assigned parking spot right outside the door. Good sized room with a Queen plus queen Murphy bed which worked really well for the four of us. And the dog fee was just $35 - easily half what other hotels charge. We will definitely be back!

Way too expensive, not worth the price at all. Will not return. Pool water was murky and crowded, hot tub was barely warm, small room, large and crowded, couldn’t get a reservation for dinner at restaurant, and location was not very nice amid a parking lot and construction site.

We arrived late but received a beautiful, well appointed room. Clean and quiet in room 360. Must be part of the new renovation. Only minor concerns; would be difficulty in finding parking as the place was full, but can’t hold that against the hotel really, and the shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced as it was heavily corroded. Of the three different hotels we stayed in travelling to and from Montreal, this is our number 1. I would highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The food was amazing and the staff was so polite

A very nice stay all around. Thank you.

Our check-in experience was very disappointing. We had reserved and paid for a room with two Queen beds several months ago and when we checked in we were told it was not available. The third member of our party had to sleep on a pull-out bed. Secondly, we were charged a $200 cleaning deposit for smoking, and we do not smoke. During the past few days this charge was reversed on my credit card, but now appears again as a Pending Transaction, so I may be charged a second time. All of this has made for a bad experience.

verry nice

Hotel for family with young children. The pool is great, with a splash, but noisy and overcrowded by the children.
Take care for wet floor and wet elevator…

The pool area was nice and the families with kids were enjoying it!
Didn’t have much time to explore the spa facilities.

Easy access off the highway. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet

It’s just ok. Wifi is terrible! Hot tub was cold. Has a nice old school arcade for kids, room is clean. One elevator for entire place….if your stopping through it’s fine, would not do extended stay.

Property was clean and comfortable. Could not have had a worse experience at the pool with lifeguard chasing down 5 year old to yell at them for running for 3 steps, chastising a 3 year old for wanting to go down the big slide, and being generally unfriendly and unwelcoming. Hotel was good; lifeguard left a bad impression.

The room was bright and newly upgraded. The pool was a lot of fun for all of us! Highly recommend.

The Pros:
We drove from Moncton, NB to Montreal and this was a very convenient stop midway.
Hotel very nice, rooms are big and clean with mini fridge and microwave, little table and chairs. This hotel also has a pool with a waterslide great for families with kids.
Cons: For the high price we paid in a small town, we thought it should include a contentinal breakfast.
Access to the baths at the hotel Spa was very expensive.
$100 for a couple for only 4 hours.
The spa area with the baths was very small and disappinting. 3 small pools : One hot tub, one warm and one cold). I believe that hotel guests should get a better rate at the Spa on weekends and not just Mon. to Thurs.

Very busy property as staying during peak tourism. Service was efficient even if busy. Classic rooms are no frills but fine. Bathroom is quite small and shower pressure was a bit low. Property has extensive amenities but my stay was too short to partake. I recommend!

Breakfast was excellent, staff is friendly and proffessional, the place is clean. The only flaw was comfort (only thick pillows available which don't work for me) and the spa water was cold. Aside from that all was great

Front desk staff are wonderful; drive up rooms with sliding doors and a dedicated parking spot are amazing if you have little kids/lots of luggage to bring in!
