Good for the price. Not very close to subway so you will walk a lot

This was great. Love the little outside space too. We used it after the concert we went to. If I ever need to be in Brooklyn again we will definitely stay here.

Hotel is convenient to Williamsburg as well as Bed Stuy areas.
Room was very quiet. Small hotel but full. Management was friendly and responsive to questions and recommendations in the area.
It was generally clean but felt worn with frayed sheets and some stains on well cleaned items. I asked for and promptly was given replacement sheets.
It was great for our needs and will stay again with family nearby.

It’s okay, nothing luxurious but not bad. The area around is one of the filthiest places I’ve been in nyc but that’s not their fault. When checking for bedbugs I noticed that the linen were stained and the food from previous guests had not been removed from the fridge which was not enjoyable but I mean it’s fine. Also the room was not for 4 people, those beds were very small I’d say 2 people unless you are very small. The bed was comfy and overall the room was clean and the price was cheap so it was good.

Advertised as accommodating 4 adults, this was merely a small studio flat with only two just-larger-than-single beds. Had to rent a rollaway bed, which had broken springs and non-supportive mattress. Paint-work was badly damaged by previous occupants resting back of chair against the wall. MDF bathroom furniture boards were swollen out of shape. No kettle to make tea, only a coffee filter. Unfortunately, the nearest G line train was out of service. Surrounding street sidewalks constantly populated by multitudes of garbage bags and many large foraging rats. Had to put deposit for "incidentals" but yet to have this returned, 6 days on.
Pluses: 1. Staff largely friendly, although not all were helpful, particularly one who, on questioning about the state of the rollaway bed, merely unapologetically remarked, "They're all like that!" 2. Bus stops close by with relatively reliable service. 3. Relatively quiet neighbourhood. 4. Air conditioner worked.

Good room for the price.

Don't get a room at the end of the hall because the traffic will keep you up all night. This hotel is quite basic and housekeeping does not provide the same basics from one room to the next, in fact they were often missing altogether. No ice available anywhere in the hotel. The pillowcases were twice the size of the very soft small pillows.
There is 1 person in reception who is not always there and the phone number provided to call for assistance does not ever answer or reply to messages left. There is no one there at all during night hours for assistance so don't lose your key!
Bed was on the better side. DirecTV offered plus HBO and Cinemax.
The hotel is in the middle of an orthodox jewish neighborhood with lots of families and children walking around, so it's quite safe walking alone.
There's nothing close by though you can reach other parts of Brooklyn by bus and train, and the same for Manhattan. If most of your business or pleasure is in the city, this location is not that convenient.

Clean and spacious room. The AC worked great. It was perfect timing during a very very hot weekend.

The towels were dirty and I communicated this with the young lady at the front desk, but the second time we got towels they had black stuff on them and were still
not clean towels…

I LOVED this hotel! Amenities, staff, quietness on a Saturday night!, comfort of bed, sleekness of shower. And location plus free street parking! What more can you ask for in BROOKLYN?? Just book it, it’s great! Oh, and we had our own balcony and there’s an open courtyard in the back to hang out in nice weather. Elevator, snack machine, free coffee and water all day.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was hard to get a hold of, it took 24 hrs to get a 3 towel for our room of 3 people.

This would have been an excellent stay however it was difficult. Day 1 I didn’t notice that there was a spotlight on above my bed that had a broken switch until I returned late to sleep and had a very hard time with suck a bright light shining down. I had to be up early for a funeral and when I returned for my second night I told the young man at the desk about the light and ge said he would message housekeeping immediately. After a few hours I went down again and he said housekeeping had already left and after 8 and he himself could not fix the night or help. Again.. night 2 very hard to sleep.

The beds are very comfortable. They used to give breakfast before Covid, and it was good. There is limited dining around the hotel, and it would be nice if they bring it back.

I went to the hotel to check in, but was blocked entry from a group of Jewish congregation who blocked the street leading to the hotel. We had to check into another hotel. When I tried to contact the hotel concerning the situation, the phone only ring for 45 minutes with no response. I tried calling 2 times with no response. I need a refund for accommodations.

This hotel was nice and it was surprisingly super clean! Loved the bed and how comfy it was. The staff was polite and courteous. The only complaint I had was the overpowering bleach smell of the pillow cases being too strong. Switch detergents or cut down on the bleach, other than that it would be 10’s all around.

This hotel is very clean, spacious, and in a good location to where I was trying to go. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and security was excellent.

Room (502) had dirty and torn drapes, lights that didn't work, broken hair dryer, and tub had suspicious speckles on it. Safety lock was broken resulting in my having a chair next to the door and not sleeping well at night. Desk person said there are no available rooms and promised that it will be fixed next morning. Upon leaving the next morning, when confirming with another desk person, they didn't know anything about the lock and that evening when I came back, it was not fixed. The next (third) desk person was able to find me another room (401) with a functioning safety lock. That room had an air conditioner that didn't turn off and a tub faucet that was leaking. In addition the front foyer has torn sofas to sit and wait for your ride and the whole place is not worth the price.

1. Someone walked into our hotel
Room about 3 hours into our stay (6pm Friday) they unlocked the door and said “hello hello”?!? We jumped off the bed and they shut the door and left, never saw the woman….so frightening. 2. The kitchen faucet was not actually attached to the sink, just floating, did not want to use. 3. Random vacuum cleaning in the hallway at all times? 4. Weird noise coming from bathroom fan 5. Asked for a late check out in the “Special request” field upon booking and explained our late flight out, asked the front desk
Clerk when we checked in and she said “no problem, just tell your room cleaner In the morning”, on Friday morning tried to contact the front desk clerk, no one was there, waited for 20 minutes with 2 other men attempting to check out (no clerk, tough to do), finally went to the room and called the front desk and an extraordinarily rude young woman said “I’m at the front desk and you can only have 1 hour, that is a late check out from 11-12, that’s 1 hour. Like math? So rude, unnecessarily. Would not recommend. Weird random mean uncomfortable.

The management is allowing all night gang b. six parties with zero customer support to assist decent guests who want to have a safe & peaceful night of sleep and now I found out afterwards that it’s a known problem in this hotel for a long time already

This hotel is a hidden gem. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were in town for a concert and needed a place to stay. I would choose this hotel again for future stays while in NYC.

Bed was really comfortable, everything was clean.
My only recommendation is to improve towels, they were small.

The room was clean but needed upgrades. The desk chair was torn in several places, coffee machine didn’t work, peeling paint on bathroom ceiling, stains on the pillow inside the pillow case, cracked tiles in the shower and when I entered the room the door to a small balcony was open which I found unsettling. I was able to turn down the heat on the heating h it but couldn’t turn it off completely which was annoying because the fan was quite loud.

Great staff and comfortable bed…..door slams all night took away from the experience but the hotel was very nice on the inside….a lot of garbage all over the sidewalks and the street outside.

The hotel flagged my reservation as fraud because my card declined 5x 2 weeks before my reservation date and they never bothered to call me or reach out in any form to ask for another card. When I arrived at the hotel to check in I was checked in as usual but 3 hours later after trying multiple cards to pay for my room found out that the hotel flagged my reservation as fraud because of the multiple declined transactions and had to find another hotel after a 6 hour plane ride and 20 degree weather. On top of that there was mold and dust everywhere.

Our stay was great. No complaints. Staffs were amazing! I would stay again. Very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Chose this hotel as it is close to Pratt institute. Decent place. No regrets thou it cannot be termed as a hotel that one may expect in the gulf or India.
