Stayed here for one night for a weekend trip to the mountains. Lovely old property and friendly owners - lots of information on the area and history of the house.
Room was comfortable and warm on a very cold night outside. Great views and well located to explore the area. Breakfast was fantastic and great start to the day in the dining room.

Our stay was lovely, Cath and Lew were great hosts, giving us great recommendations and directions for local attractions. Our room was tidy and quite cozy, the covered walkout porch from the room was delightful in the mornings, and breakfast might have been the highlight of each day, it was delicious

This really is a rare gem! The cottage and grounds were beautiful. I really didn’t want to leave. And what an amazing history!

We had a very relaxing overnight stay. Our room was spacious, clean and opened up to a veranda overlooking the manicured grounds. Our host was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was very nice.

The self contained cottage is very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen so we can prepare our own meals.
Perfect location to explore the Blue Mountains and Wentworth Falls.

Superb location and fine accommodation. Lovely breakfast served in the dining room which has excellent views. Lew was extremely helpful recommending great hikes. Really convenient for exploring the Blue Mountains The property has been brilliantly restored and the gardens which surround the property are a pleasure to be in. Would return and recommend.

The views were amazing. The breakfast was great and the location was so convenient for local tourist attractions and shopping at Leura and Katoomba. We also visited local art galleries. We definitely will return.

Lovely spot with charming host. Walking distance to the village which has plenty of cafés etc. Comfortable rooms, and the breakfast is excellent.

Loved our 4 nights at Silvermere, everything was amazing and Lew was particularly helpful and such a lovely gentleman! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Fabulous room and best breakfast we had. The dining room is very beautiful. Stunning view. Although we had a private bathroom but it's 2 rooms away from our room. I didn't really enjoy our
stay that much as we need to use the separate toilets in the middle of the night. The room was clean and comfy.

The service is so good and the place is gorgeous .We enjoy the sunrise viewing from the garden and also the fireplace in the guest lounge.

What a great place to stay. Lew was very welcoming and we had a a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The breakfasts were magnificent. We also had dinner at Silks on Saturday night. Our table was set up in the guest lounge. It was very private and special. Lew ensured the fire in the guest lounge was always well stoked. A wonderful weekend away!

Silvermere is a lovely property with a beautiful view of the mountains. Lew was very warm in welcoming us and check in was prompt and simple.
The breakfast was generous and the homemade granola scrumptious ! We also really enjoyed the dinner from Silk's Brasserie which operates out of Silvermere.

We had a wonderful 4 day getaway at Silvermere. Our host Peter was fantastic! Our accommodation was clean and super comfortable, and the spa bath was just what the doctor ordered after long days out and about. The heritage house is set amongst lush gardens with views right across to Mt Wilson, just the best spot for the second cup of coffee after breakfast . Silks Brasserie on site was top notch fine dining. We will return.

Host was lovely and breakfast was very fresh and delicious. A great experience overall. Our room had a separate (private) bathroom down the hall which we weren’t expecting.

The guest house is a heritage building in a good condition set in a beautiful garden. The hosts are very lovely and the rooms nice and clean. It feels like a wonderful home.

Overall an enjoyable stay, albeit brief. Property is well located, hosts are both friendly and attentive, wholesome breakfast. We would definitely return for a longer stay should we again revisit the Blue Mts in future.

Everything was so nice, we were very happy with our stay and will stay again. Great hosts, quiet location, scenic, nice gardens, comfortable, warm, walking distance to restaurants ( we recommend the Bowls Club Bistro ), walking track around the lake. Everything was spot on for us :-)

A beautiful property thoroughly and sensitively restored and operated as a high quality B& B. It is very well located between the shops and the golf course with easy access to the highway and hence other mountain attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the friendly, attentive but unobtrusive service. We’ll be back.

Fantastic property and wonderful hosts. Our family of 4 stayed in the Maids Quarters and it was perfect for us. The rooms were warm, the beds comfy and the living and kitchenette space were great. The view from the property is beautiful, the breakfast delicious, and the grounds were not only beautifully kept but also a great space for our kids to run around in the Blue Mountains sunshine. Highly recommend and we will be back.
