Very affordable room with free parking. Friendly receptionist.
For a hotel in the one-star category, you don't expect much. But if you only need the essentials for an overnight stay, you will be satisfied. But even in this category, the hotel is definitely not recommended. Worn-out building, not maintained. Facilities not as described (missing towels, incomplete bed linen, all not even at extra cost). Poor cleanliness of the bed sheets. Virtually no daylight, as there is only one tiny window. Inadequate artificial room lighting (no ceiling lighting, only weak wall lamps). Missing shower curtain, therefore no showering possible in tiny bathroom cell with toilet, otherwise everything would have been under water.

cheap.
All of it. It should be pulled down.

when I arrived at the hotel, I had a problem... the hotel reception desk was closed, and to get the key and check, I entered all the data on the self-service device and a problem arose... it was indicated that there was a problem with my reservation and I needed to go to the reception desk, which was closed. .. after several unsuccessful attempts to call the reception desk, I went to sleep in the car.... in the morning, when I contacted the reception desk, they told me that I did not show up.. but I presented them with a receipt from the bank about debiting the funds and they advised me to contact the booking office.... what should I do in this situation and how should I get my money back

It was the cheapest we could find.
It's sort of at the back of a trading estate and there are no footpaths or pedestrian crossings to get to the retail park.

There was no really anything to like about, except perhaps its slightly less than an hour's drive from CDG airport.
The room and bathroom was really small, not suitable for a family. It was also warm and stuffy with no air-conditioning, we had to open the window to ventilate, but this also meant we were woken up several times in the middle of the night by other visitors who checked-in late. There was also no kettle and insufficient lighting in the room.

Location nxt to to shopping area and eateries. Great value for money at Buffet Mystere 2mins walk away. Breakfast minimal. Unable to visit Gothic Cathedral( time constraints) but would encourage to do so as looks amazing from a distance dominating sky-line.
France in heat-wave for over week. No room fans available for customers to use/rent so we (thankfully) bought one locally. Still uncomfortably hot as no available a/c. Plus, no shower-curtain in cubicle! When mentioned to reception they were disinterested.

The rooms were quiet and clean. The facilities were fine. We had 3 rooms next to each other, as requested and parking was free. The hotel was a short walk from a lovely buffet restaurant.
The breakfast looked very limited, so we skipped it.

Number of beds per room.
Room dirty, noisy, no maintenance within the room.

The best is the cheap price, a room with double bed and single bed for 42€. There was a mirowave and a minifridge in the room. Free parking.
The worst was the dirty bathroom. It looked clean at first but the toilets were very dirty (see photo) and the shower had a dirty smell. I had to run water ro remove the smell.
The room is small for 3 people. The blanket had cigarette holes and stains. There were housekeeper hairs on the sheets. Noisy, I was awoken at 8 am by the heavy doors of the other rooms then at 9 am, the housekeepers are banging loudly on the doors, on purpose, to wake the customers in order to clean the rooms.
