Fantastic team!

Good check in, but reception area is very hot, and mosquitoes are waiting for you to step in to feed on you!
Picked ocean view room (#301) very clean! Furniture Needs to be updated. Shower small. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as they don't provide.TV very small and the remote didn't work. Breakfast is not many options and not many choices. Service was good.
The 3 thermal pools are nice and relaxing. Clean premises. They alternate jets in between pool (i think to save energy)
The last day we checked out but remained for a few extra hrs . They charge an extra €15 per person to use their premises. They don't provide a room for you to shower and change. You have access to the pool shower (outdoor) and to change they provide portable cabins. Very uncomfortable process.
When we left, one of the workers ran after us for €29, which we paid cash at the bar as we were already checked out. Even though they made a mistake, it was incredibly offensive and embarrassing to be chased down the bus station.
Overall it was a good experience. Just a few little things that would improve the hotel a great deal. I guess that is the reason it's rated a 3 stars.

Everything was extraordinary little piece of paradise. If I could offer one piece of feedback, it would be that I think the age rules were too strict for the thermal pools.
My son is 14 and was only allowed to use one of the pools and when I visited some of the adult only thermal pools I saw other people his age in the pools. I felt bad that my son was not able to join me.

Incredible garden, great breakfast, beautiful views, helpful staff in terms of arranging rides. But I would not stay here again. The pools are heavily advertised with models without swim caps, which are required. I understand there's a cultural difference here, but also can't find a legitimate reason for this rule. The AC is only powered from 2pm-9am and the unit in our room didn't actually work even when powered. Tiny shower, ratty towels. Janky furniture, doors, and locks.

This is a wonderful and charming hotel.
It has four thermal pools. The room was beautiful with views of the ocean and the gardens. The breakfast buffet was wonderful wonderful. The air conditioning was perfect and strong. The location is outstanding near the Poseidon and near top restaurants across the street. The beach is directly across the street. The staff and the owner were wonderful. I love this place so much

Family run hotel. Pools are excellent , quiet and well looked after. Staff is great and very professional and helpful. Great location close to a nice beach and good restaurants. No regrets booking this stay!

Our first time visiting Ischia and we booked a stay at this charming hotel. It’s located about 25 mins from the main port as we took a ferry from Sorrento. This unique hotel has several relaxing natural thermal pools all different temperatures. It was amazing to sit in the pools especially during sunset drinking an aperol
Spritz! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and roomy enough. The only thing is the rooms did not come with any shampoo or conditioner, so that was inconvenient because I didn’t pack any. Also you need to bring your own pool towels or you can rent for $3 euros and because of the thermal pools you need a swim cap or buy one from hotel for $2 euros. Another thing to note that the taxis are quite expensive in Ischia and I recommend having the hotel book them as it saved us money. All in all, I would stay here again.

Not really a hotel, more a spa with rooms. The pools and gardens are fine. The rest is average. Sorry. Breakfast, low quality, construction noise, regularly, safe, comedy....

We booked this property because of its proximity to Ischia's Poseidon Spa - but the four (4) pools on the hotel property were so wonderful, we never left! This is a friendly, family run, hotel with exceptional service in a great location. The decor and tiled floors in the rooms are colorful artsy local decor and the breakfast buffet is terrific. We expect to return to the hotel often and are giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the bed was as hard as concrete making it impossible to get comfortable. So, while our daytime experience was fantastic, the nights were a little rough!

The Semiramis is a beautiful hotel with stunning views. The landscaping and the 5 pools makes it feel like a resort hotel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating and the rooms were immaculate. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

This place was like an oasis following a week in Naples! A venue designed for relaxation which doesn't disappoint. The hotel offers a tranquil environment and the relaxed atmosphere and the staff are very professional and helpful. The local restaurants are also very good. But ..... don't expect fast wifi, nothings operates at pace here!

Stayed at an ocean view room. *Pro: Tranquil and beautiful. Not a hotel but rather home-like feel. Reminded me of Hawaii. It was located at a walking distance from one of the best thermal pool park, Poseidon. *Con: it should’ve offered more for $230/night room. the room was smaller than the pictured. No batteries in the remote. Pool towel is charged (€4/towel).

The entire property was beautiful. Lots of beautiful flowering plants, palm trees, and cacti. The 4 pools are also amazing - very clean and with different temperatures and massaging jets. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was also excellent. Five minute walk to Poseidon and several good restaurants. Also right across the street from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good thermal pool on site, as well as being very close to Poseidon thermal park and Citara beach, while still being nicely secluded. Good breakfast (and a few lunch choices) with a handful of restaurants nearby. A little too far to easily walk to Forio, but regular (if sometimes very full) buses available.

Gorgeous hotel with multiple pools, lush greenery, and great location steps from the beach! We had a relaxing and wonderful two night stay, and never even made it to the nearby large thermal pool park because the pools onsite were so perfect. Spacious room, lovely breakfast, easy to/from the ports via bus.

From the first moment you arrive you realise you have chosen the best hotel for location, views, comfort and a quality service - faultless.

The hotel was very secluded and it has plenty of character, service was extremely good.

Lovely stay from the ever brilliant Semiramis. One of my favourite hotels in Europe! Slightly disturbed by tables being moved in the breakfast room above early in the morning - but not a big deal. Would recommend a sea view room if you fancy a lie in.

Superb location close to the beach, transport and the Poseidon Gardens thermal spa. The hotel has a large thermal pool

With it's own thermal pool and only 5 minutes from Poseidon thermal gardens and beach, lovely small family run hotel, nice restaurants nearby and in Forio town

we stayed at The Semiranis for 4 days. It's a lovely place. Lush exotic gardens surround a thermal pool. Our room had a fabulous view of the sea, large with antique furniture and local tiles. Every inch is sparkly clean. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and organised my husbands scuba diving and hiring of a scooter plus charged our mobile phones for us. Will definitely be going back.

I spent days even weeks trying to book a hotel on Ischia. At the last minute I changed hotels and booked Hotel Semiramis because I wanted to be near Forio because of recommendations that this was the side of the island we should be and because I wasnt going to make my mother walk too far! I was right to trust my instincts. This charming, family run hotel, 5 minutes from the beautiful, clear, sandy beach as well as the extraordinary Poseidon had everything we could possibly want including the large volcanic heated swimming pool that you could dip into before breakfast, which incidentally was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had, beauty treatments and massages at a very reasonable price, and outside space in an exotic garden created by architect, artist and owner of the Semiramis to play a game in the evenings with a glass of beautiful Ischian wine from the bar before walking 2 minutes down to the beach again to eat in one of six or seven incredible and not too expensive restaurants popular with Italians and foreigners alike. So great was this hotel and so enchanted by Ischia we have become that we have sworn to return next year.

Lovely family run hotel laid out around a pleasant pool and garden. Staff and very friendly and helpful and can arrange anything you ask. Rooms are clean and cool. Situation is perfect. A very short walk from Gabbiano beach and some very good restaurants.

The staff were lovely throughout but we were disappointed when we arrived at the hotel by the area around. The cafes and restaurants in the area looked really tacky, not helped by lots of areas taped off where works may or may not have been happening. The walk up to the hotel is also not inspiring. The beach area is not that big and mostly taken up by private beach owned by the water park or the cafes. There is a small area of public beach that isn't very inspiring. You can walk into the town which takes about half an hour and is much nicer though the walk isn't that great in itself. Nice views of the sea but slightly depressing string of houses and closed restaurants along the way. The room was fine, the shower was good and it was really quiet except for the last night when fireworks were incredibly loud. The pool is very pleasant, we hadn't expected it to be a thermally heated pool but that was a nice change from the sea. There is no restaurant at the hotel but the breakfast was very nice with lovely views from the room. We got the public bus to the hotel which was packed and quite an experience but the hotel arranged a very easy transfer back to the airport which was far less stressful with luggage.

We choose this hotel because it is five minutes walk from Poseidon.
The rooms on the top floors are old-style, which means that you will sleep with door open (and fan turned on).
That means that you will hear your neighbors returning late and talking.
I recommend using silicon earplugs.
Mattress and pillows are very firm.
