About this apartment rental
The new East-West tram stops right outside the apartment, giving direct connections to Nice Centre and the Airport. The minimum stay in this property is 4 nights. This property has a lift, but please note that there is a small flight of stairs at entrance level and again when you exit the lift on the 6th floor. There is also a flight of stairs in the apartment from the 6th to the brand new 7th floor Penthouse bedroom (see video tour of this new floor in the photos below).

The communication from the moment I enquired about the apartment until we arrived was exceptional. The host and their representative were very friendly, timely and informative.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location near the tram stop. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The balcony was ideal to sit on at night watching the world go by.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a fantastic base in Nice, with great facilities and amenities.

Nolans. Old Nice was a 10 minute walk and the rest of the Riviera was accessible by train tram or bus.

This apartment was great for 4 adults and a 16 month old! Took the tram from Nice airport and it is located at the last stop. You can walk or tram almost anywhere. Highly recommended especially if you don’t want to rent a car. Communication was no problem with host. Highly recommend!

The penthouse is ideally located above the port with breathtaking views. We were met upon arrival, given a tour of the accommodations and restaurant options. All the comforts of home are provided including a/c on warm afternoons. Easy walking to Nice attractions and dining. My friends and I highly recommend Chris and his team of professionals. Superb!

The location cannot not be beat! Easy access to everything and restaurants and grocery store are within steps. It was the views from the main living area that captured us. The penthouse ensuite was separate so additional family members could gave privacy. The mail living kitchen area is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. There are 2 half flights of stairs before and after the lift but all very manageable. Would book again!

The apartment is very clean, fully equipped and located in a great neighbourhood with a wonderful view on the port. It is very comfortable for 5 people. As tram 2 stops in front of the house, it is really easy to access from the airport.

We love this penthouse flat and can't wait to stay there again. I stayed in the upstairs bedroom and it was wonderfully quiet and comfortable. We didn't do any cooking, but when we needed something from the kitchen, it was there.
There is a fabulous bakery around the corner. Most mornings we had pain au chocolat and express on the balcony overlooking the marina. What a great way to start the day!
We walked our legs off all over Nice. We had the most scrumptious meals from Ban Thai to Seen at the Anantara. Giovanni's Pizza is a local delight. Giovanni speaks at least three languages fluently and is a lively host. Enjoy your stay!

The two-story apartment was perfect for our travel group of 6 offering everything you need to sleep and live and some amenities like tech equipment for washing, dishwashing, TV, wifi, heating/cooling and coffee making. 3 bathrooms mean no morning congestion and you are quickly seated at the breakfast table or balcony with the perfect view on the Nice harbor. Bakery and supermarket are around the corner, as well as bus and streetcar stops. A small elevator makes it easy to return to the 6th floor (only a few steps left) A wide variety of nice restaurants are right outside the door, yet not noisy at night (at least in October) as the bedrooms face out the back. The furnishings offer everything you need, relying on open shelving instead of stuffy closets. The apartment is very well maintained and super clean. The communication on site went smoothly, the answers to questions in advance always came promptly. Our request for an early check-in was met without complications, the handovers ran absolutely on time. The perfect location for the perfect stay in Nice!

The location of this home can’t be beat. Right on the tram line for quick access to other parts of Nice as well as the airport. Gorgeous views of the port! Hop on/hop off bus has a stop a short walk away.
The home is very clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice that we were 2 couples and we were able to have our own space - one couple stayed upstairs and one downstairs. The only thing that would have made our stay easier would be to have a starter kit of essentials. A small amount of laundry detergent (with some instructions on how to start the washer), body wash in the bathroom showers, some extra toilet paper ..As soon as we got there we needed to find a store to buy some soap for a shower!
Overall we had a totally awesome visit to this VRBO!

Close to pretty much everything in Nice- short walk to beach. Place was tidy and big enough for 5 , own bathrooms helped. View of boats in port from balcony was the bonus.

This apartment is in a prime location with fantastic views of the port in one direction and the mountains in the other. It was very well appointed with everything we needed and was close to restaurants, supermarkets, old town Nice and the Promenade des Anglais-all within walking distance. There are lots of transportation options so we made bus trips to Monaco, Villefranche sur Mer and Eze which were all very accessible plus the tram was great to get to and from the airport. I highly recommend this apartment.

The property was amazing it was more than l expected. It is a great location with restaurants literally at your doorstep and a supermarket within a 5 minute walk. It was spotless throughout and comfortable bedding. I would love to return.

The owner answered all questions promptly. Had to pay extra $50 in cash for check in at 9:30pm. The location and view were spectacular. The apartment was modern and clean. The housekeeper was not able to supply us with any extra roll of toilet paper (we were a few squares away from running out) or laundry detergent and told us we needed to buy those ourselves. I felt very nickel and dimed. The recommended restaurants in the neighborhood were very good but pricier than in Paris.

We loved the apartment and the Port is a great location.
Only drawback was the stress of the late arrival fee as our flight was delayed. Shame there isn’t a key safe like most properties we go to. (We were well looked after by Laure though).

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at this penthouse apartment. The daily views of the sea were a highlight. Convenient to old city, beach, public transportation (all in walking distance). Very spacious and clean for 4 adults and 1 child. Washer/dryer was a plus. There were a few steps at the entry and at the top to get to the penthouse unit (as noted in the listing), but very manageable. Would definitely stay again on a future trip to Nice!

The inside on the penthouse is just amazing, 3 bathrooms and so much space inside! It is very simple to get to the penthouse from the airport. The infrastructure is just amazing, restaurants are just down the stair, grocery shop nearby, event a night club in the same port. Old town is very close, also there are two vantage points on both sides of the apartment- castle hill and fort du mont alban where you can see the best view in whole french riviera!! All in all the score of this place is 11/10!

This nice apartment with an impressing view over the colorful Vieux Port is an ideal locattion to spend your holidays in Nice. You reach it easily and directly from the airport with the tram. You also can take many buses from there: eg to Monaco, Villefranche, Musee Matisse. You really don't need a car.
Also you can exspect a very easy and exact handling, and a friendly and caring host !

Our family of four spent a short 4 days in this amazing apartment. I would have loved to stay a month!! The apartment is everything as advertised and more. It is a perfect combination of location and luxury. The only problem is the apartment was so comfortable that we did not really want to leave and go sightseeing. Take the tram directly to the apartment no taxi needed. You can get every where you want to go in nice from this beautiful apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable for two couples. The location overlooking the marina was fantastic. It was fun to watch all of the nice yachts come and go from the marina. We were in easy walking distance to the old town and castle hill. And to top it all off we were literally right at the train stop which made it easy to come and go from the airport and other sites.

Wonderful apartment next to Port Lympia
We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. It worked well for our group. We really enjoyed the view of the port. There were four of us so it was nice to have three bedrooms and three baths. Christopher and the property manager, Laure, were very responsive.

Fantastic apartment
This is a perfect apartment for a family. Every thing was better than expected. Apartment itself is very nice and well appointed. The views are incredible and the location is very convenient right next to the tram. I have would definitely stay again.
