The hotel is fine. They seem more impressed thats its a club than it is a hotel you get handed a set of rules when you check in on where you can and cant go what you can and cant do. There are better more welcoming hotels at this price

Great staff!

The Ned NoMad exceeded our expectations—a mindful haven in the heart of Manhattan. They graciously accommodated an early check-in and securely stored our luggage. The lounge prices were reasonable, and the staff's exceptional service truly made our stay unforgettable.

The hotel is cool, classy, clean and the staff are super professional

The club cans bar was closed for a private event.

The hotel is “British-club style” and was very dark purposely including my room and bathroom: too dark to know to check my eye shadow and eyeliner! Personally I didn’t care for the split bathroom: WC on one side of the room, shower on the other. Service was spotty: breakfast coffee delivered very late and only after several phone calls, a package a friend left took forever to the desk to find. But the desk people were helpful in the main and everyone was polite and the hotel and room were elegant (if ill-lit).

Rooms are old and need an update

Location is great. Interior of the rooms is amazing - hasn't changed in years and that why I love it. Problem is that one of the restaurants that used to be there (good one on top of it) is turned into a club. If you are unlucky one on second floor you will hear and feel it. Hotel restaurants (food) is at the best mediocre for the price. Across the street is pizza place that is much better. Cocktails at Little Ned are good, but stay away from food, especially overpriced lobster roll that is like something you would get at the cheep diner. Room service is great.

Very friendly staff, stylish hotel with fairly spacious rooms and added in-room extras in great location. Will stay again next time in NYC!

Old style decor; poor lighting; formerly great bar converted to "members only" club requiring $50 cover, so now no hotel bar.

I did not see any thing special about the property. I think it’s old , uncomfortable, u can hear the water pipes , the noise in the street, the heater doesn’t work and all different sound in the room from the toilet .

Beautiful. Everyone was lovely. Very attentive.

I've stayed at the London Ned, and was a member of the Ned in London for many years - this is NYC version is not the same.
It tries to position itself as a luxury hotel, but the flippant and arrogant way you're sometimes spoken to by staff and the general poor service just undoes it all.
The two tier nature of this hotel, of treating hotel guests as second class citizens is clear from the off. You feel like an inconvenience to them, just getting in the way.
A sad imitation of a great London establishment, won't be returning.

Me and my wife love your hotel

The rating for the hotel states 5 stars but it runs more with 4 star hotels. It’s an older building with a French Art Deco-ey vibe. When I first entered the front desk was having difficulty getting online and couldn’t find my reservation, but the front clerk got on her phone and found it. It was pretty smooth from then on. Atmosphere is nice but not grand or in my opinion 5 stars. Beds were clean, although we did find kids Pez candy container on the floor that I stepped on and hurt my toe. Overall give it a 3.7

I am supposed to receive late check out as a VIP member and a free bottle of wine, and did not receive either.

We were staying for our anniversary and were upgraded from a single room to a sweet. They also provided a complimentary bottle of champagne. Service was excellent and hotel was very safe & clean.

Beautiful and clean. Staff was very accommodating and kind as they were careful to take every safety precaution.
Any concerns I had about staying in a NYC hotel was put to rest immediately. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel.

All good. Loved the room, staff was great.

The Nomad is unlike any other hotel you will find in the city. You truly feel like you stepped back in time to a romantic Parisian flat from another century. (Of course, with all the modern amenities one could need for today.) I would absolutely recommend the Atelier room and it’s clawfoot tub, totally worth the little extra in cost.

Outstanding as always!

Bloom is off the rose, sadly. What was once a delightful and unique space is in need of repair and - to a degree - retraining. All handles in room were wobbly, water leaking from shower has rotted the wooden floor, unprepared chips in walls, scratches in paint and so on. We also were not informed of "resort fee" (nor the embarrassing list of 'benefits' that came with it) at either reservation or check in. We refused to pay it on check out. At this price point, such behaviour is, frankly, tacky. Shame.

The staff, restaurant, and the property. Location is good and price is great.

They reserve a beautiful bar/lounge space for guest use only. A great perk.

The bed was super comfortable. The place is clean and the pieces of furniture are holding up as the hotel has been opened for quite a few years.
2.5
Very cool hotel with an old-school vibe. Dark and moody but huge windows in the room (ours with a dead on view of the Empire State Building) let in as much light as you want. Quiet and very comfortable room and bed. Top notch bars and restaurant on the first floor and an excellent staff. We stayed here a week and hated to leave this fabulous hotel.

Loved the Nomad! New favorite place to stay in New York! Incredible location and right near the subway!
