Staff was great. The hotel vibe is classic. The rooms have been updated but still have an almost historic feel to them. Having access to the gym & classes is a great amenity to take advantage of.

I love this place. It’s low key and quiet. The rooms are very comfortable. Access to the Spokane Club gym is amazing if you want to have a place to work out.

Awesome lap pool

Room keys never working: always being demagnetizing. In sufficient outlets. No desk. Shades difficult to operate so as to be even.

The room was clean and the bed super comfortable. The place has history and is unlike a typical hotel. The gym and workout facilities are the best part. It’s amazing and I will not stay anywhere else in Spokane.

Wonderful stay in this fitness and health hotel. Great location. The fitness club is extraordinary.

Great location for a downtown trip.

This place was above and beyond! Loved the pool and the views & the friendly, helpful staff!

I had a wonderful stay! The building inside and out was tremendously beautiful and classically appointed.
The concierge made a lap pool reservation for me so I was able to swim laps for an hour, a luxury for me.

Great hotel and for our overnight stay in Spokane. Close to the Riverwalk area, restaurants, and activities. There are homeless people in the area so need to keep aware when you're out. Parking garage is off site so about a 1-2 block walk to the hotel. TIP: Use the loading zone parking spots to load and unload so you're not having to walk your luggage between the hotel and the garage.

The bed was the worst ever, uneven , the noise from a prom going on was terrible, tv was set on parental controls couldnt watch even the news. Staff didn’t give a hoot when you told them. For 215. A night should been extremely better then this, get better rest sleeping in the car!

Very outdated.

The room was fine- it was clean. The hotel itself was old and musty. It had some charm, but definitely needs some upgrades.
Parking is awful. It is several blocks from the hotel in a sketchy garage. I would not have felt comfortable walking to and from the garage to hotel if I was by myself.

THE GOOD:The front desk people were amazing, super helpful and kind, top notch service. The room was clean, and beds were super soft and conformable.
I can not say enough about how wonderful the front desk people are.
THE BAD: Very dated rooms, and a little funky.... I was wondering who's children did the remodeling? lol Crazy tiny bathroom sinks and bathrooms. In fairness we did want to stay in a very old hotel, and we definitely got that. There was only one tiny TV in the room and set to Spanish, which I fixed back to English(you're welcome). THE UGLY: What i really didn't like is that you have to make an appointment to swim and the hours are very limited, which the swimming pool is the main reason for staying there. I wasn't able to swim or see the pool, I ran out of time.
FYI: Yoga class are on a schedule and you have to pay extra for that.
I never went to any of the restaurants or got coffee.

Great location and staff. I stayed the night for a concert at the knitting factory that’s only a couple blocks away.

This place was really bad for how much it costed and they charge you extra for parking and checking in early. The bed was terrible, room was not at all as showcased, and the doors slam toilets flush extremely loud, so everytime someone leaves or uses the bathroom, they wake up everyone. Outside was a homeless encampment (which is how they justify charging you to park two blocks away) and while it was close to a lot of businesses - downtown Spokane has basically devolved into an open air opium den. The $25 to check in early was also a first for me, my room had been ready but instead of just letting me go in so I could put my bags down - they had to nickle and dime me after already spending almost $200 on a room that was worse than any run of the mill motel. Would not recommend

Its old but charming, needs to be renovated because it needs updating. I would not stay there again or recommend it.
8.0
The bathroom is dated, but the area is quieter than other downtown properties.
10.0
The rooms need repair. Paint is chipped. There are Holes in the bathroom where old fixtures were removed. Cabinets in bathrooms are old and need replaced.
But the rooms were very clean!

The lady at front desk apon check in was rude and very unhelpful

The shower had a used and dirty washcloth left in it.
My room was not ready at 4:00 like i was told.
Dirt was visible behind the bedside table.
The ice machine outside my room was loud.

The staff really made this property great (huge kudos to front desk manager Callin, who was helpful and accommodating). The property itself has an old charm, which I love. It was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The free wifi worked for my to be able to work from my hotel room.

Stayed for my 12 y.o.s birthday- everyone was so kind and helpful. They let us check in early, put items in the room before check in and really did such a great job making sure everything was perfect. Thank you!

The room we were booked in 1st night was a corner 4th floor road noise from traffic and late night road racing kept us awake until 2am then traffic resumed at 7 so 3hrs sleep both had earplugs in and it was still intolerable. next night they relocated us to the room next door with fan on high to drown out some road noise And earplugs it was still unacceptable got 6 hrs sleep. These rooms should not be rented at any price. we have had a good nights sleep in other off street rooms in the past.

Great to stay at the historic Spokane Club, would love it if bathrooms could get updated - corner sink is practically non-existant, with no counter areas in bathroom.

Great location within downtown Spokane.

I loved that you have access to a full free weight gym. I would book here again just to have access to a real gym during my trip.
