The view was beautiful and the breakfast was a great spread. Wish we had more time to enjoy the wellness center but it was just a quick visit. Would for sure stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. We got nice room with balcony facing the sea. The room is spacious. The breakfast was good. The hotel is 10 min walk from city center with many restaurants. We ate one evening at the hotel restaurant. dinner was delicious but quiet expansive. The indoor pool is in the spa area and extremely expansive. The hotel is 10 minuets drive from Sorrento from which we took ferry to Capri. The Valet parking was very convenient.

A beautiful property with everything you could need, on-site. Close to a small downtown area with restaurants and shopping options. The local train is close & will allow travel to Sorrento, Naples and other areas close by.

What a great hotel on the coast. Great views. The staff was outstanding, better than 5 stars. Highly recommend.

This place is so nice.we stayed on pool level floor. We could step out to patio open gate and get right on pool couch, pool, or pool bar. Never made it to wellness spa, but a guest at pool said it was 1st class. Front desk driver drives you right to on property beach

Beautiful hotel and food and views

Our stay was overall very nice, and we would return. Breakfast variety was great (even though other reviews say it wasn’t) - fruits, croissants, breads, donuts, pancakes, eggs, etc. Staff was very friendly & helpful. We were able to easily get assistance with things like booking a private car to take us to the airport, get an extra pillow, get ice, and more! One waitress at breakfast was seemingly a little impatient, but everyone else seemed very nice. Love the onsite dining and drinking options - makes for a very relaxing trip. Great local recommendations for dinner and day trips as well. Loved the options for the pool or the sea club - we did both.
As some other reviews note, it is kind of loud in the hotel / walls are thin. One night we could clearly hear a beach club going until 11pm, and everything echoes in the hallways (guests slamming doors etc). We had a white noise machine which helped a lot. The AC also didn’t go below 21, which was a little warm some nights.

Good price for resort-like setup. Parking was free and convinient. I dropped a star because room service was not available at 3pm. We ordered sandwiches from the pool and started eating them in the lobby. Then, a rude hotel staff came and told us that we are not allowed to eat in the lobby?! We had to stop eating. We asked for water while waiting in the lobby and the same staff refused. Kind of a bad experience in an otherwise-good hotel

Beautiful property. We had a room facing the sea which I highly recommend. The infinity pool was refreshing. The breakfast had many choices and was delicious.

Josi was the lady at the front desk checking in etc. I've never met a more efficient, helpful person! The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The pool is really nice, view from the restaurant is amazing and the beach club is beautiful. The hotel offers a shuttle to the beach club for €2. You'll want to use this because moving your own car and parking is a pain. Restaurant offers a very nice dinner and the continental breakfast in the morning offers a huge selection. Note: they do park your car for you when you get there. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great room - deluxe, pool level and lucky enough to be tucked away in a quiet corner with only 1 other room. Very easy access to the pool and pool bar. Couldn’t have been better. Friendly staff who would go above and beyond to help and the hotel had all amenities required to make for a relaxing stay. Great pool and beach club. Highly recommend! Thank you Hotel Mary team.

This hotel is AMAZING. The view is incredible, the food is amazing and breakfast is included. The pool is stunning and the best part is the beach club- very rare in Italy that it's included. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I wish i could have stayed longer and will definitely return!

Its a nice hotel. Nothing too exciting but nothing bad either. The hotel is a bit tired but functional. Service was excellent and people helpful and friedly. Breakfast was ok (view from the breakfast area simply stunning). Rooms small but functional. I would say overall 4- or 3 sort of place.
3.0
Great location and mostly great staff - one or two were a little brusque. Pool area is clean and not crowded, same for restaurant and beach club. The food options aren’t great at dinner and breakfast is a little boring, and it is extremely expensive. The main downside is the room itself. We were supposed to have the largest available but it was incredibly cramped with no furniture. The lightbulbs flickered, the shower flooded the bathroom and there is no storage for clothes save for a rail and a couple of hangers per person.

Amazing hotel with top quality food at the restaurant! Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly. Parking at or around the hotel is a bit challenging, but they provide a personal valet service to park your car for you and it’s pretty convenient. Access to the beach is a little bit of a challenge… You either take a shuttle from the hotel (runs every hour), or walk down 250 steps down the side of the hill to get to a street area by the water… We only stayed there one night, but I would recommend it if you’re in the Vico Equense area or wanted to stay outside of Sorrento/Naples. It’s also a quick 25-30 mins drive to Pompeii which is the main reason why we stayed there!

Beautiful beach

Beat the craziness of Sorrento by staying just a few miles away. The little town is charming and walkable for Italian standards. Found nice dining and easy access with their valet parking to get our car and explore nearby areas on day trips. The views are incredible and the pace was very comfortable compared to Positano & Sorrento. Make sure you verify the AC in the room. Once understood, easy to use.

Felt like a very luxurious hotel for a decent (not cheap) price.

A truly remarkable hotel, and such a beautiful town. The property is beautiful with an unbelievable view of the sea offering spectacular sunsets and morning views. Breakfast was outstanding, many gluten-free options, and excellent cappuccino. Our room had a queen bed, clean, bright, with an excellent shower. And the view of the sea from our patio was unforgettable. We will definitely return, amazing hotel.

The hotel is on the main route in and out of Vico. Quiet at times not so at others but we loved the location.
We had a poolside room which was perfect and just right for our needs. The room was as described and it was very handy having a small fridge to keep your drinks and snacks cool.
The view from the infinity pool was lovely looking across and down into the bay. The breakfast was excellent but was definitely beaten by the restaurant in the evening which was outstanding, both taken at the same spot with views across and in to the bay below.
Although the pool was nice we did prefer the sea club at the beach, largely because of the nice breeze coming in off the sea. The same food and drink was available at the sea club as at the pool bar at the hotel. Although the hotel website doesn’t mention it, they provide towels for the pool and sea club. We were there during July and there was never a sun bed issue whether it be pool or sea club.
Also used the spa whilst there which was very nice.
The hotel location is also great for sightseeing as the train station is just a 10 to 15 minute walk away and runs from Sorrento to Naples and stops at all the important places in between.
Last thing to mention is the fantastic staff, all very friendly and helpful.
We will be returning at some point.

We loved our 6 day stay! Breakfast buffet was great with good variety and beautiful views. Dinner was also on the terrace with beautiful sunsets. We liked the option of the infinity pool and the Sea Club. Excellent staff throughout the property! Very helpful & friendly! We will be back!

Awesome hotel with beautiful views, a great pool and wonderful staff. I would stay here again without question. The staff were so helpful with my two kids and the breakfast was delicious. We also spent a couple hours at the beach club a couple days in a row and it was delightful. Thanks to all the staff for such a great stay.

The location and town were wonderful and not overcrowded. The hotel staff were excellent and friendly and helpful. The pool and sea club were beautiful. Easy access to marina for ferries to nearby Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Capri. Room was lovely. View of the ocean and town were spectacular. Short cab ride from train station to hotel. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and the perfect start to each day.

Front desk was pretty informative and professional. Breakfast was average and also the service was average to poor quality.
Very basic hotel, far from everything.

Beautiful hotel! Property is gorgeous with amazing views. Poolside is relaxing and comfortable. Hotel restaurant is delicious and fresh. Close to shopping and restaurants. Overall an exception stay!! Would definitely come back.
Slightly disappointed on beach front-it is not typical beach with sand and rocks but rather a large dock and stairs decending into the water. We were also unaware there is a hotel shuttle charge to get their private beach front.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The view was gorgeous, with a beautiful sunset. The rooms were spacious, clean and very well designed. The balcony was an amazing feature. We absolutely loved the pool and the bar was a great asset as well. It was so nice to have the shuttle option to go to the private beach pier too. We would absolutely come back here! Such an amazing spot.

It was a good stay except for the front desk lady with the short black hair and neck tattoo. Very rude.

Lovely hotel within a 10-15 minute walk to Vico Enquense train station which takes you to Sorrento or to Napoli. Lovely little town with some nice restaurants.
Hotel is well kept, clean and high end with a lovely spa. The steam room was not working during our stay but hopefully this will be rectified soon. Restaurant was the main let down for us. Dinner menu was the same each night and quite pricy for what was offered. Portions were small. Breakfast buffet was also the same each day apart from some variations with the cakes, but hot food was disappointing. No omelettes, mushrooms available for vegetarians. Became bored of the food after a couple of days.
Shuttle (payable there and back) bus to the sea bar was nice. Great lounging area overlooking the sea. No beach access, but you can walk down some steps into the sea. Food and drinks are served at the beach bar, but hot food stops after a certain time- I think around 14.10hrs so will need to order before then.
I would recommend hotel, however we traveled to Sorrento everyday to access different areas and so probably wouldn’t do that next time round.
