Colosseo studios is located directly on one of the best beaches on Naxos - Agios Prokopios. The room was extremely clean & cleaned everyday to the highest standard. Huge shower, comfortable bed, balcony and equipped with a sink, refrigerator & stovetop. They provided sufficient pots/ pans to cook with, item to make coffee and all the basic kitchen necessities. Staff were friendly. My ferry transfer was changed the night before to accommodate other travelers which was a bit frustrating. Overall a great stay.

AWFUL PLACE, NEXT DOOR IS HALF THE PRICE INCLUDES BREAKFAST AND IS VERY NICE, PLACE IS OLD, AIR CON DOESNT WORK. HAS KETTLE BUT NO COFFEE, TEA, SUGAR OR MILK, NO TEA TOWEL, OLD SPONGE TO WASH DISHES, PICTURES PROBABLY 20 YEARS OLD, VERY DECEPTIVE AND VERY DIRTY PLACE

I STRONGLY URGE ANYONE TO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE, ROOMS ARE OLD, PICTURES ARE PROBABLY 10-20 YEARS OLD. BEDROOM DOOR LOOKED LIKE IT WAS PUNCHED IN, AIR CONDITIONING NOT IN ALL BEDROOMS AND DOESN'T WORK, KATERINA WAS VERY RUDE AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE GUESTS, VERY DIRTY ALSO

Please don't stay here. The shower was broken, the kettle didn't work and the hot tub smelled of sewage water and when we raised these concerns the property management falsely accused us of yelling and disturbing her guests and even threatened to call the authorities on us and to throw us out. Mold and rust in the hot tub. Just appalling conditions.

Great location in the center of Plaka. Everything is in short walkable distance, including the Acropolis and Agora. The apartment is clean and modern. The beds are comfortable. We stayed as a family of four with two school aged children and had plenty of room. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, we had sea views. Lovely balcony. We did have the restaurant next door facing our room which was noisy at night but double glazing doors and windows solved that problem. We had the wonderful wonderful Flo attending to us daily and cannot speak more highly about this lady. We also appreciated the port pick up and drop off. Any issues were promptly resolved. The location was sensational. Will come again

Paid for two nights in a Sea view room that had a broken air conditioner. They sent someone to fix it and it still remained broken even though they said it was cooling. We were told we could sleep in another room with ac for the night. We slept both nights in a standard room and was woken up the two mornings with someone opening our door and the next day at 6:00 am knocking on the door. No refund was given for the difference in the room rate.

Everything we needed.. Transfer to the airport and they let us stay in the room until we left. Very helpful and friendly.

The room ww booked did not look like the pictures. Our sea view was overlooking parking lot. We changed rooms to a smaller room with no jacuzzi but a nice sea view. Charged more for the room change. A/c unit did not work.

This was a beautiful property on a street right across from one of the most beautiful beaches in Naxos. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and near the bus line for transport into Naxos Town. The included buffet breakfast is at bar just up the street- very convenient. The room itself was lovely, the only downside was the receptionist was rarely at the desk and we needed help several times.

The property was ok, the beds were not comfortable at all. They also did not provide much linen for the beds and all we had was a small blanket which had to be put onto the bed ourselves. The beach nearby was stunning, and we rented the beds from golden beach cafe everyday (I suggest doing the same, the owner was so nice)

Great location

Great area and perfectly located. Hop skip and a jump to the sand beach (paid beds 10€ to 20€ depending on location). Bars and restaurants around have amazing food and the locals are wonderful. About 50m from the local bus stop which can bring you into the main city area. Spacious room with a decent view and good size balcony. The jacuzzi jets didn't work, but it was nice to rest in at night. The bed was a bit hard, but not terrible. 2 AC units. All utensils needed if you wanted to cook in the room.

Georgia was an amazing host, she was very welcoming and took the time to answer all my questions. The hotel is very well located. I would absolutely recommend it.

We stayed at this property for 10 days with my family. The room we were at was right next to a restaurant which made it extremely loud until late hours and early mornings, when they had to prepare for the day. We had a patio however it was impossible to sit out because on one side we were facing the restaurants kitchen (they kept the door open so it smelled like food all day) and right in front of us was part of their dinning room. Just unacceptable!
The room itself needs serious renovation especially the shower. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the internet did not work which was a huge problem for us since I had to work remotely those days. I would not recommend this property, it is not worth the money!!!!

The beach is across the street and is amazing though the water was chilly in early May. You can order drinks on the beach. We were picked up from the ferry by the owner and dropped off. Our hostess Galina was so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and cheap. We loved Galina’s panna cotta. The room was fine. Breakfast was free and delivered to our room the night before. Lots of food! The wine was 3€ for a very large glass! We recommend this place. Great location and people at a reasonable price!

I have a wonderful stay at Colosseo. The pick up is right on time. They even helped me to rent an automatic car on a very short notice. The property is just off the beach. Everything is nice. Thanks for the good experience.

It was centrally located. Beware though that the beach umbrellas you see advertised in the pictures are all owned by various beach front restaurants and NOT accessible by booking with this hotel. A little misleading for sure but don’t let that deter you from booking this hotel or any hotel that faces the beach. The water is to die for!!

Colosseo Studios & Apartments was absolutely lovely. The staff is incredibly welcoming and dedicated. The apartments are located literally steps away from the most amazing beach. I highly recommend them for solo travelers. Shout out to the ah-mazing receptionist who went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay.

Pickup from Port to hotel was very helpful. Very well designed studio. Always clean well. The bed was a bit stiff. All else was perfect.

Everything was great! We had an amazing view of the beach, the rooms were very clean, they arranged transport to and from the ferry for us. Would stay again!

Our stay was amazing. The room we originally booked was unavailable so they politely upgraded us to the suite. It was perfect. The service, the breakfast, the room itself, and the area. We could wake easily to the local town and to the beach. The only downside was the bar accross the street that our room faced stayed open and very active rather late. This produced a good bit of noise and light into the bedroom. But overall we were very pleased and would stay again if we returned to the area.

Very conveniently located & friendly staff.
Would definitively recommend!

The property had an excellent location. The room was clean and the staff friendly. The “bathroom” was open to the room and the shower door not frosted like the toilet door, making privacy a real issue. The beds were very uncomfortable but the pillows good.
2.5
Perfect location right across the street from an amazing beach and close to lots of great restaurants. Nice room with a sizable patio.
Margarita was a wonderful hostess, always pleasant and helpful. The entire staff was very friendly.
Only negative is the beds were a bit hard.
We would definitely stay there again if we return to Naxos.

The room was so moldy that we had to leave within the first hour of our stay. The smell was overpowering and they had no other rooms but refused to refund or work with us in any way. The poor girl at the front couldn't even get a manager to speak with me. The worst experience I have had in a hotel that I can remember.
Aside from mold the rooms looked nice enough and close to the beach. If mold doesn't bother you it might be worth it for the kitchen but I can't recommend.

I really enjoyed my time here. The rooms were spacious, we had a balcony with a view of the beach/sea, and I loved the little beach town it was located in.

Very nice and clean rooms with a great location literally right in front of the agios prokopios beach. Staff was very kind and helpful, and easily arranged pick up from the port to the hotel with transfer back to the port after check out. Restaurant that was part of the hotel was very good with many options. Would defiantly stay there again 100%.

This property was exactly as advertised. It was spotless and the people were incredibly nice and helpful with everything from car rental, restaurant suggestions and what to not miss on the island and free port shuttle. The location could not be better. Directly across the street from the beach. Several listens restaurants and shops and an easy 5 minute drive to Charos with lots of shopping and restaurants! We loved our stay here and were so incredibly appreciative of how nice, welcoming and helpful all staff was. Highly recommend.

Place is right across from the beach. The place is extremely clean and the staff was excellent. Highly recommend

Great spot facing Agios Prokopios beach.
Nice studios with kitchenette facing the ocean.
Cozy studio that is very clean with a very Greek island feel.

Wonderful studio in a fantastic location right in the heart of it all. Large balcony overlooking the beach, highly recommend!

The beds are really uncomfortable, and there is no WiFi, extremely weak, yet I I loved the staff in the restaurant, the cleaning staff were amazing and the location is amazing.

Perfect location and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and as advertised. Wi-fi patchy and better coffee-making facilities would have been nice. But those are small niggles — would definitely stay again.
2.5
Great service at a cool area. The beach was beautiful. Someone from the hotel picked us up from the port, even when our ferry was 1.5 hours late arriving (apparently this is usual for SeaJet).
1.3
Excellent Location!!. Very close to the beach maybe 100 ft away, close to restaurants, bars, super market, diving shop and very closely to the airport and port.
2.5
This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. My husband and I tend to be very picky people, and we were very impressed! Everything was updated and clean. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. She arranged taxis for us and answered all of our questions. I accidentally blew a fuse with my blow dryer and she laughed about it and came to help right away. The hotel is located right next to the beach where you can rent chairs, umbrellas, and order food and drinks. It’s also located next to a street with shops. One block away is a spot where you can rent ATVs for the day for 25 euros. I highly recommend doing this to explore the island!
There’s also a sweet cat that lives outside the hotel. The hotel restaurant feeds her, but she’s looking for a home! Someone stay at this hotel and adopt her!
4.0
The apartment was big and clean. Great service from all the staff. Calm, quiet beaches all around.
