Was good and comfortable.

Comfortable stay. Right in the centre of Fecamp, close to the beach

Great stay over.

Beautiful hotel. Regular visiting here and always scores 10/10

Very nice stay. Huge bed and huge room!
4.6
Nice views over the marina & harbour. Very close to the beach. Easy & interesting walks to all areas.

The hotel was clean and recently updated to fit in with the fishertown theme. The reception was very friendly and straight forward. The hotel is owned by a couple who work hard to make your stay peaceful and smooth. Breakfast had many choices in an updated appealing environment as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent location and great choice of parking, I.e., outside the hotel, or you can pay, which we did, to park in their secure garage. Garage nice touch as you are allocated a space for your stay.
Very clean hotel throughout and the bathroom, huge, has double sink.
Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a splendid stay, great location, comfortable and excellent friendly staff!

Had a lovely short stay, great location near the harbour and town. Just a short walk to the Benedict attraction. Couple of good restaurants very close by. Nice bar in the hotel, had a pianist playing when we arrived on a Saturday evening. For a late night drink walk along the promenade to the casino. Near the seafront too.

Very Good position .we had a Large room. Excellent secure parking for my motorbike.
4.6
welcoming hotel right on the quay side in Fecamp with secure parking underground (at a fee) and parking at the back which is free. The whole hotel is very stylish and based on cruise ships. The room we had was at the back and very quiet. It was spacious with a large bathroom and separate toilet. The staff were very helpful and gave advice about local restaurants and places to see. Breakfast was particularly good. Can't recommend highly enough

Excellent location by the harbour, great service and breakfast selection, and a small but practical car park at the back. Rooms look recently refurbished and are quite spacious for a 3-star hotel in France. Very pleased with my short stay there, I would have loved to stay longer.
4.6
Very happy with the stay and the hotel itself. The rooms are nice and spacious with well nice bathroom, big comfy beds and the view on the marina, which makes the stay very special. I wish I would stay longer and could enjoy more the beautiful view from my room. The service is great very helpful before the arrival I received email with questions regarding my needs including booking restaurants etc which was really great. I wish to come back one day for longer to enjoy this hotel more. There are potentially two areas for improvement but tiny ones first in the email before my arrival I was asked in I need car parking which I said yes to, what was not clear is that there is free parking in front of the hotel and hotel is offering garage parking. Secondly shower in the bathroom has curtain which I'm not a big fun as it is not the most hygienic compering to the glass doors or protector. Regardless that it was great stay and I hope to be back!

the view of the harbour was great and close to all the very fine food that was
that was just 50 yards away.

Strange shower- the curtain is tooo close to the wall.

Room impeccable. However, no bathrobe at that price? No baggage handler, but easy parking. Overall: good stay
4.6
we stayed there just for one night an it was surprisingly good, with an interesting bathroom architecture :) and free parking behind the hotel.

You know you are at a 5 star hotel when then see you coming in with bags and hit the elevator button for you. Nicest hotel I have stayed at I France.

Recommendations by the staff for dining were outstanding, and one of the staff also pointed us to a boat tour to look at the local cliffs which turned out to be the high point of our time there.
We enjoyed just walking around, poking into shops and looking at the menus from the eating establishments.
The staff had a good command of English, as did many of the shopkeepers. A pharmacist went out of his way to show us some products that my wife was looking for.

Perfect for an overnight stop. The room was spacious, very quiet and very good blackout so we slept on in the morning. Good location overlooking the harbour with sea views from the more expensive rooms. We chose to have a rear facing room which was less expensive as we weren't staying long enough to appreciate having a view. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast as we thought it was a bit expensive. Lots of good restaurants nearby. 2 minutes walk to beach and promenade to watch the fabulous sunset. Easy parking in hotels own car park.

Very clean and comfortable, with plenty to see and do within walking distance.

I have never written a negative review in all our extensive traveling. There were bedbugs in Room 301 in September 2016. We understand this happens occasionally; the only reason for such a negative review is the attitude of the owners. They denied, even after my husband raised his shirt to demonstrate at least 20 bites on his torso. They claimed they were mosquito bites... Ridiculous response! We asked for the night in 301 comp'ed (1 of 3 nights) but they continued to blame us. Very unprofessional response...

Very good. No complaints. Very big room.

We have every intention to return to this hotel. It was spotlessly clean and the room was large & very modern. The location is excellent.. A tea tray would be nice, but that is the only downside that I could find at this hotel.
4.6
Enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were very helpful. Good location. Very clean and comfortable.
4.6
Lovely large room with separate bathroom and loo and little balcony. Everything very clean and well maintained. Thought 16 euros each quite steep for breakfast so we just grabbed a coffee and croissant from boulangerie just down the road. Bar bills were usual inflated hotel prices so care how much you drink here. They do make a reasonable cup of coffee.
4.6
Good location - close to beach, adjacent to harbour and near town centre. Beach very good though pebbly.
4.6
Nice hotel, modern, atmosphere reconnected compared at the site
4.6
Greeted well and quick response to any request. Breakfast was excellent.
Only complaint was a shower curtain was needed in the bath shower as the water tended to spray onto the floor of the bathroom making it slippery.
Room faced to the rear of the hotel overlooking buildings not the harbor this should have been made clearer when booking. Although this ment the room was quieter.

Great room overlooking the marina and really helpful and friendly staff. Fecamp is a lovely town, felt like a working town as well as a resort, not the prettiest but I think I liked it for that. Choices to eat we fine.
4.6
Excellent setting for the hotel, and it really was quiet as promised. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good. A shame they dont have a restaurant but there are plenty in the town. Fecamp is lovely, reminded us of Whitby! Did the walk upto the Fishermans Chapel, views from the top are great.
