Traveled for a sports tournament. Hotel was great. Breakfast was lacking any protein…pretty much waffles or fruit.

Fernando at the front desk went above and beyond when our son wasn’t feeling well. He facilitated a late check out, which was very much needed. He assisted me in getting over-the-counter medication and a banana to help soothe our son‘s stomach. Breakfast is above the norm for a mid priced hotel. This is our second time staying there and we will definitely be back!

Cold water in the shower the whole stay even though I asked to get it fixed. Air conditioning was loud and broken. They need some serious renovations there and a staff that cares about their customers.

We areived at mid night. I called ahead to let the front desk know ouf our ETA. The staff at the front desk was very sweet and kind. My kids and I had a first floor room that was very clean and comfortable for us. The breakfast in the morning was great. We would stay here again.

Hotel appearance is nice. The outside landscape maintenance was well maintain. staff was friendly. The rooms were good size clean and comfortable. The only thing that will point out it was it was when I went to get breakfast. They allowed a homeless person to grab food and coffee and no one question that I don’t feel that is sanitary for the guest.

Do not book here. The bed was so uncomfortable. It made so much noise every time you moved. The restroom was dirty and it had rust. The carpet was very dirty. The sheets nasty. I will never stay here again. The breakfast was so boring. It was plant based sausage. The food options were basically 2 items!

The staff had to be asked multiple times for things. finding our reservation was an absolute nightmare, and they had to do it several times for some reason. The grounds were OK and the pool was decent, but the entire floor reeked of marijuana definitely would not go back.

To have the name "Hyatt" connected to this hotel is what drew me to this place in the first place. I didn't care about the price tage, I was looking to get away. Away from filty environment,barking dogs, kids running and yelling outside of my windows, and some R&R time, but I paid exact over half a thousand dollars for that. On top of it, I made mention of it on Day1 one till check out. Till this day it still hane not been addressed Does it matters if I even place this review? That I found pubic hair that wasn't my color or strand still in my shower when I checked in? Does it matter that I slept on the couch because they never came to change my sheets as requested? That we ate of paper plates and plastic ware? That barking dogs where left in there rooms for hous the entire stay? Oh yeah, the playing children????

It was located in a quiet neighborhood. The facility was well maintained and the rooms were kept clean. The staff was super nice. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good and had nice selection of food and beverages. Overall it was an excellent experience 👌

The room service was terrible! We stayed 6 nights and no one cleaned our toilet nor vacuumed the room, not even tidying it and removing the garbage despite several complaints and room service requests more than 3 times! Barely once or twice at max, beds were tidy. Had to do them ourselves!! Even when towels were replaced once in a while, dirty hotel mugs, and empty toilet papers weren’t even removed!! Nothing there except friendly receptionists who noticed our complains but couldn’t get the cleaning services to act accordingly. I had my daughter with me with a skin eczema and she developed a severe redness there and that was another reason to insist on the cleaning services but in vain! Asked for the manager to maybe discuss an early checkout and refund to move to another hotel but it was a weekend and no manager available so had to stay or else would have shortened the stay and moved. Not worth the rate at all! Especially in comparison to other hotels in the area!! First and last visit, and surely not recommended.

My main problem was with the carpets throughout the hotel and in our room. They needed either a deep cleaning or replacement. My other problem was how the photos and the verbiage eluded to ocean front views, and there was no ocean to be found. The breakfast area was severely understaffed.

This is one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever seen. They do not vacuum the rooms, halls or common spaces. I had to be moved to 3 different rooms because they were so dirty, even hair ties and stained comforters and lamp fixtures could be found. The cleaning service was very poor but they were not stolen items (as far as we can tell more). One of the front desk guys and one if the maintenance (cleaning) guys were not so helpful and bother line rude. One if the rooms had furniture falling apart, dirty fridge and bathroom when we arrived. The elevators didn't work well and even the button lights were broken. The breakfast was not of good quality and the hours very inconvenient. One of the side doors was always open so what is the point of having keys for security? The ceiling was dripping water at the lobby as well. I wish I had not paid in advance so I could just go somewhere else. I have pictures as well.

Property seemed dated. Also the room didn’t seem too clean, found old sock from previous guest and the clock time wasn’t even set correctly.

Rooms were dated, first room received a lot of street noise. Lobby bar offered little beyond basics. Morning breakfast was one step above Motel Six. Considering the room price and the Hyatt name, I expected more. We were supposed to stay four nights, dropped it down to two. At check-out, I could not find the luggage cart, believe that there was only one cart for the untire hotel.
