A nice room that was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I always look value a clean and well maintained room so it was nice to have that. The room comes with standard things you may need on a stay, shampoo/conditioner, soap, body wash, a fridge (no microwave) which was really nice. Good complementary breakfast and the staff was extremely friendly and polite!

The blanket in the room was quite thin so I had to blast the heat. The towels had numerous threads hanging, so time for replacement.

Spacious room and comfortable beds. Loved that they were pet friendly and we were able to get a room on the first floor. Hot breakfast, good coffee and plenty of seating. Shower was not working properly and leaked. We had to call the front desk for a noise complaint after 10:30pm after asking a group to be quieter playing games/soccer right outside our room.

Room was just basic - not what might be expected from Hyatt Place. Blankets were missing and bathroom facilities were basic. Breakfast service was quite average.

Room was emmaculately clean, spacious enough for a couple. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is so close to everything, walkable to restaurants, cafe and the mall. Highly recommends.

Great rate doesn’t always make up for distance. Our 15 mile drive to the airport turned out taking an hour to arrive. Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, and there were restaurants and a gas station next door. That was all we needed for an overnight stay.

It was an amazing experience due to the African American lady that works the front desk during the day (unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she remembered mine!). She was kind and helpful during our stay. Always offered us bottled water when we passed by. Breakfast was also delightful.

What a pleasant surprise to see Hyatt has a pool again. Despite the Hyatt chain (and Boston/Braintree Hyatt) being a favorite, for years I've been regularly paying more and getting less at competitors with pools for my granddaughter. Now we can both be happy.

Our rooms smelled like marijuana. We asked for it to me changed only to encounter another room that smelled like marijuana. The hotel is in a good location but it’s not a well maintained hotel. Additionally the staff themself were not the friendliest. If you have to stay due to location than it makes sense but I certainly would not go out of my way to stay here again.

Convenient location to the city and anything south (Hyannis, Cape Cod, RI). Plenty of parking, good breakfast selections and ready-staff. Could use another ice machine other than the one on 6th floor.

I like the dining choices. The mall is walkable. Staff is awesome. Place in general is okay. Gym is in need of repair or updates. Adding a peloton bike is laughable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Friends of mine who had booked accommodations in nearby hotels all proclaimed that I had chosen the best hotel! The front desk personnel were all friendly and helpful, most especially Sherayna. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! My room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was great…I slept very soundly. I will definitely book another stay the next time I visit.
