I travel significantly across Europe for work and this is one of the worst experience's I have had with either and Apartment or Hotel ever. 1. Apartment had not been cleaned when I arrived - did not set a great start but the cleaners were there quickly and apartment put right. 2. Advertised 'With Parking' - picked this one specifically as had a car for my trip - only to be told no parking 3. No clear instructions on actually getting into the apartment block, yes you have a card to scan to enter but no idea where it needs to be scanned. 4. Had to call the contact number around 20 times before someone would answer - upon answering I was just told you need to call office in morning and then the women hung up and would no longer answer - luckily security guard on the apartments showed me what I needed p.s. that is not the security guards job, this is residential apartments. 5. Information on the back of the door of the apartment is incorrect and out of date. WiFi code is not the correct one for the modem in the apartment - fortunately I know where to look, others will not. 6. Upon advising the company I was not happy, they were not interested, no questions of why or what could be improved. The apartment and location are excellent, the service and organisation leave a lot to be desired.

Beautiful apartment in walking distance of everything in Gdańsk. Swimming pool jacuzzi sauna on site which we used. Also has a small fitness area. Woyld definitely stay again

The property was in a good condition and quite modern. Typically for European properties there was no ventilation. We did not expect a full air conditioning but at least ventilated bathrooms. No window covers in my son's bedroom. "Take it or leave it! Nothing we can do." - said the management representative. So we just left one day earlier. In conclusion: we do not recommend this listing.

Great location on the marina just a coupke of minites walk from the bars and restraunts only downsode was we had no fobs to access the spa even when we rang the office to ask we where told they should be in the room when we rang back we where told 1 hour but they never arrived we was there for 4 nights

Well, many things are good, but many should be much better, it was hard to find a working phone number, when i showered up at the appartment, i was asked to walk a 15 minutes walk to check in there and then come back, the apartment was nice, but few things should be better. paying a higher price and chosing deluxe flat means the tv should be a bit better, not under the stairs, maybe some speakers to listen to music, and so on, it felt so basic, the lights of the bathroom stopped working when i was showering, it took long time to get them fixed, even the wifi stopped working

Great place, I will come back but they need to improve check in system, they didn't guve us basic infos, no keys for parking garage for which I paid and we couldn't use it and they charge 100zl for cleaning but it wasn't clean as it could be, but still perfect location and nice place.

First. Appartement was great. Comfy and clean. But EVERYTHING else about waterlane is absolutely hopeless! If you want service find another place. We could not get them on the phone, there was nobody there when we arrived. We could not even get in to the damn building! None of the listed phone numbers works, and no one could help us. Standing there with a toddler in the arms was pretty frustrating! After hours of calling and searching for people a nice guard in the underground garage helped us. Do not book at waterlane Appartement.

The phone number for the property is incorrect on hotels.com and had to go through many people to get in touch with someone for details about arriving after reception closes. No email address is provided either, had to get hotels.com customer service to get it for me and then email them, they then gave me the correct phone number. Apartment was nice and central, no problems there other than some slightly broken light fixtures.

The location and the apartment was really good, but the company running it was extremely unresponsive! We have been given 2 towels for 4 people for 3 days and asked several times to supply some more, considering there was also a lovely swimming pool in the building, but we are still waiting for them!!! I would love to come back there but I will make sure to use a different agency.

when we arrived the keys were missing and had to wait for over an hour. The apartment was dirty, no towels,bed linen,they turned up at 8.30pm. Showed the condition of place to the people and they did not want to know. The sofa was so dirty we did not sit on it, the 2 kettles did not work, one you had to hold the lid down making sure you did not get burnt, the toilet seat was cracked almost right through, 2 of the chairs had cracks through the seats and my sister got pinched on the thigh tearing her trousers. There was no patio furniture which was overlooking a graveled roof. Overall the experience at Water Lane Apartments was very disappointing and would not reccommend to anyone. We were in apartment E3B on the 1st floor . I have taken photos of all our complaints so did my sister.

amazing apartment right in the heart of Gdansk near all the restaurants and bars. The staff couldn't have been more helpful arranged our taxis to and from the airport and also reprinted our boarding passes after we lost ours amazing value for money would definety recommend to all :)

here is really bad and unconfotable system. How can they take a 1-2 weeks to make and send to me a invoice ? I really cant understand and they always not keep promise with client. It is really stupid situation.

Although I had to wait for almost an hour to get my key to the room, I had a very pleasant experience. The apartment was very clean. It had everything I needed. A nice balcony view, friendly staffs and neighbors. Very close to old town so thats definitely a plus. Overall, the apartment was much better than expected if youre looking for a nice, clean, comfortable place to spend the night.

Great space with comfortable rooms and well equipped kitchen. Quiet and very close to town centre (5 minutes) and many restaurants. About a 20 minute walk from train station.
