The apartment has no air conditioning and two fans that work somewhat alright. It indicates dryer but that means a drying rack and a towel rack that warms up (no actual dryer). Parking is limited upon arrival so we had to park in a lot a block away until we got our parking pass. Room Wasn’t ready when we got there and had to wait approx 45 mins. Beds are a double so not the most comfortable for myself and my 6’3” husband. Location is close to lots of restaurant, palace of science and culture and shopping center.

We stayed here as a family and were happy with the apartment, location, and service. We able to walk many places, and also close to the metro, and a nice view of the palace of culture and science. We used the kitchen and enjoyed having a bakery right across the courtyard. The only downside is that the second bedroom got pretty hot since it did not have a window ~ though there were fans, which helped. Overall, we were pleased.

Quality of the apartments was decent. We booked several apartments for a family trip. Unfortunately we had units on various floors, this was an issue because you can only go to the floor of your own apartment (key fob needed for elevator only allows you to your floor).

As a family of 5 persons, apartment was good sized and answered to all of our need during 3-night stay at Warsaw. Location was perfect close to city centre and service was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed but some renovation is needed. Safety locker was broken and there some issues with water taps but otherwise there were no big issues during the stay.

Check-in: they couldn’t find our reservation until I provided the booking number, a bit strange to be met with “There’s no booking under that name” but then there actually was. The dishwasher was broken but didn’t bother us since we didn’t use the kitchen at all. We had a two bedroom apartment “Vendi” but one bedroom did not have windows, it’s more like a big closet with a bed. Roomy apartment, kind of sparsely furnished. Great location close to subway, tram and busses and a short walk to the cultural palace. Check-out: we left at 530am and the “24/7 reception” was not staffed. We tried calling the number several times but no answer. Ended up leaving the keys inside the apartment. Texted the reception but heard nothing back.

Location was very good , garage parking was big but you need to pay 100 per day, apartment size was big, the only issue with the key, that you have one key only and which you need to use it in the elevator too, better if they give you 2 at least.

They only give you 1 key for the whole family. Even is there are 4 adults renting on two bedroom apartment. And since you do not have any access to elevator or even to stairs without that room key you always have to have that one key on you on you. If it is locked, the room doesn't open from inside without the key as well. So the problem is that if one of the family leaves the room that person has to take the key with him to be able to leave and to come back, but the rest has to remain in the room without ability to leave, to use elevator or stairs or even make it to the underground parking. I was constantly worried about my husband and toddlers when I left them in the room locked(for the night time), that they wouldn't be able to leave the room in a case of fire. I have no idea how that could comply with the fire safety: If there is a family locked inside a room, who wouldn't be able to leave in a case of fire or any other emergency. They at least have to allow for all the adults that rent their rooms to get a separate key. Another thing is that they do not clean. So you have to figure out as a tourist staying there for more than a couple of days on how to clean your room, or how to get fresh towels. The good thing is the Sossier restaurant and Otrebusy bakery right next to the to the building, so you can always get fresh and tasty and not too expensive food to you room while wearing pajamas. Which is very convenient.

I book 3 months before and checked a month before arrival if my room was ok at that point, it was, they called a week before and told me they gave my accommodation to someone else, they pretended to help me find alternative accommodation but tried to give me an apartment of half the size this went on backwards and forward by email over the week leading up to the check in date, you can imagine how stressful this was. On the 2 days before check in they said they could no longer help me and passed it back to hotles.com. I had to start all over again as it was only a few days left and half term there was nothing suitable I ended up having to take hotel rooms which was very inconvenient and also much smaller. Hotels.com service was just as bad spent over 12 hours trying to sort it with me chasing them.

Worth the money. Clean apartment, good supplies. Some confusion at the check in in regards to breakfast. We had paid it at the booking by Hotels.com, but at check in it was not known and they rejected our request. However, later that evening we got phone call and we got the breakfast.

I was for 8 days on a business trip in Warsaw. Location: ***** Excellent, close to the Metro, Supermarkets are near by, Cafe with a good Cappuccino at the corner, Bars and Shops in walking distance. Apartment: *** Was clean but some things were damaged. The blind in the sleeping room was not closing but could be fixed. Some furniture (bathroom, wooden cover around the TV) was a little bit damaged. Battery was missing in the remote control of the TV. TVs are older and not up to date. Connection of Laptop is nearly impossible because they are incorporated into the furniture. Balcony is great to have but I was missing a chair and small table. Disappointing was that the heater was not working. The staff told me that the owner of the house will switch it on at the end of September. During my stay it was unfortunately 4°C outside and became really cold in the apartment. Even the staff t the reception desk were using a an heater. Sorry but this should be fixed. The installed heater should work in dependency of the temperature and not of the date. Kitchen was good.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. I was extremely happy with my stay, the service exceptional, modern room with comfy bed. All the staff I spoke with were helpful, friendly and very professional. A most fabulous stay!

Property is located in central Warsaw, walking distance to most points of interest. Check in was very easy. Apartment was nice and clean, plenty of room for family of 4. There was no shower in the apartment, it was not mentioned in the description and there is no AC, only one portable fan. I stayed during every hot weather therefore it was a major factor. If you are traveling during cooler months and you don’t care about the shower issue then you will love this place. Again, location was great!

The apartment was in a wonderful location. Walking to old town was easy for the metro line was only about 200 yards away. Clean. Safe , and a washer machine. Only down side it was hot and there wasn't any a/c. Would definitely go again but in cooler weather! Warszawa was great.

We (family with two kinds) stayed in Verdi apartment for about a week. Apartment was spacy with a large balcony and offered good space for relaxing. Apartment is located close to public transport (the two metro lines and trams) which is great for getting around in Warsaw. Kitchen was equipped to basic cooking and had a fridge and freezer of good size. Staff was helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
