The hotel was really helpful in adjusting my staying nights upon unexpected cancellation of my flight. I’ve gotten the unused nights refunded from my prepayment. The service given was good. Room was spacious. Just the air cond will stop every 3 hours, I had to wake up to switch it on again. Surrounding was good with groceries and eateries just nearby. Just metro was a bit far though still walkable distance. Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

It’s a modest, clean hotel, near city bus lines. The free breakfast is excellent.

The hotel itself is mostly fine, staff is friendly, if not too big on their command of the English language, breakfast quite basic but fine at least for my needs. Room not overly big but bed was not too soft, bathroom fine, tv small but who needs a big tv in their hotel room anyway... Wifi connection worked well and was fast enough. Main problem is that the walls seem to be made out of rice-paper, which is not nice if the people in the next room think it is a good idea to play music at 1AM and sing along to it... This can make a stay very sleep-deprived, but it's not the hotel's fault that some people are just very inconsiderate. The area is very uninteresting, not close to the centre, about a 15-minute walk to the nearest Metro, so you are looking at at least 30 minutes before you're in the centre of town. Turin is one of Italy's most underrated cities, so well worth going. Reasonably convenient if you need to go to the Lingotto fair complex.

stayed here for the recent Italy v England football match. we chose this hotel as it is located near Lingotto railway station . The room was excellent with a balcony and a fridge . The pictures on Hotels.com don't do the hotel justice , very clean room and excellent shower. The girl on reception could not have been more helpful . All in all an excellent stay.

the room is clean, but have almost nothing, not even a lamp. don't mention a safe. They do lock the hotel entry door all the time. The bath is clean, but shower room is very small. I don't think any wide person can get in. I am only 170 pounds and 6 feet tall. It is not easy for me to get in and out the shower. No rack in the shower, and I don't know where you put your soap or shampoo. I guess you just drop them on the floor. The rack of the shower head is broken. You can shower but cannot adjust its height. Only European power outlet there. I tried to borrow an adapter for my US laptop power supply, and they told me to buy one a few blocks away. 15 Euro though. No elevator, or I didn't see one. The location is not bad. 12 minute walk from Linguto Metro station. But it is not a good idea to walk in night. 8 euro taxi from the metro station.
