This hotel is the perfect Paris hotel. The rooms are TINY which adds to the charm of it. The staff and area was more than we could ask for.
4.7
Beautiful and clean hotel in a great location. The staff was lovely.
4.7
The high and low flow flush devices were installed, but the low flow didn’t work in two rooms. There was a definite issue with the floor. It was irregularly sunken between the room and the bathroom, looked like maintenance is needed. The staff was lovely! I talked to one employee who had worked for the hotel for 33 years!
4.7
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Bruno and his colleagues are very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back here.
4.7
Let’s start with the bright spot: Bruno at check-in was a gem and recommended Café des Officiers, a nearby restaurant that turned out to be a fantastic find. Hats off to him for saving our taste buds!
Our room was as cozy as a shoebox, with a bathroom that seemed to have ambitions of becoming a ballroom. But that was just the beginning of our “hot” experience. Apparently, the A/C had taken a vacation and was MIA. The hotel promised it would be fixed, but our room stayed warmer than a sauna. Their ingenious “solution” was three desk fans, which worked about as well as a beach umbrella in a hurricane.
By 4 a.m., our room was a sweltering 30°C—imagine trying to sleep in a pizza oven while the outside weather was more like a gentle spring day in comparison. We complained more often than a broken record, but the response was always the same: “It’s fixed!” Except it wasn’t. The room temperature had a mind of its own, fluctuating between “uncomfortably warm” and “I’m melting.”
When they offered to split us into separate rooms (which were, of course, unavailable), we decided to cut our losses and leave early for a hotel with actual A/C.
After 3 days of this “hot” mess, we checked out early and moved to a hotel with actual A/C and a room that didn’t double as a closet. And as for breakfast? Save your € and head to Café des Officiers instead, t’s a breakfast win that doesn’t require a fan to enjoy.

Had the Olympics not been in town, this would have been fantastic, but the marathon route made it very challenging.
4.7
Thanks a million to Bruno! Very helpful and hard working personnel doing everything to make guests feel at home and welcome. The room I stayed was so well designed that although I reserved a small room I felt as comfortable as a large room.
4.7
Good location, friendly staff and services
4.7
Horrible. No ac on our room or floor. Temp was 31 degrees in room. Washroom sliding door doesn’t work

Lcation, convenient

I booked the Hotel Eiffel Turenne as it was close to the finish of the Olympic Marathon Pour Tous and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Lively clean room, comfortable bed with 2 pillows and high quality sheets. Champagne and chocolates on our arrival was a lovely touch. The shower was brilliant and better than at home.
We really appreciated the communication before our visit to help with getting around during the Olympics.
We visited Les Invalides which is a short walk away. Amazing place with a great value cafe inside.
I would definitely stay here again.

What an absolutely awesome boutique hotel. Stop
searching, book this one before it sells out!

All the staff were very kind and helpful. I would like to stay here again next time.
4.7
Hotel is very clean, staff is very welcoming and helpful, upgraded without asking to bigger rooms. No complaints, I would stay there again.
4.7
Nice room, good location. But the room is a little bit small.

Enjoyed my time at the Eiffel Turenne. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay a pleasant one and had gotten in touch with me prior to my arrival to provide me with any information that I may have needed.
The hotel is very well situated in the 7th Arr, located between Hotel Des Invalides and the Ecole Militaire, the latter having the closest metro stop. As expeceted, this location provides you with a great place to venture out and see the main sites of Paris along with a great variety of bars, brasseries and restaraunts to choose.
On checking in, I was pleasantly surpised to find out that I had been upgraded for free to the executive room. The room was light and spacious with a large bathroom, comfortable beds(one single bed, one double), clean sheets and two complimentary bottles of red wine, which was a nice touch. We were on the top floor and had a nice view of Paris from our window.
Overall, we had a great stay at the Eiffel Turenne and would not hesitate to return

Great hotel but my room was the smallest I experienced to date. Excellent location and service.

Great staff. Excellent location. Many restaurants in the area and a taxi spot is right in the corner.

The staff is very nice and they helped me check-in and check-out seamlessly. Def will book again the next time visit Paris!
4.7
We really liked this hotel. We picked it specifically because we were concerned about a possible late arrival and it has 24 hour checkin. That was very important to us. We loved the location near Rue Cler. It had a taxi stand just outside which was also very convenient. Room was pristine clean! Bed was very comfortable and shower/bathroom very nice. We will definitely book again and will recommend this hotel to our friends. Loved the availability of breakfast.
4.7
A nice hotel in the 7th district very close to the Eifel tower area. Rm 105. Walkable to all major locations we needed. Bed was very comfortable, room was small but we managed. Bathroom was a nice size. Tub plug did not work, and after a long day of walking I had to make an adjustment to get the tub to hold any water enough to soak a short time. Our USB orts were broken and none functional, but we had adapters and were able to charge phones. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We dropped our bags off early, and they placed them in our room when it was ready prior to our return. All in all a good visit. Would recommend if you need a stay in the area.

This will be my go-to hotel for future stays in the Paris. Helpful staff, clean room, great location in a less congested area of the city.
4.7
Great value and great stay for those wanting to be close to the Eiffel Tower! Rooms are small but they make up for the size with a delicious breakfast, a great location, and the super friendly and approachable staff! We could also see the tip of the Eiffel Tower from the window in our room! Would absolutely choose to stay here again! They also helped us get a taxi since we didn’t have a French phone number and they saved us from walking 30 minutes with our luggage!
4.7
Really helpful staff and the continental breakfast was outstanding. The coffee is super too!
4.7
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Decor and cleanliness very good. Location great. Complimentary wine, chocolate and water was a lovely welcoming touch. One improvement would be to have small fridge in room to keep water and drinks cold.
4.7
What a wonderful hotel! The staff, location, and cleanliness of our stay were outstanding.
4.7
I loved it here! They were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable, the shower was fabulous. There was a bottle of water and a chocolate bar in my room when I arrived and they held my luggage for me on my last day so I could get in some sightseeing before my late afternoon train. I reserved a small room which was perfect for one person. Great location and I highly recommend!
