Lovely stay in Bellinzona, walks to the castles and visiting art museums.

Good location close to station and city center. easy bus connection. The view on the castle from the balcony was lovely. Friendly staff.

Comfortable 1-night stay in very convenient location

Great location for the town centre and not too far from the station. Lovely view of the castles from the room. Garden is nice. All very clean. Friendly receptionist.

Decor is generally quite dated, our corridor didn’t smell too nice (the room was fine). Not all electric sockets worked, bedside lamp was really poor quality and didn’t flex properly.

The old carpet that covers the entire surface of the room made the air stuffy and was hard to breath

Nothing.

The breakfast was extraordinarily disgusting. The breakfast was very simple, including cold boiled eggs The room was covered in carpets, the water's temperature could not be regulated (it was luke warm). The apartment held too much dust and the room had no single bed. The apartment was located at a highly trafficked intersection, it was not possible to open the door because of the loud traffic sounds. The bathtub retained far too much and would not drain correctly. The balcony had far too many lights that it felt like day during the room although it was dark outside. We had to close the shutters to reduce light exposure during the night.

When I complained to the staff they did nothing.

I was with my family. At the same time, footballers from a French team stayed at the hotel. They were very loud, singing, and shouting at night in the corridors, they even knocked on our door. When I complained to the staff they did nothing.

Great friendly stay

Food was good. Service was excellent. Had a medical issue and stayed later than expected without charge. Very friendly. Clean rooms.

The view was already amazing… but the bed… omg… I couldn’t get out of the bed! it was so comfortable and I had such a good night of sleep!

I wouldn't book again.

They allow dogs (you have to pay on top). Quick check-in and check-out. Free travel card for the whole Canton of Ticino. Air conditioning in the room.

The room I had was facing a very busy road. The hotel is on a crossroads. When I switched on the TV, all channels were Italian or Ticinese. No German or English channels. I couldn't get the Wifi to work. The binder with instructions looked tatty. The whole feel of the hotel is musty and dated.

Modern and close to everything

Fantastic view of the three castles from the room's balcony - well worth it. Comfortable and modern room. Walk across the road then across the open plaza on the right to reach the elevator to the closest castle - easier than walking up to it - but that is interesting to do if you're feeling energetic!

Arriving with a car is challenging if there are no free spaces in the adjacent public car park. You can't seem to pull up outside the hotel to drop off luggage, although I was told that was possible.

Nice location, poor attention to customers

The location, the balcony with castle view and the bathroom.

The hotel should have not made our room available for check-in: there was a missing sock close to the bed, resulting in a hole with wire in sights and the fridge was not working.

Superb

The hotel is brilliantly positioned in the center of Bellinzona, with large underground parking facilities nearby (at a preferential rate for hotel patrons). The hotel is clean and the room is comfortable.

Buffet breakfast was not very Corona-friendly, and there were flies buzzing around the dishes. Cleaning staff made quite a ruckus in the morning, which could be heard from within the room.
