Limited staff due to holiday season. No problem, but the people at the front desk either dudnt know anything and coildnt help because they were temp workers or they acted put out if you let them know they were out of coffee. There isnt any ice available on site, but your refridgerator makes ice if it works. Our's did not. We reserved a king bed room for our daughter and fiance. They were given a single queen. Wont be back

The front desk staff was wonderful! Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, it was being cleaned still but the wait wasn’t long at all. While we waited, my daughter wanted to grab a snack from the little pantry area and the wonderful gentleman at the front gave them to her free of charge for the wait! The room was the suite with kitchenette and two beds and it was huge. Very clean. The gentleman at the desk the next morning also let us have our snacks free of charge, and when we came back down to check out, check out was as easy as can be. Already told my dad who often visits from out of town that this would be a great choice for him.

Hotel is under construction. Room was nice, big, quit and comfy. Did have an electrical shortage and bathroom and outlets stopped working but was given another room immediately. Overall good stay!

I learned that longer stays receive a better rate. It was very good. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is under renovation and most of the rooms do not have a desk or a table. I ended up buying a small, inexpensive folding table at a local Walmart.

Overall, the property met our basic needs - hot shower and beds. While I understand the property is currently being updated, there were several terrible odors which caught our attention - the 2nd floor hallway and the elevator both had 2 different pungent smells. Perhaps it was the carpet? Maybe replacement of the carpet is part of the update?

The bed sheet was torn, and the bathroom countertop was dirty with soap, clearly not having been cleaned. The shower faucet alternated between very hot and very cold. The room I received looked nothing like the one in the booking photo, particularly in terms of the furniture. For $129 per night, I do not recommend this place.

Checked in relatively late in the evening and woke up dead-asleep clerk. Was given a first floor room initially, but as soon as we entered the room, my kid killed a roach on the counter. This was after we made our way down the hallway that had no baseboards put back on. The toilet was also leaking water all over the floor from the base. We were then moved the the 3rd floor. The rooms were clearly very newly “remodeled” but things like old, dingy face plates left behind and everything just seems so low quality.

I enjoyed the comfortable beds and convenient location. The staff was also very nice. The TV worked fine except for using the channel guide to see what is showing on all channels. The shower temperature was good but the pressure wasn’t so great.

What I saw online and what I got were two different things. This is an aged property. The rust, damage and mold on display made me second guess my decision whole heartedly. The rain gathering on the A/C unit(inside the room), The aged chairs, the DVD player that was just sitting unplugged and no connecting cables, The thin overused towels, mold and dirty caulking all thru the bathroom, The rear entrance that required no key card. Should I stop there? I thought I was paying for a better place by the look of the price and the pictures. Is it common knowledge of the $75 pet deposit required but not mentioned when making reservations? I might of had second thoughts if I knew a high school track team had several rooms in the same hallway too.

Good rate for a multi night stay. Staff was good, room is okay, but in need of a new mattress and some minor repairs. Value was okay, but noisy in room above and road noise from I-35 is definitely there. Overall not disappointed due to price. Laundry had 1 broken washer but is no charge. Workout room was good.

The hotel was in a good location with easy access. The grounds / parking area needed to be picked up and cleaned for liter and debris. Our only complaint about our room was there weren’t enough towel hangers or racks in the bathroom. Thankfully that’s a small item but it would help when you’re attempting to reuse a towel or hand towel.

Terrible!! Room and linens smelled like smoke. Barking dogs. No breakfast available, not even coffee one morning. Ice maker in refrigerator didn't work and no ice machines on floors.

When checking in the gentleman was efficient but definitely not engaging. The room was clean at the surface but definitely needed, as did the whole hotel, a deep cleaning. The young lady at the desk when we checked was lovely.
