Don't expect to much.

The hostel is close to Leizig Haupbahnhof Station and you can walk to the city centre. It's not a bad idea to stay if you don't want to pay too much.

Staff is not very friendly. There is a bar on the ground floor close to the reception. We stayed from Saturday to Monday and our room was directly on top of the bar area. Therefore, we could hear the bad loud music all the night!!!! They claimed there is a "Ruhezeit" from 10pm to 6/7am, but I am sorry to say, it doesn't applies on Saturday. Other travellers talked loud in the corridor until 3 am. Staff didn't ask them to talk inside their rooms. It's very disturbing. On the next day, we complained about this to the manager. She just rudely said "Sorry about that!!"

Finder et andet sted næste gang

Beliggenheden lige overfor Flixbusstationen og central for det historiske centrum. Morgenmaden fin. Flere mindre lokaler, så man kunne trække sig fra skoleklasserne.

Værelset var det mest kedelige, vi nogensinde har oplevet og meget lille. Som en fængselscelle.Måtte gå sidelæns for at passere sengen( ca 30 cm plads).Stort byggeri overfor værelset. Startede kl.7 med larm. Værelset var på samme gang som en skoleklasse, børnene løb hujende op og ned ad den lange gang og smækkede med dørene hele aftenen.

Wir würden wieder kommen

Frühstück war ok

Das Fenster konnte man wegen Straßenlärm nicht offen lassen. Aber das ist ja nicht zu ändern.

Für einen Kurzulaub in Familie völlig ok :-)

Tolle Lage, direkt am Bahnhof, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Es fehlen Kleiderhacken zum Anhängen der Jacken. Ansonsten sauberes einfaches Hostel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Für einen Kurzurlaub völlig ausreichend.

Comfort,cozy, zentral

Sehr zentral, gleich neben Leipzig HBf. Wenn man mit FlixBus angekommen wäre, das Hostwl ist genau gegenüber und 24 offen mit personal Ist nicht problematisch, trotz Mitternacht einzuchecken Bar , Mini Bistro und Gemeinsamrsum sind super gestattet und very cozzy Perfekt 👌🏽 für allein Reisende bzw. Geuppen Freut mich Habe sogar 2mal die Übernachtung verlängern. Laundry ? Keine sorgen Dort gibts Auch für Wäsche und trocknen 4-7kg Für 8€ fertig ✔️ Echt praktisch Frühstück und mittags sind leider nicht inklusive aber der Preis dafür ist echt fair 🙏🏽✨ Danke A&O Hostel Leipzig ✨✨✨😘😘😘😘

Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

Das Hotel war vom Bahnhof aus gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel und auch unser Hotelzimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch das Angot beim Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts negatives zu sagen, da wir leider nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht haben.

Unkompliziert, günstig

Die kurzfristige Buchung und die Absprachen mit den Rezeptionisten war super unkompliziert, der Preis pro Nacht sehr günstig.

Wie üblich in einem Mehrbettzimmer kommen die Schlafgäste zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten nachts ins Zimmer, daher empfiehlt es sich, Gehörschutz dabei zu haben. Morgens musste man leider etwas warten, bis die Dusche frei war.

Alles in allem sehr zufrieden würde immer wieder kommen

Tolles Hostel mit Zweibettzimmern war eine Nacht für ein Konzert da und es war alles da was man braucht. Alles sauber und die Rezeption auch sehr freundlich

Allerdings sollte Warteschlange an der Rezeption klarer geregelt sein. Es war nicht klar ob es nur eine war oder für jeden Mitarbeiter eine so ist eine große Gruppe vor mir dran gekommen die allerdings erst einige Minuten nach mir kamen und es wurde seitens der Rezeptionistin nichts gesagt

Lage ist super zentral, in 5 Minuten am Bahnhof, Frühstück gut mit pancake- Maschine, für junge Leute und Familien gut geeignet, Hotelpersonal freundlich, USB- Ladebuchsen am Bett

Klimaanlage fehlt, das war leider ein großes Minus bei 36Grad Aussentemperatur. Ventilatoren konnte man anscheinend an der Rezeption gegen 20Euro Pfand ausleihen, dies wurde uns aber bei der Anmeldung leider nicht gesagt, oder es waren keine mehr verfügbar und kein Parkplatz reservierbar. Parkhaus gegenüber, aber für mehrere Tage teuer.

Parking is an fictional option. There are only few places (around 12?). There wasn't possibility of checking&reserving it prior to visit on booking.com website. Then, when asked at the reception - 'oh, you didnt book the parking' thing ;]. Well, I understand there big parking houses on the other side of the street :V

Great hotel for price

Great value for the money. Lobby had a play area for kids. The breakfast was goof and it had a playarea for kids. Huge plus when traveling with little kids. 3 min walk to Train station. Lots of shops and food options inside. Riom was clean. Would recommend and would defenetly book again .

Disappointed for the price we paid.

We booked our stay one day in advance and wrote that we also want to reserve parking. When we arrived they couldn’t find our booking. Finally after some phone calls they were able to find our booking but needed to process it. We waited around 45 minutes with a baby and a small kid. Then they told us that we didn’t reserve a parking and they can’t offer us a place anymore. Okay, at least we got a room. Sadly we were every disappointed of the room we got. 2 of the 4 beds were not covered, the bath room was super small and the shower dirty, on the covered bed was some hair, under bed and in corners was dust, it was super hot in the room, the windows were totally old, it was extremely loud also during night because it was main road side. My husband and son left already to city and I went with our baby to the receptionist to ask for covering our bed and also for towels which were missing. The answer was that it is normal that “kids beds” are not covered. I explained that there are not even covers (and towels) in the room. She said that they will give me and I can cover it. I asked her if it’s joke as I am now here alone with our 6 month old baby and if they couldn’t send someone there. Sadly that was not possible. So in the end we needed to take covers from reception in the evening and do it by ourselves. Also we realised that in evening, night and also morning there was free parking space. So I don’t know why they denied us to park there, especially as we arrived as family with small kids. Also they didn’t seem professional at all. We spend some time in the kids area and several other guests had issues. So we realised that we were not the only ones which had issues. For the price we payed (90 Euro) I would definitely expect something better. At least a friendly and competent service and clean rooms. We did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hostel, especially not for families with small kids.

Disappointing

Hotel has a good location near the main train station, like 3min walking from all public transport and 10min to the center of the city. That's the only good thing that I can say about this hotel, unfortunately.

The worst experience ever. Overpriced hotel (more than 100Eur per night). Dirty old towels with holes, the same with bedsheets, mold in a shower, hook for towels in a bathroom is broken, TV fastening on a wall is also almost broken. View from the window to the building construction that is very loud.

Pleasant

Breakfast was plenty of food and tasted good. The position is really close to the central station, 5 minutes walk. The room was really quiet thanks to a double window. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking lot reserved and easy to reach.

Unfortunately during last night there was a fire alarm ringing very loud and many people went out scared...it was a false alarm but...and also they forgot to clean our room...we stayed there 3 nights. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the bathroom hadn't a window or a fun for the air.

Slow check in (fast check in station was ooo), Loud (the were parties on our floor. We asked reception for help, but got the answer to call the police next time.), the bathroom was not very clean (the was hair and some mold in the shower)
