The service was good, but the cleaness and bugs control not that good as expected. The fridge was not working, the quality of the sheets not so good. The bed was just ok. We noticed mosquitoes always, and saw two small cockroachs. The space is ok but they need to improve.

Staff was amazing. The 2 floor rooms DOES NOT have elevator, but the AMAZING STAFF , HELPED US with our luggage. We rented 1 bedroom apt, and another 2 bedrooms apartment. Both were great. Super Clean, Super confortable, A/C was great. Included breakfast buffet was GREAT. WE WILL RETURN FOR SURE.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is clean and safe. The staff is great and the beach is just in front of the hotel. I highly recommend Alisei Hotel

Awesome location. Lovely that breakfast and wifi were included. All areas of concern were addressed quickly. Would book again just not in the studio apartment having to climb stairs and no sitting area

Not recommended. Rooms with poor cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and antigenic bathrooms. Therefore, we left without waiting for the end of our vacation, having stayed only three nights, although we paid for 5 nights.

The stay was nice! The people were very helpful and the accommodations were clean, comfortable and quiet. I usually try to stay in an all-inclusive resort when I travel, but am happy to have breakfast as an option. I think the restaurant staff is excellent. I just wish the food options were greater. The food is okay, but I did venture out to another restaurant while I was there. Italian close by and it was okay.

The rooms and facilities are way better than the pictures. I booked a 2 room and they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom apartment. Very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant I would rate as very good, the breakfast buffet was excellent. I enjoyed the beach club, it’s nice to not pay extra for a chair. I booked through Expedia and my airline choices only listed Puerto Plata as the entry point. It’s a 3 1/2 hour drive, apparently it’s 2 hours from the Santo Domingo airport so next time I will do that. I will definitely return to this hotel.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Convenient. Love that beach is across hotel and there is a bar on the beach ! Pool area has a bar as well. Drinks are good!

We are from US and were on vacation in Dominican Republic. We booked the property for one night stay. After driving for four we reached the property and we did not like the location and property up keep. If you are used to staying in nicer properties, please stay away. Location is in the city of Las terrenas and not some pleasant place. You will see the local traffic on the road across, then the beach is also filled with locals and does not feel private. The property will not feel like an upscale place. We booked another hotel right away and overpaid to relocate. We asked the hotel to refund our money but the management is very adamant and did not accommodate our request. Overall a bad experience

Beautiful tropical oasis & 1st class VIP service from the entire hotel staff throughout our stay was amazing! Our room was a home away from home..clean & fully equipped! To start each day..Chef Jose Luis made the most delicious egg omelettes! The private NYE beach party was amazing & memorable! Thank you

I have problems in the check in. My room is in the 4 floor and don’t said anything about no elevator in premises, I have surgery in my foot and is a lot the stairs. Supposed after 3 floor any building have elevator.

We really enjoyed the pool, the restaurant and the property in general. Beach is across the street—almost feela like part of the property! I had two massages done. But the staff is really friendly and always ready to serve their clients. Highly recommended.

Alisei Hotel & Staff are always amazing with customer services! This month, Oct 2023 they had an amazing live band on the beach with bar and tables in front of the hotel. The food is good and the pool with the swim up bar is always relaxing fun. I recommend this hotel for the price, location and staff!
