Location, facilities.
We particularly asked for interconnecting rooms with one of the rooms being accessible for a disabled person. This was confirmed, but we got two regular rooms.
4.2
Breakfast was nice with a variety of food. We liked the croissants and other baked goods. Room was nice but nothing fancy. Interesting thing is that it was connected with the room of our friends with double doors. :)
Spa is small but nice. Even though the hotel was full it didn't feel noisy.
Hotel is a good choice for those that want to use metro to reach all the interesting sites of the city, but spend their nights in a quiet neighborhood.
One thing we didn't like is that you need to go through the lobby of the hotel to get to the spa which seemed kind of awkward.

The room was lovely, very warm, and the bed was a dream tk sleep in
The lack of vegan food. We had paid for breakfast and there was no vegan hot option available and very limited as to what I could eat (bread roll and jam). Even on their menu, they had one option and that was salad the maid forgot to leave us fresh water even though we had paid for a deluxe room which included this and also forgot to leave clean towels for the free spa access. I did tell reception where the receptionist argued the fact we had a deluxe room even though I showed her email confirmation of my booking.

Location is great 10 mins walking distance to hero square
The facility is not modern and needs a lot of improvement especially in the sockets / they don’t have power socket with USB connection.
Breakfast was just ok.

Bad and terrible experience!
We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a guy at the reception who was antipathetic and not helpful.
I clearly stated and even confirmed before ordering that we do not want a sofa bed. The hotel confirmed that it does not have a sofa, we booked the room. When we arrived we were surprised to find out that the requested bed was a pull-out sofa bed.
After we went to the reception, we received horrible treatment from the receptionist who did not agree to help us in any way and only said "I am not responsible, and I have no way to help you". In addition, he did not agree to connect us to the person in charge or the manager.
We got a room where the shower didn't work, as did the electrical outlets. After mentioning it again, they changed our room to a lower room. We didn't get bathrobes and they didn't wash our towels every day (even though they say they do)
Of course, even after we asked for compensation - we did not receive it. No money and no benefits.
The pool is frozen and small, and the hot tub was cold. The sauna on the other hand was good.
At breakfast we were seated in an unheated side room - and when we asked for eggs we were told that they were "too busy to serve us"
I asked in advance for something for my parents' 30th wedding anniversary celebrations and we didn't get it - after two more requests on different days from different people, they brought them a bottle of champagne for which they were asked to pay, even though I inquired in advance and they didn't mention that it was an additional charge.
There is no 24/7 receptionist as indicated on the website.
They ask for an additional payment for every detail, such as bottles of water (which we did not receive in the rooms)
In conclusion, a bad experience. Lack of courtesy and service, poor value for the price

The hotel location was within reach of the city , There was enough variety at breakfast to suit everyone , the breakfast staff were very friendly and looked after us well . Bedrooms had everything that you needed , shower/bath good with a lot of hot water . WI-FI had no issues
That the Pool area only opened at 5pm and was way way too busy , Hotel had a sign due to increased costs that they had to limit opening hours . Hotel as per staff had over 200 guests for breakfast so they generate alot of revenue , if I knew about limited pool times I might not have booked The hotel as not mentioned when making a booking , or shown in price . If pushed scrambled eyes need to be done more as sometimes very runny and need seasoning.

The location is perfect. The food both dinner and breakfast is amazing. Very friendly staff.
The towels are too small for a shower, and you only get one. One towel could barely cover half of my body. If not bigger, they need to give you more towels! The dessert pencake one night was served to me cold, obviously not freshly baked, from the fridge, that was a let down.

Big bathroom and good breakfast. Nice view of the Dominican church from the room window. Excellent public transport to all important points in the city.
The water in the pool was cold. It said on the side that it should be 28C, but it was 23C. For breakfast, the selection of sweets could be richer.

Location, near the city centre, bus stop around the corner. Spa and fine breakfast included.
Fee for bathrobe

Beautiful view, clean spa. It's a little cold in the sauna, but it's gorgeous in the Jacuzzi!
The photos do not correspond to reality. Especially the breakfast, some of the food was not appetizing. Unfortunately, I didn't like it. The deluxe room is very small. There are stains on the towels, and they are torn in some places. There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
4.2
Very narrow parking spots in the underground parking.
