The property is stunning and the game reserve phenomenal! We loved the staff and how friendly they were to us. Only two things we didn’t like was the food, we felt it very average and the attention to detail. ie serving salmon to us both when I said I didn’t eat fish. Otherwise it was amazing, the game drives, rhino dehorning and spa were the highlights, incredible!!

Very nice lodge with high service level and friendly staff who did their outmost to keep you comfortable. Our special diateries request due to allergies was no problem at all and food is delicious.

Excellent game lodge in a private reserve. A real treat of a place to stay.
Staff are excellent; always there to assist but without being in your face.
The 2 game drives are brilliant and led by knowledgable guides who clearly care for the animals and love what their work, (but who wouldn’t!)
Food and drink are both of a high standard. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, even afternoon tea are all delicious.
Rooms are arranged as 8 (I think) cottages, all well spaced apart, generous in size and luxurious.
Different activities available during the middle of the day, ranging from animal watching from the hide at a nearby watering hole, to relaxing with a drink in your room or the communal lounge. If you want to pay a little extra then you can get an ‘elephant education’ at a local community, or a pampering session at the on site spa.
This place really was everything we hoped for and more. I would definitely return, ...just as soon as I can afford it again, but most likely a once in a lifetime experience unfortunately.

We loved everything about our stay at Leopard Mountain. The view from the room was stunning, and the room itself was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. The staff were incredible - so friendly and welcoming. Overall the luxurious comfort of the lodge combined with the great game drives and a visit to the spa made for a perfect break.

The staff are amazing with their personalised and friendly service making it a home from home with a 5 star feel. This came recommended by a family member and we were not disappointed either. Little surprises and treats along the way make it superb.

This was mine and my wifes first trip to SA and what a way to spend our first 3 nights. Everything, from checking-in to checking-out was first class. All the staff were very friendly and the lodge had a family feel about it. The Safari trips were amazing, the first morning a little quiet, but we were spoilt on latter trips. Highlights being a meeting of a black and white Rhino, being stalked by a lioness (we were safe!) and witnessing a failed kill by the same lion. We saw many other things and was very well looked after by our Ranger Aldran

Its the little things that sets Leopard Mountain aside. Most game lodges will treat you like royalty, but Leopard Mountain goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy: from providing you with conplimentary take away picnic baskets on the day you leave to walking you to your room at night they thought of everything. The experience is enhanced by only having a small group stay, thus you get to know others and your guide can tailor the drive to your needs. Tip: get Alden as your Ranger.

I cannot say enough about this place. Just a sublime experience for my girlfriend and me. I work at a senior level in the hospitality industry, and have traveled the world. Leopard Mountain Lodge is probably in my top 3 hotels/lodges for the combination of service, facilities, food, and experience. Cannot recommend enough.

The whole team at Leopard Mountain made every effort to make our stay an enjoyable and memorable one. Alden our guide was exceptional, the food perfect and the rooms comfortable, clean and private. I would recommend Leopard Mountain to anyone wanting the bells and whistles of a luxury game lodge at a fraction of the cost.

LEOPARD MOUNTAIN GAME LODGE IS TRUELY AN IDEAL EXPERIENCE. MY WIFE AND I, BEING BOTH NEWLY QUALIFIED GAME RANGERS OURSELVES, SPEND TWO NIGHTS IN THIS WONDERFUL LODGE. EVERY ASPECT OF OUR STAY WAS TRUELY EXCEPTIONAL. FROM THE FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF (MATT) TO OUR GUIDES (H AND ALDEN) WHO WERE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND FUN TO THE SUPERB ACCOMMODATION AND LODGE ITSELF. OUR DRIVES, EVEN DESPITE RAIN, WERE ACTION PACKED, VERY INFORMATIVE AND WERE REALLY FIRST CLASS. I WOULD GENUINELY AND FULLY RECOMMEND THIS WONDERFUL LODGE NOT ONLY FOR THE GAME AND WILDLIFE VIEWING, BUT ALSO FOR THE QUALITY OF STAFF AND ACCOMMODATION. THIS COMBINATION WAS TRUELY EXCEPTIONAL AND I CANNOT THINK OF ONE ASPECT OF OUR TRIP THAT COULD BE IMPROVED UPON.

The chalets are luxurious and super comfortable with great views. The staff couldn't be more accommodating. The food is gourmet and yummy - especially dinner. Couldn't have been happier with our stay!
