Lovely stay with my 3 daughters. Very welcoming and friendly! Lovely clean room with plenty of space. Will stay again

We had booked this property months in advance, had all the prior communciation re check in times etc. we travelled two hours to arrive and say our room had been cancelled and there was nothing we could do about it. No help from the staff - terrible service!
4.0
It was exactly what I paid for, clean room, comfy bed, clean bathroom, shower was a bit small and the area around the place seemed a bit dodgy, but overall I’m happy with my stay

Great place for airport transport. But run down and dated rooms but for the price i would stay again.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff are wonderful! They made local dinning recommendations and were super helpful with train and tube information. I would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing hotel the room is comically entertaining

Extremely friendly, hospitable staff. Very convenient access to the public transportation system. 5-minute walk to the Elizabeth Line. There were quite a few options for purchasing groceries. The mini fridge was useful. The room and bathroom were very clean. Nice shower.

Perfect for staying in London as had a concert at Wembley. Very clean, friendly staff.
2.5
It was just a place to sleep after a gig at Wembley. Perfectly fine.
They want a £100 security deposit on arrival.

Perfect for a quick stop over!!

Id recommend this place especially if your on a budjet. Super accesible to the tube. Has everything you need.

A great place to stay on a budget but with everything you need. Close to the Elizabeth Line and cafes. Staff were of great service and were very welcoming.

Very good staff and room good but a little bit noisy next to the road

This was a one night stop over for a business trip and I found the location perfect for my needs in west London.

The OYO London Guest House was a great option for my overnight business trip to London.
My single room was pretty small, but absolutely fine. Everything was spotlessly clean, and in good condition. It looks like the photos on the website. The shower was very good.
The reception staff were pleasant, and pretty efficient, and the wifi worked well.
The guest house is in a good location for the Elizabeth Line (Acton Main Line station - just 5 mins by foot) and I could reach my morning appointment near Liverpool Street very easily. The neighbourhood is quite residential and felt very safe, and even though the guest house is on quite a main road, there wasn't that much road noise.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Small rooms but very adequate.

Very friendly staff, the manager helped us with directions to the area we were heading to. He took time out to look some info up and message me with details later that day. It was in a good location and just few mins walk to the Station. Large room, nice & clean

Property is located on a very busy street. Police sirens every few minutes. The property itself is very old, in desperate need of modernisation. The floors are creaking with gaps . My door handle actually fell off while I was trying to enter the room I stayed in a single room which smelled. I soon found out what the smell was, all around the bed was damp and dirt. It was obvious that the bed has never been moved and cleaned. Slept in my clothes all night. I am glad I booked for one night only, otherwise I would’ve left and booked somewhere else. This is not a hotel that I would recommend in fact I recommend you avoid it completely.

- Staff were very friendly.
- Housekeeping was a bit OTT, as all our already neatly assorted things had been rearranged from my own OCD layout. Jammies folded and hung up and all. Cables wound up and put in our bags. Plus, toothbrushes were moved.
- Wasn’t any amenities. So dinner time meals were difficult. We had Tesco Meal Deals, 2 days on the bounce lol.
- There’s a £100 deposit which hasn’t advertised well, so I had actually missed that warning and was unaware of its existence until my arrival.

Room was clean, but small. Some decor was a bit dated.

Nice guest house hardly five minutes walk from Acton Mainline station (Elizabeth Line). About 10 minutes walk to Acton - pubs, supermarket, shops.
With the Elizabeth line from Acton Mainline station it is easy and quick to get into the Westend (Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road) and also Paddington and Liverpool Street.
Friendly staff.

Shocking customer service. Tried to change booking 1 week ahead of stay but they refused to let me change date despite availability of rooms at the same price on the date I wanted to move to. Had to pay for a room I could not stay in. Greedy hotel chain with no understanding of how to treat customers.

Perfect place to put my head down for the night after seeing a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. Ideal base with the Elizabeth line into central London just 5 minutes walk away. I missed the last direct service and had a 20 minute walk from the district line service but I didn’t feel unsafe reaching the hotel.
The staff were always really friendly and the room was more than adequate and very good for the price paid with coffee and tea making, hair dryer, mini fridge and a tv with dvd. Even in November the room felt very warm without the heating, maybe a little too warm! The bathroom was clean and supplied body wash and shampoo.

Nice guest house and very kind staff

Loved this place. So perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk to the Elizabeth line. Clean linens, warm showers. It's not the Ritz, but if you're hardly in the room, as we were, then this is your place. PLUS some of the nicest people on the planet. Two very big thumbs up.

Very close to Elizabeth line train station. Room was clean and property was well maintained

The management & staff were very welcoming & helpful. Went out of their way to help us with our commutes & to make our sightseeing in London as smooth & convenient as possible. Highly recommend OYO London Guest House

Good basic value for money and service so no criticisms.

The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. They directed us through the train network to ensure we got to them via the best route. They rung to make sure we knew where to go when we got off the train.

Room was dirty and smelled unclean. Hotel and bedroom was tired, old and sticky furniture. Photos on the website are nothing like the room I was in

Broken shower head, broken extractor fan in the bathroom. Kept my £50 security deposit for no apparent reason, the room was left clean & tidy when we left. The fire alarm activated due to the steam after the 3 of us had showers in the morning & the bathroom door was slightly ajar allowing steam to escape. A knock 5 minutes later we were accused of smoking in the room, reiterated our point none of us smoke but that was brushed off & was told if you want to smoke then smoke out the window ha. Even if I did smoke I wouldn't smoke in my own house never mind a residence that isn't mine as the smell is foul. Wouldn't consider returning mainly just due to the facilities in the room.

Great location for central London, very easy check in, reception staff were really friendly and an excellent price for London
Room was clean, however the paint work was tired but this did not detract what is a good hotel

Value of Money! 5 minutes of walk to Acton Main Station.

On arrival, we were made to feel very welcome & was offered complimentary parking. On entering the room, there was a very horrible smell coming from the bathroom, poor sewage smell which was immediately seen to & rectified. We only had one pillow each which was hard & uncomfortable & only realised there weren't extra pillows after getting in close to midnight which was too late to inform reception! Finally, the television didn't work which I reported on checking out. Overall, the room was spacious & clean & had plenty of tea/coffee making facilities 🙂
