This place looks like nothing from the outside but once inside, all is brand spanking new et so clean. They have pic nic tables behind the hotel for star gazing or a meal.

Nothing wrong with this location. A little bit out of Sept-Iles, but a nice, quiet place to sleep. Front desk staff were excellent as well.

Staff memebers are lovely. They are very sweet and ready to help anytime. Just need little improvement on breakfast menu. Overall i enjoyed my stay. I was there for 8 nights in superior room, has nice shower.

It was clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially nice and made for a great sleep. Walls are thin, so you can hear the person talking next door. Otherwise perfect stay.

Stayed in Sept-Iles many times, but first time here. Spent 5 nights. Overall impression is good, despite few minor things: TV cable connection wasn't good (intermittent loss of connectivity) and noise from early traffic on the street. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Perfect hotel / motel if you need to do a quick stop at Sept-Îles for the night. Rooms are clean and spacious for this price. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean at our arrival.

Reception personnel was very nice, I might not follow advice next time on choice of restaurant (Was recommended an asian restaurant which has only asian the name, food was by all mean below standard but recommendation is subjective so no blaming here) If snowing you might struggle a bit with magnetic key as ice and snow might be in lock. Room was in good condition, bathroom was partially refurnished. Heating was very noisy and same for fridge. I would not say that there is any view of any sort.
