I have stayed at this hotel twice in two months. During our first stay the staff attempted to put us in a single King when our reservation was for two queen due to us traveling with children. When we requested the correct room we were told they were fully booked and could not accommodate. Thankfully, they were able to find a room that was available on the first floor. This was after a day of travel and close to midnight with our kids. Our second stay was no better.

5am wake up cannot come soon enough. Do not stay here. This hotel is in disrepair. Stain on couch. Ice maker not working. Sheets have a stain on one of the beds. Will not be using that bed. Shower doesn’t drain properly so water builds up in tub. So we won’t use the shower. Closet smells horrible. Someone propped open the back door with a rock. We removed it and reported it to the front desk. They said it was housekeeping “not to worry” I am worried because there are lots of empty liquor bottles outside that door and the hotel locks all doors at night but if someone props it open the property is not secure. The front desk did not care. Cannot believe I used hotel.com rewards on this! What a waste. And final straw is that teenagers are running up and down the halls screaming and Slamming doors. Etc. The toilet ran all night. Hotel was reportedly full so unable to get a new room.

Our bathroom door was broken upon arrival and we booked through hotel.com but were charged twice. Once by hotel.com and Hyatt Place also charged us. Be careful booking with Hotel.com because they might charge you twice.

There was no AC in the lobby for the three night stay we were there. I was asked if I wanted daily housekeeping when I checked in and I said yes. I did not receive daily housekeeping. I had to go down to the front desk and ask to get housekeeping the next day. Do not charge me full price when I do not receive full service. Never returning.

It was the usual Hyatt with the nice room design. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that it was close to the highway and we could walk to Longhorn. The carpets are beginning to show some wear and the common areas weren’t so clean.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is new but did have signs that maintenance is lacking - air conditioning and toilet not working in the first room (they did immediately relocate us to a room that was fine), one of the elevators was out of service, and the spring on the room door wouldn't automatically close.

Bathroom sink had hair in it, shower tiles are cracked.
The room had an opened soda can still cold in it at arrival.
Front desk personnel is very friendly, but otherwise I was not impressed.

Booked a room for the weekend for my son. Wanted him to scout the location for me, prior to booking a weekend event for 100 people. So glad I investigated. Upon arriving for check-in, the front desk staff said that because he lived within 50 miles he was required to pay a $250 CASH deposit, in addition to the already fully paid reservation. When I got on the phone, they said they would make an exception to their "policy" and accept a credit card. They said the card normally needs to be physically present, but I insisted that if I could pay for the room remotely with a card, then I should be able to do the same with this deposit. After scouring their website, I confirmed that the only policy listed had to do with pets. When I went to the hotel the following week and asked to see any written evidence on the website or on paper of this "policy," they had nothing. The manager on duty got extremely agitated and rude and said they could charge anyone anything they wanted and could even refuse service. I explained I was simply trying to get confirmation of the "policy" that have been communicated, to ensure that someone wasn't trying to rip me off. These guys seem to be making up policies on the fly and hoping to do who knows what with the cash they convince people to hand over. My guess is the cash would get "lost." Do not trust this staff. This place is super sketchy.

Everything about this place was great! The service was unmatched and the facilities were clean and neat.

Great staff! Comfortable bed. Only drawback was the tiny space between the shower and sink where the toilet got placed. My husband, a six foot tall man with athletic build, barely fit in the space. Just a poor design. But the staff and location were outstanding!

The hotel has a nice lobby and dining area. This is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are very plain at best and dated and a little worn. Ice is on 3 and 4 floors with the 3rd being out of order. Parking is congested and fills up quickly. This is in a great location and just needs a little updating and it will be as good as any

We had a double queen room and it was HUGE! It was so spacious and could have easily fit 6 with the pull out couch. I absolutely love this hotel!

Decent hotel. Probably the best in the area. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Priced too high for the area. Rooms clean, but walls and doors are beat up. Bugs in bathroom. Empty soap canisters. Would definitely rate it around 3.5 stars. Decent breakfast. Not as many options as other 4-5 star hotels. Overall a good hotel, just not what I would expect for a Hyatt and the high price. Prices definitely need to come down at least $20 a room a night.

I gave this property 4 stars because it’s just not a 5 star property. It’s not even a 4 star property in many areas. But, it is as nice as it gets in this area. And, the staff were all very attentive and nice. Definitely a good stay for families and business travelers in the area.
