It was old, for some reason the hotel was empty and the only people that they booked were all in the same area, so it was very noisy kids were running around, the people next to us were loud the walls very thin so we can hear everything, the guy was coughing all night at 2am people were talking loud in the room in front of us, the Tv kept turning off the channel that we were watching asking for a code that we never got, this was a horrible experience I will never stay here again... the front desk people had attitude like if they were doing us a favor by staying there... we were at a different hotel the previous day for $5 more but it was worth it... they got nice hotels in Tijuana, but this one I will never recommend...

Room was decent compartive to US standards but great to Mexico's. Close proximity to the border. Booking online saves you 40% than booking at the hotel

There were some noisy people after 11 pm and administrators didn't do anything about it. Eventually they quiet down. Beside that everything was good.

If you are coming to Tijuana for the Lucha Libre, this is the best hotel to stay at. The Auditorio is a 4 minute walk from this hotel. And the hotel is not a scuzzy hotel, it's clean, lots of staff and security (I took my wife here a year ago and she had no issues)

Very good hotel clean enjoyed my stay

Bathroom was nice but the water came out brown the longer I ran it the browner it got, others complained of their water being brown, but the other side of building was not.

I had a room near the pool so there was a bit of noise from about 4-9pm but it did not bother me. The shower pressure was weak as was the wifi. The restaurant was closed so I ordered Uber eats the bed was not that comfy this was a bargain stay ($120/night). This was similar to a motel 6 or almost a holiday inn without the breakfast. 2.5 stars out of 5

The family event we were attending was located in this hotel, which is the reason we booked there. The hotel rooms are outdated for what we paid. Service was disappointing. They literally made us wait to check-in until exactly 3:00pm and said there was a waitlist for check-in. Rooms were not ready yet. The one thing I liked was that there was covered parking included.

No elevator for older folks, unless in lower level rooms.

The room service lady threw away on the trash a bag full of clothing, mistakenly thinking that it was trash. The hotel staff didn't care about my situation, didn't offer any solution or retribution. Terrible experience.

It was certainly clean but nothing special about anything including the rooms quite old and outdates for even the price paid.
