The rooms are very old and deteriorated, including sheets, bedspreads and towels, almost smelling like they are not clean.

Good place to stay and enjoy the walk through Centro Histórico. The only thing that we had trouble with was that we did not had air conditioning in rooms. Had to go down to the lobby to complain and they wanted to add a $200 pesos extra charge deposit for the AC control, we were not informed about it when we did the check in.

It’s actually a beautiful hotel but needs to be updated, their was an odd smell like sewer on the 4th floor. I suggest all white bed covers to at least know they were washed in bleach. Love that has air conditioning, has a nice big screen tv and internet. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I was so pleasantly pleased with this hotel! The hotel was clean, the staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was delish! I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!

Hotel needs work in the rooms...bath shower hear was mostly plugged up, and bath had unfinished ceiling. Bed was uncomfortable and the room w got on the 2nd floor was Very Noisy at night, as a busy road is next to the Hotel. Wont stay there again.

Our one night stay was pleasant. The hotel is very centrally located and is large for its size. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. It was a great option to have free gated on site parking. Only downside was the shower was a little outdated and not enough water pressure, it took a while to get hot water running.

Excente, al llegar a la habitacion, me di cuenta que habia cometido un error a la hora de seleccionar el tipo de habitacion que yo necesitaba, y me dieron una mas grande sin cargo alguno, esta fue un pequeño departamento tipo Jr Suite, con cocina completa.... y dos camas king Size, lo mejor era que tenia su estacionamiento afuera de mi habitacion, ....... fue lo mejor.... muchas gracias.

Theres a train near by that goes by every 5 minutes , you need to insert your room key in a wall slot to turn the light on so if in the middle of the night you get up to use the restroom youll need to re enter youre room key because the room will be not have electricity

Pictures of hotel are outdated, seems nicer in pictures than what it is. Rooms were very cold no heating system and bathroom had a sewer smell outdated drainage perhaps. Not too satisfied!

Very accessible and within walking distance to the main plaza. Parking was great. We were able to park near our room. Safety was also a big factor.
