La reception de restauration ZERO

A la reception on était bien accueilli mais au restaurant a l entrée le monsieur qui s occupait de la reception n 'était pas sympathique avec nous du fait qu'à la vue ,il nous a empêcher de rentrer prétendant qu'on était pas habillé correctement alors qu´il a laissé d autres personnes habillés de la meme façon que nous.on s est sentis discriminé . On a expliquer la situation a une responsable et elle nous a promis q u elle allait faire un rapport on lui a demandé de rentrer dans la salle pour confirmer qu il y avait bien une personne habillée comme nous. C'est pas normal de traiter les gens comme ça Vraiment dommage

Beachfront Hotel within walking distance to Estepona. Very aesthetically pleasing by pool

Beautiful hotel, right on the beach and about 15 min walk to Port or 40 min to Old Town. Room upgraded to sea view which was very kind of them. Met an old friend from 14 years ago who works on reception which was a bonus. The food was good, plenty to choose from and decent bars. Lovely pool, sunbeams very comfy and plenty of them.

Some parts showing signs of age but it looks like there is a bit of a current refurb going on.

A very enjoyable and relaxing stay in a beautiful resort with many included activities. Breakfast was superb.

A beautiful oceanfront property, very helpful friendly staff, lots of activities and an extensive, delicious breakfast buffet.

The heating was centrally controlled so we were unable to cool our room.

Nice stay but not value for money

Location, layout and style of property. Staff were friendly and helpful Decent breakfast selection

Rooms need updating, no iron or kettle in bedroom. 1 power socket not working, fridge cupboard door didn't close properly and bedroom furniture showed signs of usage.

Séjour très agréable car bonne ambiance, personnel serviable et all inclusive de qualité.

Chambre très confortable mais nous avons regretté qu'il n'y ait pas de cabine de douche. La baignoire n'étant pas accessible pour des raisons physiques à l'une des 2 personnes. Les repas : en général très bon choix. Grande fraîcheur des aliments. Amabilité du personnel et agréable restaurant extérieur. Piscine : très agréable et suffisamment de place . Animation soirées : nous avons aimé la plupart des animations mais elles sont programmées un peu tard Nous avons apprécié la promenade pavée le long de la plage qui est aussi utilisée par les cyclistes. Hôtel accessible pour les personnes avec difficulté de déplacement

Certaines activités sportives proposées (padel et tennis de table) très bruyantes sont situées trop près des restaurants et devraient être isolées. Les protections solaires des terrasses des chambres exposées au sud pourraient être améliorées. (stores extérieurs, parasols plus performants...)

Excellent stay in a ‘international resort style’ hotel a bit out of town.

Excellent room in a very nice resort-hotel in an excellent beachfront location. Facilities were excellent. Room was very comfortable and the view was fabulous. Staff were excellent.

I knew before I booked that the hotel is a bit out of town, but it is probably a bit further than I had thought! The main buffet was the only real option for dinner and the menu is ‘international’ so there are very few Spanish items available except on Spanish night. The pool bar served great tapas but only during the day.

Zum Erholen und Verweilen - sehr schönes Hotel

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick. Sehr grosszügig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sowie die gesamte Hotelanlage waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet lies keine Wünschen übrig. Sehr reichhaltig und hatte für jeden etwas. Wir haben auch Gebrauch vom SPA inkl. Wellness (Massagen) gemacht. Schöne Anlage und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Der Poolbereich kommt wohl in die Jahre und hätte (vor allem die Decke) eine Renovation nötig. .

Der Strand vor dem Hotel hatte nicht den feinen Sand. Zudem hatte es für die Hotelanlage zu wenig Liegestühle. Dafür hatte es am Pool immer genügend. Ärgerlich die ewigen Touristen, welche frühmorgens ihre Badetücher auf die Liegestühle legten. Hier würde ich als Hotelbetreiber dafür sorgen, dass solche Badetücher entfernt werden. Platz hatte es mehr als genug.

Rooms were great size and clean. Great Location. Good size Pool.

Towels on all the beds and no1 on them at 7am. Food wasn’t great, no taste, not enough staff on for breakfast. Pool bar was inside so had to be dressed and shoes on.

A Wonderful Stay at the H10 Estapona Palace

Lovely hotel with a traditional feel and a modern twist. The room was perfect and cleaned every day to a high standard plus each room has privacy on the balcony. We had some noisy neighbours move in and we were offered a swap right away but opted to stay as the room was preferable to us, we were just pleased to be offered. The beds were really comfy with fresh crisp sheets which we loved. The check in staff were excellent and very friendly in fact, every member of staff welcomed us especially the cleaning staff and lifeguards/pool staff. The daytime pool entertainment/aerobics teacher was excellent and kept everyone highly entertained including the children. We had to find our feet and after a few days and walking bottles of water back from the supermarket we discovered that we could fill up from the water dispensers which were not initially obvious. We wanted to relax in the sun (beach loungers were comfy enough to sleep on) and did it in a non snooty, luxurious, civilised setting. Mustn’t forget the SPA, we loved it! It was 19€ only wish I’d used it more. Basic but brilliantly equipped with a bit of everything. The town although quite a walk was beautiful. You have to see it in full swing to really appreciate how quaint and buzzing it is. A taxi is around 9€ so if you don’t fancy the walk in the heat it’s worth jumping in a taxi which is so easy to grab from the hotel. Thank you

The pool bar was disappointing. The food was a little less than average and it took a long time to be served or noticed. There was a day when the food came out uncooked but the waiter who appeared to be a manager was apologetic, gave us a drink and offered to replace. I think the issue was lack of staff in the restaurant bar area. The beach wasn’t great but we got used to it and wound up preferring it as it was Uber peaceful and the water seemed cleaner than in the bay. MAJOR irritation was having to pay per day for the safe that was in the room! £3K for the stay then insulted with a 26€ safe charge!!! Really! It’s the little things that count and that left a bad taste in our mouths, whoever thought this was a good idea should rethink. It chipped away at the luxury, feeling a bit cheap - the idea of leaving my valuables in my case when there’s a perfectly good locked safe in the wardrobe!! Towels on loungers so early we had no choice but to hit the beach or get burned without an umbrella. Not sure how this could be managed but I’d look out of the balcony in the morning and see towels, no people and know in advance that we had no where to chill. I’ve had worse but this was disappointing. One more thing, just to give a full view for improvement, the changing rooms NEED air conditioning 😥 Shame the bus service is so poor, we spent a fortune getting around in taxis.

We had a good time - just a couple of poor experiences in the restaurant - otherwise all fine.

The staff in the restaurant were very dismissive of us when trying to get their attention to deal with some raw chicken served from the buffet. The head waiter or restaurant manager just held his hand up to us to signal wait and did this a few times and was very rude. in the end he sent over a junior staff member over who then needed to escalate to a seniior staff member. At breakfast every morning ran out of clean juice glasses and some of the food dishes were often empty and not replenished - scrambled eggs as an example.

The hotel is fairly nice in itself but with no aircon, supplied water and late opening gym I wouldn’t recommend

The pool area is nice, lots of sunbeds, sea view is nice.

No aircon in any of the rooms or the gym!! We were told the aircon doesn’t get turned on in April, seeing as it was 27 degrees during our stay, you would have thought they could have controlled this, the evenings in bed were very uncomfortable. The gym doesn’t open until 10am, this means you can’t get out for the day if you want to work out first until after lunch. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms or a stocked mini fridge, also no bottles of water supplied.

tired looking , old furniture, the fridge in the room was warm . luck of coffee and tees facility. it would be nice to get daily water . extremely bad smell from sewage coming from bathroom, one morning we were woken up with strong fish smell in the room , not sure what happen , ( maybe kitchen poured cooking oil down the drains ) it was not possible to take shower as the overpowered smell was coming from drainage, later we could smell strong chemicals, it felt like we are in hospital. don’t like to complain , however it still few things for hotel management to address .

The location and hotel is very peaceful. Whenever I need a break from my town I come here to regroup.

Upon arrival the Receptionist wasn't very helpful, due to fact he couldn't find my member number. I explained I was a member and stayed multiple times at this location, I asked if a queen bed was available and he stated no without looking in the system. It was only after I asked to speak with a manager he accommodated us with a Queen bed. His mood changed and our check in became a better experience. He assist with locating my member number and provided additional information. However, during dining we were the only couple that had our money check to see if it was real and the cashier had the nerve to say ok its real....I really enjoy staying here and always had an pleasant experience and was a bit surprised with the way this visit went.

Thin doors and loud bars created way too much noise to return asecond time. Not good value for money

Hotel and room were nicely appointed but the noise from the hallway and bar was too much, better sound insulation was needed. Spa was not properly advertised as an extra cost.

The rooms are very noisy, the doors are thin so you are constantly disturbed by other guests. We were initially given a room near the elevator above the bar, where unbearable load music was played until 11 every night. We were moved after two nights and this helped. Also, description led you to believe the spa was open to guests to use all the time, but in fact there was a charge of 25 euros for 90 minutes. Had I know this, I would have chosen another property. The steam room was not working, and when I informed them as I left, instead of offering me another visit, they said I should have told them earlier. The hotel also uses a very strong scent in hall and rooms, far too strong.

Great Hotel for a Marbella Trip
