The apartment was good and had everything we need. It was spacious and having a kitchen was great. The beds were very uncomfortable and we woke with sore backs everyday. They also advertised having a gym and sauna but you need a key to access these and with VERY limited reception hours we weren’t able to access these which was disappointing.

Visited with friends for 3 nights at Easter and had an absolutely wonderful time. The website doesn’t do this place justice. Perfect location, swimming pool area and outdoor cooking area were great and overall the perfect hotel for a relaxing break.

We didn’t like the view of the new development and road outside our window!! The room was dark and depressing!! The cutlery was dirty We were changed from initial room into an inferior room and will never book through you again I tripped on hard to see door threshold and fell!! A horrible accomodation experience that spoilt our holiday

The Bella Maree has everthing you need to get ready for a good time. Whether it is exploring the local beaches or visiting the Surf Club for a refreshment or going for a Dance at Twin Towns which boasts wonderfull live entertainment and also has full coverage of Sport. The beach is a stone step away and the local retailers are good fun.

My stay was very comfortable and the staff being very helpful, courteous, obliging and had great knowledge of the area, cafes, restaurants and local sites ect ect. I will definitely be staying there again.

We found the location of the property to be excellent within close walking distance to beach, shops and clubs. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The property itself is starting to show its age but overall was comfortable enough. We teally enjoyed are break away for a few days.

This is a great property. Perfect location and everything you need for a great holiday. No AC in the bedrooms but it is so well insulated we only ever needed the fan. Washing machine and dryer are good to have but the dryer didn't work for us. Luckily we didn't really need it anyway. Also the wifi did not work... might be a problem for some but we didn't need it. I think they were getting it fixed but it didn't work for our whole stay. Great staff too. Thanks guys

Kind staff. But property not managed well. Door knobs locking broken. Few light bulbs need to be replaced. No wifi connection. I just call the staff to fix foxtel. I cannot call them with other problems because there are too many. I think they should know guest who stay wouldn't like to report problems. Need to be proactive to find any problems of their property.

Overall great property and location, just gets loud on weekends. If you planning to party it’s fun, if resting with family can be annoying. Overall for the price, location and convenience very economical.

Close to all we needed in our Coolangatta holiday. While the manager was efficient and told us all we needed to know, he wasn't welcoming as such.

Great location close to the beach, shops, surf clubs and restaurants. Has a nice pool and BBQ area and the rooms are of decent size. All round a good place to stay.

The room we had was very large (townhouse style apartment 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets) but it wasn’t cleaned to our standard or expectations (dirty couches / marks on walls / carpets all need a good steam clean) and it needed some minor fixing (ie door handles coming loose, no towel racks in 1 bathroom etc). Overall when we had an issue with the aircon the property manager was helpful and fixed our problems and the kids loved the good sized pool and heated spa! Great location - approx 50 metres from the beach and over the road from Greenmount Surf club. Grounds well maintained and undercover car park was handy!

I had booked for the August birthdays in our family, plenty of room in our 2 story 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment for each couple to have their own privacy. Walking distance to everything the border towns has to offer. Easy walk to the river and the ocean, we all loved our stay.

Very comfortable place to stay at Cooly. Fantastic location...easy walk to shops, restaurants, hotels and super close to beautiful Greenmount Beach. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. On the negative there were just a few little areas which could have had a little more attention when the room was serviced before our arrival. Overall highly recommended and we would stay again!
