Well.... and this is our fault.... but the husband missed in the listing that there are 240 steps from the street to get to this property. And SYEEP STEPS! With luggage, it was definitely a struggle. Once we got there, we could not get a hold of the owner to let us in for almost an hour.
BUT.... once in, the views of the Italian coast were amazing. The room was nice, the bed was small, but that's expected in Europe. Breakfast was good, typical European breakfast. We ended up cutting our trip short because of the stairs. It was just too much.

The property its self is lovely. The owners are kind, though they do not speak English. The location is terrible. The only way to access this B&B is walking up or down 100’s of stairs. The closest restaurants are a 20-30 mins walk entirely up stairs. The nearest beach is a 20-30 min walk down stairs and hills. The bus stops are no where near the property and is long ride up and down switch backs and often packed with people.

Location is quite inaccessible, requiring a climb down lots of steps from Ravello - me and my partner were very foolish and walked from Minori with our luggage. Do NOT do this, get the bus from Ravello and walk down the stairs, the climb up from the coast with 15kg luggage each was miserable and the stairs were not in great condition and felt dangerous.
The Hotel itself is unreal, we had a lovely room with air-con and access to a terrace with phenomenal views. The staff are very friendly and helpful, although sometimes the language barrier made communication a little difficult. All in all, I would highly recommend this place if you are fit and healthy and can manage the climb to Ravello each day. This place is incredible considering the relatively low price.
One more time though...DO NOT TRY WALKING HERE FROM THE COAST - GET A BUS TO RAVELLO AND CLIMB DOWN

The B&B itself is nice and clean, air conditioned and tidy.
The owner/ maid was lovely and attentive.
The stairs to the property put a dampener our trip and we wish we would have known about these beforehand and researched ourselves before arriving.
The walk to Ravello centre takes 30 minutes uphill, around 500 steps. The accommodation is not suitable for those with children or mobility issues.

Beware of this property. Firstly, to get to the property there are 310 steep steps. Do not plan on bringing luggage or it will be hell. We booked a room for 3 people to stay, but upon arrival there was only a queen bed and this wasn’t changed for a few days (the 2nd bed ended up being a small futon). The hosts do not speak English, and were rude to me and my wife. We decided to check out early and the owner harassed us to pay a tourist tax in cash, even threatening to have us arrested over €24. We had already paid through Expedia up front, so this was confusing. The breakfast is just cereal and waffles that you make yourself. Ravello on the other hand was fabulous, we met a ton of amazing people and had a wonderful time. If you stay in Ravello, stay in the city center, where you can eat, drink, shop without an Olympic style training before and after.

This was a little peace of paradise on earth. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. The only possible negative is that this b&b is hard to get to. It’s in the middle of the mountain with no vehicle access so you have to walk either up or down 80+ stairs (depending on where you are dropped off). So pack lightly! That 50+ lb bag feels much heavier when being lugged up what feels like a million steps, none of which are uniform. It’s great if you are fit and have a small bag.

Amazing property! The view is phenomenal, Owners and staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful….. highly recommend staying there. However, be prepared to use a long staircase to get to the property. If you are traveling with luggage, I recommend bringing down an overnight bag or backpack only..

Best view in Ravello!

The property and rooms are amazing and the people who run it are incredibly helpful.
The stairs to and from the property are no joke. It definitely takes a toll to get to and from town or the area.
Without the stairs, this place would be 11/10. It’s beautiful and a perfect place to relax.

Central location to access things to do within the Amalfi Coast area. Hosts were friendly, had great advice on things to do in area, greeted us upon arrival and served an excellent breakfast.

To start with there are alot of steps to get to the B&B but once there the view is amazing. Worth the 200 plus steps. Room was clean and cool. Once there the owner leave you to do your own thing. Didn't find any of the complimentary bottled water, which would have been nice after the steps.
If you plan the drive there isn't parking locally unless your happy paying 1euro an hour.

Great view, nice clean room. But really pretty unaccessible.
If you are not an Olympic athlete the stairs are very rough. All the estimated times are WAY off. It’s 30 minute walk to ravello town square, in the heat and it’s all up hill. It’s 1 hour 15 to amalfi. It’s 300 stone stairs to the apartment in both directions just to get to the road. This is incredibly difficult if you have luggage or any injury.
The breakfast was nice when they were there to serve it, the view is good, the WiFi is terrible and does not work at all in the rooms. Adorable little dog Tex says good morning and is very attentive if you have eggs.. lol

Beautiful place and super welcoming- owner took so much time to explain the lemon farm to us and give us suggestions of where to go

The property is beautiful and has a great view but that is the only positive about it, When I arrived, the owner was no where to be found. We paid for a room with tv & air conditioning and we were put in a room without either (it was July). It was so hot we could not sleep. The owner told me he would give a discount for his mistake, and he never did. Was really excited for this stay but led to much disappointment.

We have spent 4 nights in this beautiful place surrounded by lemon trees.Luigi and his wife made us feel like home.Yes,there are lot of steps to and from this place but you are awarded with the best view and you can burn some pasta off. The rooms are specious and breakfast good enough to start your day.We would definitely stay in this b&b again!

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at I Limone, and we would certainly stay again! We had a gorgeous view right outside of our room. The place was clean and nice, and gr breakfast was incredible. All of the food was fresh, and I believe a lot of it was locally sourced, even from the lemon orchard on the grounds. The host and hostess were also very friendly. It felt like a private retreat.
I would say that bringing a lot of heavy luggage would be difficult as the B&B is located on the side of a steep hill. My wife and I carried backpacks, and it was doable (we are pretty active). Additionally, we took the bus to Ravello so that we could walk down the stairs instead of up.
Overall, we would highly recommend.

Excellent location. Beware: you must climb down 250 steep stairs to get to this place from the street, and then obviously climb them up to go anywhere. I personally liked it, it is a piece of local atmosphere. Just don’t cry afterwards that you didn’t know!

The location and family are amazing. I think that there should be more information about how to find it as it is tucked out of the way. But, when you do find it - wow !! It’s a slice of heaven.

So beautiful! I was so worried that the pictures were old but they do not do the property justice! It was more beautiful than I expected. Yes, it is on the side of a mountain and you have to walk to get there. It's a lot of steps. Pack light and expect to make a few stops to rest on the walk down, but for us it was worth it!! The room was very spacious, bathroom big with a big walk in shower. Great water pressure, never ran out of hot water. Breakfast was good and a nice time to meet and chat with other guests. Rosa and Luigi were so nice and gave us a map of the area and recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely recommend this B&B, just know that you will have a walk to get there.

The B&B was exactly what we were after for our stay in the Amalfi. It was peaceful and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast on the terrace was something we looked forward to and greatly appreciated. Yes there are stairs to this place, but to discover the real gems of the Amalfi coast, you must take the stairs and find beautiful little places like this. There is a bus that goes from the water to the town of Ravello where you can walk down to the B&B. Parking is not great in the area and somewhat confusing, but they do have a few passes at the B&B to keep you out of trouble. Luigi and his wife were very accommodating and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at B&B I Limone

Had lovely time but the stairs! 300 steep up and down it’s not easy especially in hot weather. To walk back to ravello is a mission... but if u looking for cute remote place with amazing view this is fantastic!

This was a wonderful place in so many ways - the host, the breakfasts, the views were all great. However, it cannot be found via GPS. We had to call the host to get detailed directions that were not on the website. As it turns out, the “street” is an extremely long staircase that runs up and down the mountain.
From the time you get out of your car, it is 256 steps down to the B&B. Any time you want to go out it is 256 stairs up. Not for the feint of heart.
Be aware that you may have to park rather far away (and pay) as the nearby parking is for residents.

Despite the steep stairs, the Panoramic view is fabulous! It's worth the effort!!

The place is quite nice if you are able to do 244 steps (one way direction) and its 1000+ steps if you are taking the shortcut (20min) into ravello, if you take the long its flat road to follow (30+ min),
The location is really super bad if you choose to take by car as the gps will show you to a entrance with 500+ steps (with a guarding dog with no leash).
You should come with a very light backpack or you should consider another place to stay, if you decide to stay its a really nice view and atmosfer

Beautiful views across the coast from the room and breakfast area. The steps up and down are a challenge in the heat of the day but very much worth it. I would recommend this B&B to anyone considering it

Beautiful view and relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was a variety of croissants, homemade breads, fruit and yogurt, coffee and tea. A nice little way to start the day.
Be sure to travel light, there are a lot of stairs to get to the b&b but definitely worth it!

We stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The owners were lovely and the location was spectacular (even with the stairs!). A truly beautiful place to stay.

Fantastic location with awesome views out over the coast. Great base for walking to Amalfi or Minori and exploring the rest of the Amalfi coast. Loved having breakfast served on the spacious terrace which was also a wonderful location for a drink in the evening. Very quiet, away from tourist central. Luigi and Rosalba were very friendly and helpful hosts.

The B & B limone situated in the most beautiful location imaginable. From the terrace you have perfect views over the Amalfi coast.
The rooms are basic but well decorated with adequate facilities. Breakfast is satisfactory - fresh fruit and pastries and gardens and flowers stunning in the height of summer
However the reason to visit is the views, the tranquility and the peace. You are surrounded by lemon farms and fig trees. The beautiful town of ravello is reasonably close by as is Amalfi, Minori and other small villages.
However 1 word of caution there are 465 steps up to the beautiful town of Ravello and other towns also require a similar effort. I felt the effort was worth the beauty of the location but others may not agree!!

I highly recommend the property to anyone entertaining staying in the Ravello or Amalfi area.
The rooms are very cute and have great views. The owners are on site and are very gracious and make you feel at home. The breakfast portion of the B&B is also very good with a good variety of food choices.

If you are up for some exercise and an excuse to eat all the pasta and pizza you want while on holiday, this B&B is for you. Located down a staircase of ~200 stairs from the main road (or 300 from the town), it is located on the hillside amongst groves of lemons and olives with a beautiful terrace from where you can have breakfast and lounge on the patio. Though the climb up and down the stairs can be challenging, it is well worth it when you meet Luigi and his lovely family who are the hosts behind this lovely B&B. The stair case also gives you the best views of day-to-day life on the hills of the Amalfi Coast. They make their own lemon preserves, offer figs from their garden, and were able to give lots of pointers for travellers exploring Ravello and the surrounding AMalfi coast. Luigi had maps for us as well as fresh water with lemons when we arrived. He also pointed us in the right direction and gave us tips for the beaches in Atrani (right beside Amalfi). He knows where all the buses run and was a delight.
