Have stayed in these apartments a few times now, there layouts are very good, but the interior are in need of some TLC now.
Good location for shopping, bars and restaurants.

Hotel doesent give deposit back . Hotel was not very clean had blood marks rtc on bed sheets. Some of the walls had door marks in them and the door handles were very loose ready to fall off . The wooden panels underneath the dishwashers were extremely loose etc. we felt very unwelcomed due to all of this as all of this damage was already here before we enterd the property signifying that they may be trying to set us up not to get our deposit back (in which we didn’t receive back )

It was such a pity as the place was in the perfect location and the layout of the apartment was well done. But it should come with a health warning, the mould and damp in the appartment was really overpowering and we found it difficult to breathe. We had read reviews for 2022 and was sure these issues would have been resolved but they have not. I challenge the owner to spend a night and see what conditions your asking people to stay in. The master and twin bed were of good quality but very little bed linen for the sofa bed no pillows, also no tea towel in the kitchen. As for the communication team i could not fault them they were excellent. My only other complaint is 4 days on i have not received my deposit back, i feel this should be returned the following day when the cleaners find the apartment in perfect condition.

Ideal for a group wanting to socialise around the city

We arrived at our accommodation to find no hand towel in the bathroom. The bin broken and no tea towel or oven glove to use.
There was a smell a damp in the building which wasn’t very pleasant.
The accommodation I had booked was 2 single beds, a king bed and a double storage bed. We received 2 double beds and a double sofa bed, meaning our children had to double up and share beds. Despite this we enjoyed our stay but just wanted to make you aware of these issues.

Excellent rooms and very efficient staff

Good location but poor communication about having to check in at another site 3 streets away. I'm sure the apartment was very nice a few years ago but now very tired with flaking paint, holes in the walls and damaged kitchen cupboards. The fridge wouldn't close properly so the freezer compartment defrosted overnight destroying all of our food! Windows need secondary glazing as the noise from outside is terrible. A real shame as for a little investment the apartment could be very nice.

Called in advance to ensure fans in the rooms. None there on arrival. Called twice to be told they would be brought over. They were not. Called a number of times to follow up but phone was just not answered. Also complained that our fridge didn’t work, again there was no follow up on this. I also emailed to comment on these things and have received no response.
Apartment was clean but needs some freshening up and wall repairs. Good location for what we needed but that did mean there was lots of street noise - especially as we had to keep the windows open due to heat.

Good Central location, modern clean and character property. Enjoyed the stay, couldn't operate the heating, could have done with instructions

Great places very central. Our only problem was it was the loft. Lots of stairs to climb and 4 of us were over 60

Was difficult to find the actual apartment. The apartment layout was amazing, just not maintained very well.

This property is in a perfect location for shopping, nightlife, food, Albert Docks. It’s spacious and perfect for a group of people visiting Liverpool. The only downside, is the gorgeous sash windows are not double glazed, so don’t be surprised to hear the outside world enjoying themselves...

Nice apartment. Spacious and clean. Noisy when the bin lorries come down the lane. No sound insulation to apartment above so every step is heard. Atrocious customer service. Show no compassion or humanity to personal circumstances. Literally, do not care.

I visited as a late summer get away with the kids. There were 6 of us in the 'Hideout' apartment. Having searched through Expedia, the price was great! We brought supplies for breakfast, snacks and hot drinks with us. The apartment is really funky with its 'upside down, basement' design. 2 shower rooms made easy work of getting sorted every day. Location to Albert Docks and the cultural centre was brilliant, less than 10 minutes to walk there.
Parking is on Qparc multi story, literally a block from the apartment! Discounted rate of £10.50 per day.
The not so goods? The approach is down a small side street which is home to large commercial bins which randomly interrupt your route. We were rudely awoken at around 6am by said bins being emptied! The street is also some kind of outside toilet facility to the masses and the aroma as you walk down it is really unpleasant.. Now, I get what you're all thinking; "Epic can't control for that!" No, they can't, but in collaboration with the local council, these issues could be raised and targeted. It is very off putting!
The TV signal in the apartment was awful! We didn't want much TV, but in the evenings after we'd returned from our exploits, we did! The signal didn't reach the unit efficiently and although we reported the problem, it couldn't be fixed and so we were granted a hefty discount on our stay, thanks epic!!
There is a visible damp issue which also creates a smell & humidity.

A spacious apartment in a great location. Perfect for a midweek stay with kids.

We have to check in at a different address before getting the key to our apartment. The location of the flat is a bit awkward - if we drawbour curtains we see either the street or a brick wall. It is a bit depressing to stay in a place where we can't open the window.

Very clean and great location. Kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is spacious. Walking distance to the main sites

The stay was great, the apartment was confortable, the only thing was there were a lot of noise in floor upstair and drunk people outside the apartment

We had a good stay at Epic all in all. The first night our neighbours had a loud party all night but that was dealt with from the Epic team. The next nights we had another group staying next door and beeing on the bortom floor we could hear all their movements upstairs. This is of course not Epic's fault but rather the construction and sound isolation (or lack of) in general in English homes. The description of our apartment also says lyxurious toiletries and that led us to expect schampoo/conditioner/shower gel/soap/body lotion so we didn't Bring any. In reality we only got a combined schampoo/showergel in the shower and soap by the sink. The soap container was broken on the upper floor and wasn't fixed during our stay (even though we brought it up the first day).
In general, the city chic location is great for shopping, restaurant, culture and for us, perfect for a conference at the Echo arena.
Bring your own toiletry and enjoy!

Check in was simple and quick. The apartment is a short walk to the train station, restaurants, groceries and tourist spots. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable - perfect for large and extended families. The only con is that it can get loud on the street, but me and the kids still slept soundly.

The free Wi-Fi didn't work at first so I had to call to reset it.
They were supposed to give me 2 keys but only one worked
Otherwise it was all great

great base for the family to stay, great location. the only thing i would pick up on is that for an apartment that fits eight people, there is only one shower, which is in the ensuite bedroom, which i thought was a little strange.

Great apartment great location 5 minutes walk from concert square. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again when in liverpool
