Oh my goodness. This BEAUTIFUL hotel was so much more than I expected of a hotel..Just stunning. Breakfast was excellent. Walking distance to just about EVERYTHING....Will stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Gorgeous property! The service was great. Easy access to shopping areas, short walks to cafes and restaurants, and the old town. My only surprise was that the hotel restaurant was not open for dinner....maybe because it was a Monday night. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property.

This is an elegant historic hotel, built around a central courtyard in the heart of the city. It was quiet and the room was lovely. The front desk staff was very helpful with suggestions about exploring the city. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Outstanding! Love the warmth and friendliness and the exceptional cleanliness and artwork throughout the hotel. Location in the Aldstadt is perfect, not too noisy. This is the only hotel to stay in Dusseldorf

Great location, wonderful property. The floor was worn out in our room but it wasn’t a bother other than aesthetics. Excellent and spacious restroom and the staff was 10/10 professional and friendly

Beautiful Hitel with exquisite art work and statues. Amazing breakfast.
Only downside was no USB outlets in rooms.

The hotel is lovely and everything about it is great. However, we were given a room above the "strip" and it was like being in a club! It was so noisy with the bars and clubs immediately outside. I would not stay in this hotel on a Friday or Saturday night!! They also charged us city tax for our newborn (which we didn't realise until after we had paid) and didn't really do anything to compensate us for the noisy room. Incidentally, when I complained they knew very well that the room they had given us was a noisy one - why on earth would you assign a noisy room to a family with a newborn? Really stupid decision which led to absolutely no sleep on the noisy nights. Would not stay again. They need to add additional glazing to their rooms and properly soundproof them from the external noise. There has clearly been no expense spared on other elements of the hotel, so why not sound proofing.

I travel a lot. This is a wannabee premium hotel but outdated. The rooms were ok but jot premium. No coffee machine transparant glass toilett doors. A bar that did not have any atmosphere. The cat parking and charging where great! But for this price level there are better options in Dusseldorf

Wonderful hotel. We enjoyed its quiet ina fun and sometimes noisy neighborhood. The shower was amazing. I took pictures to replicate it in my home.
The breakfast was also amazing. The best hotel breakfast in 3 weeks of cruising and exploring the major Baltic cities.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! The location is fantastic—right in a busy area but incredibly quiet inside. The breakfast is world-class, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The blackout shades were perfect for overcoming jet lag. They went above and beyond by providing a baby crib, a baby bathtub for the shower, and even a diaper genie for our one-year-old. The staff was absolutely amazing and attentive. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful hotel and I’ve stayed here over 12 times due to the great location and quality
Unfortunately the rooms next to the road are very noisy on weekends
I asked for another room facing the courtyard which is much quieter but staff were unable to offer a replacement option
I had hoped that as a regular guest perhaps more effort to find a solution could have been made but otherwise a great hotel

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel! My wife broke her leg prior to our stay and Hanna and her team provided us with a wheelchair to use during our stay. They were more than accommodating and I highly recommend them!

This hotel is amazing! It far exceeded my expectations. The hotel has amazing art, and it is in the best location in Dusseldorf. The hotel staff were super friendly, the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had on our two week trip, and our room was perfect. I highly recommend it if you are traveling to Dusseldorf.

Great hotel in the heart of the old town. Surprisingly quiet considering it’s location in the heart of the Euro 3024 fan areas.
Great room but you can’t get a drink at the bar late in the evening when we got back from our event before midnight. Felt strange

This is a great hotel. Very attentive and professional service throughout the property. Dining and breakfast rooms are elegant high ceiling spaces. Good food and wine offerings. Conveniently located 4 blocks from Heinrich-Heine- Allee U-Bahn station and right next to the Altstadt. We will stay here when we are in Dusseldorf

What an amazing find in Düsseldorf! You’re in the middle of the lively Aldstadt but in a quiet & peaceful courtyard. This hotel is an art museum in itself, felt luxuries and beautifully designed. Easy paid parking, lifts for accessibility, friendly staff. Highly recommended for a weekend stay.

During my business trip, I stayed at this hotel for a week. The hotel's location in the old city is incredibly convenient, with close proximity to shopping, numerous restaurants and bars, and just a few minutes' walk to the metro station. While attending a trade show at the Dusseldorf convention center, the trip took a mere 20 minutes by train. The hotel features a fantastic high-end restaurant with great food and an extensive wine list. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel is of top-notch quality with a wide range of options. Despite the small size, the gym is functional. The spa, complete with both wet and dry saunas, is truly spectacular. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Very nice and quiet hotel in the heart of the old town of Düsseldorf. We stayed only one night but I would be pleased to come back one day.

The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review was not having hot water one morning at 7:30am and the hotel staff being in denial about it. Other than that, it was a fantastic place to stay. The valet service was nice...he met us at the door and parked our car which was very welcome after the challenges encountered parking at other hotels. The room was pretty large (didn't care for the pillows, however), and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it.

Bed was uncomfortable with a single pillow that was paper thin. Room was also really hot and could not get AC to work or open the window. The hotel is nice with excellent breakfast and nice staff but the bed was really bad
