The room was a good size. We had a kitchenette but there is no cutlery or cookware etc which costs extra. Beds were comfortable but the room had quite a few loud humming noises. There was distant party music one night. The property listed that it had laundry services; however when we enquired with the front desk they said that they did not provide such service and that we could use the dry cleaner at the mall. We ended up driving 10 minutes away to use a laundromat. Breakfast was provided but it was very basic and the food was not great quality. We also had to clean up after ourselves. The hotel is situated opposite a mall but most of those eateries close early in the evening. I would be handy to have a car to drive around.

The room was beautiful and clean with everything we needed. Parking was a hassle and the garage is not well marked and the entrance is located in a back building. We spent a lot of time looking for the entrance and once inside it wasn’t easy to find the elevators up either.

Clean, comfortable, accessible, amazing staff. One of the staff was a pleasure to speak! Don’t know her name but she was amazing. Shopping in the building, grocery, restaurant everything you need.

Wonderful place to stay. Very convenient and excellent value for the price. Some of the furnishings are showing their age. The bathroom fixtures (shower, fans) could use upgrading.

If i could give this property more than 5 stars I would. The staff is very professional and accomodating. The room is fully equipped, spacious and comfortable. Due to the service and comvenient location close to shopping and Finch subway I will definitely recommend here and return on my next visit to Toronto.

no utensils and dishes (no surprise, it was correctly advertised in the description), the apartment was large and comfortable. Unfortunately relatively far from the subway and traffic can be busy when driving. Underground parking was included in price. There is a supermarket nearby 50 m and a mall, but there is not much else in this area.

Great hotel! Nice view from the rooftop terrace and comfortable room. We wished breakfast started earlier since we had to leave early during our stay but otherwise a good experience.

It was a so-so stay. I mistakenly thought the parking was under the building with the Liberty Suites sign. It's not. When you drive in off of Yonge keep going straight and then right turn into the underground garage. I called from the drive in loop for instructions and was met with mild frustration. Perhaps I missed the extra instructions regarding the parking, I was aware it was underground and P2. Just to note if you're exhausted like me at the end of the work day. Staff at reception was respectful, not friendly. Room 2002- kitchenette but no plates or silverware. Grease stains on cupboards and white stains on the office chair. Broken window so it couldn't be opened. Bed was comfortable, pillows were balled up synthetic chunks. Nice bathroom, random mix of half-full shampoos and soaps. Facial tissue rough as sandpaper. Great view to north and east. Elevator selection screens gross. Cool concept, requires cleaning I suspect several times daily. I didn't have breakfast but it looked decent standard continental. An ok stay that did in a pinch.

My first night at the hotel was nice, room clean and smell fresh. In my 2nd day my gf an I went downtown to do some activities when we came back later on at night the room was smelling so bad, a kind of dead rat and fish smell. I went to the lobby, unfortunately the ladies told me they don't have febreeze for the room, we slept in the room with the stinky smell. But over all it was a good experience the free breakfast option is interesting.

I would improve two things. First signs in the parking lot to indicate that you should park on P2 and second the experience of way you call the elevator is not that good . You keep clicking the wrong floor

The room was not clean, and the pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. It was clear that there was no management at this property. The hotel lobby was very unorganized, especially during breakfast time. I won't go back to that hotel.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, oatmeal, and fruit salad among the options. The only thing I didn't like was the low water pressure in the shower. For light sleepers, note that the hotel is near a railroad and trains run during the day and night. However, this did not bother me. The hotel is near bus stops and I never waited more than 2 minutes for an Uber. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I need to be in Markham.
