Alternative option to hotel in city centre. Apartment access isn't until 15:00 which if you have a morning flight is inconvenient. I was offered early entry on a fee, but feel if member of hotels .com or similar provision could be made for early entry. The block is an old communist era building that has been revamped in some apartments and other areas. My apartment was clean and if you were staying a few days has advantages of washing machine and kitchenette. It does need some TLC with floor trims missing or damaged and some touching in decorating. I found noise levels ok bearing in mind in a capital city. The metro is yards away as well as buses trams and shops. Plenty of cafes restaurants and bars nearby. There are a couple of fans in the rooms but if in high summer you may want to consider somewhere with air con. Check in and out as all remote with instructions being sent by e mail sms or what’s app. I have stayed there pre covid when they had a reception and baggage storage. The is has now gone but there is left luggage at the central,railway station. The immediate area and blocks do look a bit tired and you could interpret as a bit intimidating however I found the area very safe and people very personable. I would stay there again and recommend if on a budget rather than a hotel.

It's a good value for the price. The apartment is located in a relatively old and worn out building, but the apartment itself is in a decent condition. Great location, would stay again for the price.

The property, inside, was excellent, although it did not look so good from the outside. The studio apartment we were in was clean, well-equipped and warm. It was a good place to stay, especially as it is so central.

Great location in downtown next to metro station and buses or trains, great tv and kitchen well equipped, big comfortable double bed with lots of pillows etc... quite and noise free ... the only bad things are: 1. washing machine makes you almost unable to sit on toilet - very very uncomfortable get rid of it or swap for smaller 2. no side cabinets next to bed would be better to have them 3. the sofa in living room is way way too small and uncomfortable could be well much bigger possible leather for the size of the room and tv cabinet to put some stuff like PS4 would be advantage

Great location and apartment but was let down a little because the apartment I had was directly opposite a lift which made a loud sound every time it was called/arrived plus noise from people getting into/out of a lift at all hours.

Finding the office was very difficult as after being buzzed in there were no visible signs to point the way and the hallway was dark. It took 30 minutes of walking each and every hallway on the ground floor and then asking a tenant that I was able to find the office. On the last day, the bathroom ventilation vent cover fell off and nearly hit my wife on her head. i have pictures of the fallen vent cover. The water was shut off causing much inconvenience. When I checked out and complaint the reception just ignored it. Hosapartment receptionist was rude. The rudeness also showed in their email communications. The space by the bathroom shower was very tight and in order to leave the shower I had to shuffle side ways past the wall and the basin to get dress being careful of the toilet. The outside of the building was covered with graffiti and garbage strewn around the over full garbage bins. NOT RECOMMENDED!

It was nicely renovated to a new apartment. The building was old but everything functioned just great. It actually added to the flavour of the era. The location was fantastic and the office staff was always friendly and there for you. It was like actually living as a citizen in Poland and not a tourist in a hotel.

I travelled with my family and parents (4 adults+kid) and reserved two apartments. Once I reached there, they gave me two apartments in two different story-buildings. So I had to cancel the booking. Fortunately, there were another two apartments available in the same building with extra cost. The facilities were really good except the toilet in the apartment no. 38. If you have two legs, you don't have space to sit there in the apartment no. 38.

Apartment spotless and well equipped. In very convenient location. Excellent value for money. Guests should note apartments are in residential tower blocks which do not look great from the outside and common corridor areas, although clean, have flaking plaster and could do with a refurbish. Nice to have welcome bottled water and tea and coffee. Lovely and warm.

Excellent location, nice modern apartment, great heaters as we visited in December, cute little balcony, fast wifi, two smart TV's.On the flip side, it was hard to find the entrance the first day as the entrance is from the side of the building, and the reception was a hidden behind a door in the corridor. Also, the corridor was really old in contrast to the new apartments.

I was surprised how good this hotel is. Quite cheap, but for your money you'll get ALL you need. The hotel is located in the very center so that's a big advantage. Kitchen had all the needed stuff to prepare my own meals and the bathroom was very clean. I highly recommend it :)

Hosapartments is undergoing some reservation. It is a series of apartments in a block that is also lived in by locals. The communal areas in the block are scruffy but undergoing reservation. This did however mean there was no lighting in communal halls. The office is only open 10-8, it does say this in the T&C but I missed it. The apartment itself was comfortable although the international tv channels did not work. The bed is spacious, but two twin beds pushed together, so there is a slight dip in the middle.

We stayed in this apartment for two nights. The apartment was in an excellent location, very nice clean apartment new decoration in the inside although tha building and the corridor was awful. We arrrived at our room late in the night and everything was perfect unless we had to use the shower. The shower drain was clogged and so the water from the shower filled the room. With no means we tried to clean the mess as there is no reception at the installments after 8 pm. We personally cleaned the drain so we could had a shower. We even run to the closest 24h kiosk to buy detergent to use in the pipes. In the morning after this horrible experience i went down to the reception to report what happened and in my surprise I came along the most unfriendly staff who was annyed because we tryied to fix their mess and instead of apologising for what happened. I asked to contact the manager and they pass me an email and until today there as no answer at all. We asked for a refund for the first night fiasco but again no answer.

The building was not looking so good, maybe a ex-soviet building and to find the access to the reception was not easy but once inside the flat all was good. Nice and large studio. Very cosy and all what is needed to have a nice stay plus an ice cream shop located near by :) Poland is an amazing country to visit and this studio offered us a nice stay.

Great customer service, the apartment was clean and convenient, during check out there is a storage facility for customers to place their luggage till 8pm, staffs help me to place my goat cheese and frozen sausages in their fridge before late flight, so kind of them thank you so much, recommended for staying......picture as we description...
