I liked the service but disliked the fact the pool was not in service on an extremely hot day. I booked thinking about the pool in mind.

This is a well-placed hotel for families traveling north or south in north-central Mexico. The facilities are always good, the pool and grounds well maintained, and the food and restaurant service are excellent. In addition, the hotel has well watched inside parking. It is also reasonable priced.

I left my phone in a taxi & was helped by Omar at the counter. Rodolfo at the bar/restaurant was also very nice and attentive, even Juan Carlos, the parking attendant, was helpful providing words of encouragement. The ladies in the morning went through the security cameras and found the taxi number for me. Great effort by everyone!! Thank you. Much appreciated!

The Hotel is immediately off the freeway taken from the airport but that is as fancy as it gets. Nothing special is near the hotel except the Terminal de Autobuses if you choose to take to get to another city. As always there is street food and a few shops but none for the tourist. It is also away from the Centro Histórico which is a disappointment as it is the only thing exciting about San Luis Potosí. Nonetheless is only a 20 minute walk which I did during my stay at Real De Las Mina's. If breakfast was included or some type of meal along with a comfortable room, I would have given the hotel a better score.

the hotel looks nice from road and lobby. room were small. outdated. wifi never connected. tv remote didn’t work. bathroom was very small. bed was uncomfortable. we made do only because we had driven all day, tired and leaving next morning.

After we got stuck in mexico city to our final destination in SLP, I called to front desk becouse I had lost my room from night before and was going to be around 9 am next day, Called them to request to rest at least couple hours, Cant recall the name of the girl in front desk, she was so understanding and reffer me to her supervisor and she got us a room, it was amazing for me since I hade not sleep for more than 24 hours and need to drive 4 more hours

Wi-fi signal is strong through out the hotel but kept loosing it every once in a while but often enough to disappoint me,specially since I was depending on it to communicate with family,and dropped my calls and face time sessions several times in my two days there

Lousy internet in room; rest was ok for what I needed--clean, safe room to stay overnight on roadtrip. Rather inexpensive, so that was good. Lack of power outlets in the room
