They offer free shuttle, we waited 10 min in the airport shuttle marked area and it was wrong so the shuttle left us! Then got to The hotel in a Uber which I paid $10 for a 2 min ride and check in to find the rooms are a bit dirty it smells musty the humidity is terrible and you can hear the plains departures at 4 in am. The only good thing is location the rest is not worth the money

Nice hotel good restaurant. Only one drinking glass in room. Only 2 bath toeels in bathroom no shampoo or conditioner. Bus only foes one run per hour ut runs 24 hours.

The staff were completely unhelpful. The rooms didn’t have anything including water, a kettle. The safe was broken. The food was overpriced and not very good quality.

It's "fine" for an airport hotel. It appears that rooms have not been updated for years, a bit "rough around the edges," but it is located at that airport, which is very convenient, since the airport is a bit of a distance from the main city and traffic can be heavy. Restaurant was not very good, service was not good. Language barrier was harder than expected for an airport location.

Friendly enough at reception and check-in but no explanation of where the lifts and dining areas were located. Two towels in the room despite us being a family of four who booked a family room and checked in. Called reception desk from the room to request two more towels and was promised they would be brought up but towels never arrived. Terrible food for dinner - little black flies hovering over the salad bar. My daughter ordered spaghetti bolognaise but found it inedible especially after finding a long hair in her 3rd mouthful. No waiting staff came to check on us during the meal despite the restaurant being quiet that evening. I explained when our plates were finally cleared, the manager was sent over but I was still charged full price for that meal and not offered anything or even an apology. No shampoo in shower - again no apology when I mentioned it or any attempt to sort the issue out. Room was basic and clean. As it’s close to the airport, this hotel has a captive market and seems to not care too much about customer service unlike everywhere else we stayed at in Panama.

Arrived late at night and although there was a long queue, the front desk staff did a great job of getting us to our room. A little disappointed the pool area does not open till 9 AM so you can’t go out there and get some fresh air in the early morning. Lovely lady at the downstairs bar kept me supplied and water and ice, which was much appreciated. beautiful room and everything you needed at hand.

Excellent hotel near the airport but quiet in the room and surroundings. The room was of comfortable size, the bedding nice and clean, King size that felt very comfy, the bathroom was roomy with good towels and toiletries. Coffee maker excellent, TV is about 42 inches. Need to clean outside windows. Breakfast is worthy, great selection of warm and cold choices. Bar is good, overall all personnel was friendly and respectful besides helpful. Definitely when in Panama will be back. Thank you.

The bedding was done poorly. The bottom sheet did not cover the mattress cover and the blanket was below the top sheet. The dinner (Ceasar pillow wrap with fries) was excellent. The airline held our bags overnight for our over night layover so we had nothing. The staff was very helpful with meeting all of our needs.

The bathroom floor and shower had black mold growing in grout lines of the tile, on the floor and in the corners of the shower. The sheets on the bed looked and felt like a mixture of cotton and plastic. One pillow cover was dingy yellow with what looked bodily fluid stains all over it. The walls of the room were dingy and dirty as well. There were small bugs crawling in the pan pf pallea at dinner. Another couple on this business trip didn't have hot water in their room. Generally the property was acceptable. There is no free water in the room but you can buy it at US$ 6 per bottle from the front desk. That is mostly kindly described as "a bit expensive". My originally assigned room had a faulty AC unit that made my first night's stay uncomfortable. I raised my concern with the front desk the following morning and asked to change the room. Shout out to Jonathan on the front desk for his excellent customer service in arranging that and sending a maintenance technician to the original room. No kudos to that guy. He ignored what I told him and told me the AC was working fine - it wasn't. It would have been a lower rating from me but the hotel should thank Jonathan for turning what would have been a bleh experience into an acceptable one.

We arrived at 9pm Saturday and the wait to check in was very long. Only one person working the front desk and this is a very busy airport hotel. The AC was set ton16 degrees which is freezing when it’s 30 outside. The carpet under the AC was disgusting. No real blankets just throws that aren’t big enough to cover a normal adult let alone 2!!! No water provided and the room smelled. Would have immediately checked out but we had been traveling all day and were too tired to try and find another solution. I don’t expect luxury but I do expect a clean comfortable room.
