Beautiful old hotel. Great service!

What a lovely place, steeped in history. Has been modernised but keeping the old features, which gives off great vibes

Very good service, gave us a late checkout which we 100% needed as it was a drinking affair. Woman working the reception was very welcoming, room was very nice.
2.5
One night stay with Breakfast. On arrival we were offered an upgrade which was nice. All the staff were very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was very good with excellent choice.

Well-presented room although we were by the main entrance so noisy at times. Good shower and bed comfortable. Could have done with air-con as the room was hot.

Amazing townhouse annex.

The main hotel was really nice, we stayed in one of the extra buildings nearby that belongs to the hotel so had to go across the road in the morning for breakfast. The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked to order which makes a pleasant change. One of the staff Reece was very helpful and gave us lots of information. If we went again we would ask to stay in main hotel.

Lovely stay and the staff were great. Fantastic for town or the marina

The room was very small and not in the main building. There was no room to sit other than the bed. Otherwise, staff was very pleasant and the breakfast room stunning. Staff were helpful.

Lovely hotel. Great service. Nice breakfast. Good location for the marina.
Poor on-site parking. Free car park is very small and was rammed with cars when we arrived. We were obliged to use the paid car park nearby. A hotel of this quality with such high prices ought to have ample free parking. Not just a space the size of a postage stamp!

Everything you could want and nothing to complain about

Great rooms, nice breakfast

Reece (sp?) Morgan went above and beyond to be helpful with any questions we had, which were many. Directions, restaurants, taxis, you name it. Very pleasant personality.

Nice old main building and the annexed townhouse across the way was nicely done out.
Very friendly and helpful staff

We stayed at the Morgan as part of a wedding party. My wife made the cake and we had to deliver the cake, go to the church, come back early to put it all together. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The reception itself was also so well organised, all the food came out hot and everything was very smooth. We are looking to go back for a couple of days city break and we haven't spent much time in Swansea.

Booked an overnight stay with my friend for a girly getaway. We arrived slightly early and was greated by Rhys on reception who was super friendly, professional and accommodating. Our room was ready and he offered us help with our bags. The room had it's own entrance on the ground floor, in the building opposite the main hotel. It was spacious, well equipped with luxury toiletries and bathrobes and immaculately clean. The location is supberb and an excellent breakfast too. I can highly recommend this hotel, infact I've already booked another stay. 10/10

Staff great, room comfortable, especially like the coffee machine!

Overall a good stay. Couple of small things - TV remote not working - needs battery
Shower leaking via door .
Shower door hung ? wrong way round making getting towels from in the shower really awkward.
Only small things but you may not know about the 1st 2 .
Lovely breakfast
And all staff very helpful, thank you .

Morgan’s is a beautiful building with lovely interiors. The location near to the Swansea marinas and city centre has made my business trip feel like a holiday.

Loved the room with high ceilings and wooden floors. Bathroom was modern but didnt take away from the feel of the room. Staff were very helpful, stayed overnight for my husbands birthday and staff arranged a lovely dessert put in the room with the bottle of wine that i had ordered cant fault it

Great experience from the moment I arrived. Warm profession welcome. Comfortable, airy room in the town house. Lovely breakfast.

6 of us had a wonderful 2 night stay in the hotel. Rooms were fabulous but better lighting is required as there are only 2 small bedside lamps and a small desk lamp available. We had to use torches on our mobile phones to use the safe and to see in the cupboards. All 3 rooms had the same problem.
We had a lovely evening meal on the Friday night and breakfast was lovely on both mornings too with plenty of variety.
Everything was great at breakfast except, for the flask with the hot water to make yourselves tea.
It was a very difficult to use pump style flask (especially for the older guests), even the staff said it was like having a workout, - that could be easily remedied with an easier to use model. Otherwise all was good and the staff very helpful at all times.
Overall, a great weekend away with my siblings.

Staff, facilities, decor and food were excellent. However, while checking room found a previous guests sock under the bed.

The room was really big as was the bathroom. Coffee machine. Nice biscuits. We were doing the Macmillan walk so had to be up early so they opened breakfast early..

In general hotel service and housekeeping were very good. Unfortunately our room "OSPREYS" was on the ground floor of a separate building allongside the hotel with no sound proofing between the floors. We could hear everything from above from the tv to the toilet to people walking around and talking.

Staff so lovely and hotel excellent for traditional setting

Fantastic staff, really good location for central Swansea and the newer Marina area. Breakfast was good although coffee could be better...

I booked the room in the hotel about 4 weeks before the trip and was surprised by a call from the Hotel 48hrs before arrival to offer a free Superior upgrade in their Townhouse building across the adjacent street. Being suspicious I thought there must be a catch but accepted the offer, On arrival I was pleasantly surprised to find a really spacious room with huge shower and bath facilities, soft towels and dressing robes. Enormous television lounge area,Tea/Coffee making etc - overall a good experience and highly recommended.

Staff were extremely helpful. We were transferred over to their sister hotel, the Georgian, as I booked the wrong room and there were no other rooms left due to a wedding being held there. It was very clean
& well maintained & our room was very comfortable. The only negative was no mini bar fridge in the room for our water. Special mention & thanks to Amy who arranged dinner for us at Gallini's Italian Restaurant as we arrived too late for a dinner booking at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with great rooms.

The Morgan’s Hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly or efficient in all my requests. The townhouse room was clean and spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. And the breakfast was incredible with eggs poached to perfection with a touch wilted spinach and lightly smoked salmon

Great Hotel, staff great friendly, secure parking right opposite hotel , we stayed in the annex opposite the hotel, room was great clean bathroom room great and a fantastic shower , only problem was we were woken at 4 in the morning by music coming from a car from out side and some one in the annex banging doors and then going out and shouting to the people in the car ( they seem to know eachother) .

Lovely large room in the townhouse. It was set up for disabled. Fab breakfast both hot and cold. There was a choice to order on hot menu. Huge bed and very comfy. I would go here again as in walking distance to town
