Affordable accommodation. Sufficient for the price. The lift needed cleaning and the bathroom shower partition needs to be replaced.

This is not a hotel, this a place for people coming from out of town to go to doctor’s visits and recuperating from surgery

Bad place, sorry, Latino :( Dirty sheets - not changed, with hairs black, I am blond!!! Dirty bathroom, dirty oom. For 6 days they never once cleaned the room!? The pool is pretty crappy too. Yes, for $20 - that much, but still...

Not is hotel. Is residence, and very small, and anytime you go out; you need leaving the key, and paid for 4 days off. 🤔🤔. Not recommended.

We arrived at 19:30. The desk clerk did not acknowledge us, We were looked at with irritation. Using translate, I explained that we had made a reservation through Expedia. No, no, no, she replied. full, full, full with serious head shaking! A flip of my screen to show her the reservation and passports were demanded.
After 5 minutes, a key was placed on the counter. All good I thought.
No! I was wrong.. We boarded the elevator to find a piece of sticky tape over the PB (ground) button, a cracked 3 button which didn't work.. So, we pressed 2 and then climbed up to the 3rd floor to our room. No window, no remote for either the aircon or the tv. So, back down to the friendly receptionist who rolled her eyes as I explained the situation. A bit of Spanish later and an assistant arrived, was given remotes.
After 10 minutes, climbing onto the bedside table, wacking the aircon, we had the verdict.. dead! We were advised to wait. 15 minutes later, I was at the desk. 20 min later another room. Similar result, TV but no aircon. We gave up... after being awake for 40 hours, we shut down. The next morning we beat a hasty departure! DO NOT GO THERE!

I like the fact that thr staff are Spanish speaking persons but are willing to help and understand English prople. Judy is so sweet. The hotel is so affordable and i cannot wait to be back there. Love judy for helping and assisting me throughout my stay. I was in room 605. I highly recommended hotel latino especially if your on a budget

For the price, it was very good. I wish there was a chair in the room.. AC worked well. Had hot water for shower. Either Hotels.com or Hotel Latino messed up because I reserved and paid for 2 rooms, but somehow only one got reserved and I had to pay again for a second room.

I paid £20 for the night visiting from New Zealand, it is a basic hotel with basic amenities, an old-fashioned wall mounted noisy air-conditioning system and old-fashioned small TV with barely acceptable sound, very basic bathroom, The towels did not smell fresh, but good hot water. Bed had a rubber mattress and that’s what you would expect for that price. The surrounding area is not great but is not bad either. All said would not stay there again

I had paid in full though Hotels.com but they insisted I had not. In order to get some rest I paid again in cash. It took me over 2 weeks and many hours of trying to get $26 back of the $32 I spent. Very difficult. Ill never go back.

The pictures of the hotel show better than it really is. While the rooms were moderately clean, The rooms were small, with the minimum of furniture, A bed, dresser, one ceiling light, and bathroom. bare walls paint one color.
We were told by a street vendor and management it was far to dangerous to go outside after dark. On the bright side The receptionist's English was very poor but was as helpful as she could be with the language barrier.
The old adage remains true - You only get what you pay for

advertise as having Wi-Fi but the signal is very poor throughout the hotel. might as well not say they have Wi-Fi

It was a dingy excuse for a hotel. I booked it on the David, Panama location and due to an error on Expedia, I had to stay in Panama City in an non-refundable Hotel that was the pits.

Booked this on the last night as an overnight stay prior to an early flight the next day. The worst idea ever. Should have stayed at a hostel it would've been much cleaner .

Had to revise my review, but I will say it again softer and classier (impossible while talking about this specific "deal" I got) way...
If there were a group on people doing some illicit pharmaceutical stimulants, this will be the hotel they'd choose. Not happy about this at all, didn't slept in the place after all because the bed bugs there were more like a whole army of predators.

Good location (although not so good at night) near the bay walk area and the bay walk is used by the locals with no safety concerns even past 10pm and it is gorgeous. No maid service so grab towels when you see her. Most people would not be happy here, but for me the positives make it a good choice for intrepid city travelers.

A quiet place to stay and within easy reach of the subway system. The rooms are smallish but the ac works. Wifi tended not to work in the end rooms, so i moved. The rooftop pool is fun and has views of both sides of Panama city, rich and poor. The staff were very nice to me.

We arrive. Right away the neighborhood looks questionable. The curb in front is broken. The sign in front is dilapidated. If I had any sense I would have left, but who knows. I diamond in the rough? No, a rusty nail in the rough. We struggle up the several stairs to the wondering looks of the people in and out of the hotel. I get in and the hotel clerk does not speak one word of English. I manage, with my very limited Spanish to tell her we have a reservation. I made the reservation a week or two before the trip. She can find nothing. Finally she says, what I believe was, the will check in the morning. The reservation says double room. The picture offered looks wonderful. The room is maybe 10 by 15 feet. Barely enough, width wise to hold the bed with it's nasty, bumpy pillows. My wife needs a shower, no hot water! I go down and tell them. A guy come up, runs the water ten minutes and looks at me and says buen. I check and it is still cold. I tell him no buen. He gets another room. This one after ten minutes does produce hot water. Same configuration. The doors are like cheap doors inside a house with a push button lock. A lift and slide inexpensive door bolt is all you have between the outside world and you. It was late, we were tired and we reluctantly stayed the night. Not before, however I shoved the dresser in front of the door. Throughout the night and the next day we heard several dressers being moved. I left in the morning, they said I could have a refund from Expedia

The staff was nice, the pool was refreshing, the private rooms smaller than advertised, but ok. The first night we stayed there on our trip was comfortable, but the last couple nights we awoke with many bites on our bodies. Not certain of the cause- mosquitos or beddie buggies.

First room we were assigned smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. No control over AC, which we were later told was controlled from Front Desk. No fridge...my wife and I wanted to get some ice for a cooler, only got a cup at a time. Got transferred to a new room only after toilet overflowed on first flush. I feel like they gave us the crappiest room in the whole place, and waited to see if we would protest.
The hotel next door was full of prostitutes. Not a good experience. Honestly, not worth even the reduced rate.

Hotel with pool, terrible staff and restaurant. But the room has ac and hot showers. So for a cheap food this is the best option . But don't pay over 30 USD for it
