We extended our stay another day because the pool was heated. That’s usually hard to find. Breakfast was amazing. And the staff super friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Out of the way and in desperate need of upgrades. This hotel was probably great in the 90’s but failed to keep up with current hospitality trends.

The hotel looks new and beautiful, but the location is isolated and there is nothing around, you wouldn’t be able to go out for a walk or buy something to eat, even to go to the Iguaçu national park it’s a 20 minute ride, if you are driving, might be a good option, but if you need to use Uber or taxi like we did, there might be better options. The staff is courteous and the room condition is Ok, the bathroom has no fan so we saw some mold formation, somehow inevitable I guess

Comfy room, great breakfast!

Close to all major attractions near the falls. Overall nice place, good staff and they were accommodating. A little off the beaten path but it was quiet. Breakfast was wonderful - the whole family had something to eat as there were many options. Pleasant stay overall.

This hotel is a little far, but it is a good one; rooms were clean and swimming pool was fun. We had a comfortable stay; breakfast and dinner had a good variety of food and drinks.
I wish the menu would be a little different for breakfast and dinner

Ok hotel, bit far from main area. Amenities were ok but bare. Had to request a lot to get US style adapters. Clean room but not lot of amenities like iron, lotion etc.

The hotel is clean with no-frills. The ads claim the hotel has a laundry, but it doesn’t. Loumar Turismo, which the hotel uses for rides to and from the airport, does not check if a flight is arriving on schedule. If your flight is late, too bad, so sad. When we contacted Loumar Turismo to inquire about where our airport pickup was, we were told something to the effect of “We were at the airport on time. You were not. Not our fault. Take a taxi or an Uber at your own expense.” The hotel refused to reimburse us for the Uber. (NOTE: Beware of people at the airport claiming to be Uber drivers. They may try to charge you twice Uber’s rate for an airport transfer.)
The hotel in the Expedia photo shows a beautiful fountain in the front of the hotel, which was not working and probably hasn’t been working for awhile. The lobby is tasteful and modern, with nice seating for waiting for transportation or tour buses. But don’t expect any customer service from the front desk. When we got to our room, there was one pillow, two decorative pillows, and no blanket for our king bed, and only one bathroom towel for the two of us. We asked front desk staff to have the items sent to the room. We were told to pick them up at the front desk ourselves.
The hotel’s location is somewhat isolated. Plan to drive, take an Uber, taxi, or tour bus. Breakfast is free at the hotel and the selections were plentiful. The buffet dinner at the hotel was 75 reais per person, which is expensive for Brazil.

Quite far out of town, so rather secluded and quiet. Perfect getaway for the 2 of us.

Nice hotel to relax out of the traffic of the falls

This hotel is far from the downtown and there is nothing to do near the hotel.
But it is very good facilities and clean. Especially receptionist is very very kind. If you will be here to visit falls, it is perfect place. You can take taxi very easily.

Got a good deal on this hotel and it was great. Very nice with a good breakfast. Was able to book our Iguaçu falls tour with a travel agent at the hotel. It is not within walking distance of anything shopping or eating places, but it is a very nice hotel and felt very safe. The faucet in the shower would not work, but when we contact the front desk someone came to our room literally within minutes to fix it! That was great as we were hoping to not have to change rooms. Would sure stay here again.

Hotel is located around the other hotels, about 15-20 minutes from the park and 15 min from the airport, however there are a few VERY problematic issues with it:
1. Internet is simply non existent. Not in the rooms, not in the lobby (SAME network as the rooms, only a different name, but shares the connection). Upon repeated requests to use the hotels locked network to download a 100MB file for work, the response was: "manager doesn't remember the WiFi password")
2. over 1 hour to get towels (had a triple room with 2 towels provided and needed a 3rd in order to take a shower..
3. Food average at best, though not expensive
4. VIP check in (2 hours ahead, by expedia) - was NOT provided, hat to wait in the lobby and leave stuff at hotel's manager's room until room was ready
5. WALLS ARE PAPER THIN!! We had a triple room (suite com antessala, which is supposed to be an upgraded room, which also costs more..) - and when the phone rang (at 1AM) in the adjacent room we could swear that it was ringing in our room - this went on for a good 30 minutes. Same with the couple who were speaking (not shouting, just normal talk) in the room on the phone and same at 5:30 AM.
Really disappointing for a hotel that has all the facilities to be a 5 start hotel. It certainly looks like one when you walk in it.
1. Internet
2. Service + food levelL
3. Ridiculously thin walls!

Food was not very well cooked and the room was not very clean at all. But the hotel is cheap, you get what you pay for..

I stayed 2 days. The staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. I thought perhaps the restaurant was a bit overpriced for the quality of food they served- but that is the only negative thing I found with the hotel. It is not in the main section of the town- but I enjoyed that, it was very quite and peaceful.

O HOTEL ESTÁ LOCALIZADO FORA DA CIDADE EM LOCAL BEM TRANQUILO.
o QUARTO MUITO BOM, ASSIM COMO O BANHEIRO. A INTERNET ERA MÉDIA.
O CAFÉ ERA NORMAL, COM POUCAS OPÇÕES DE BOLOS, PODERIAM MELHORAR UM POUCO.

Two nights stay - very pleasant. No issues whatsoever.

My ground floor room contained a double and a single bed which made the room a bit full. The bed was very comfortable and the room, indeed the whole hotel was very clean. There was usually one or more cleaners working in the public areas. My only reservation was that the hotel was a bit out of the way, with no public transport other than taxis to get to the falls or other attraction of the Iguassu area.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere

We were shunted into the disabled room, which are great bathrooms and nothing else. Our check in was not good, with no help from reception with taxi problem. When there is no concierge you are really just renting.

The staff is very helpful, but the hotel is small, far away from the atractions, rooms are so hot and small

Nice and clean. Good service but too far from everything.

From the airport a taxi to the hotel costs $50 Brazilian Reals (about $15 US dollars). Not bad but since we were familiar with the bus 120 line which costs $2.90 B Reals we thought we would give that a try. Not a good decision. Our Portuguese is not good and we ended up getting off at the wrong Mabu hotel and had to get a taxi to the Mabu Interludium Hotel after all, this time for $40 B reals. When we arrived we understood why as the hotel is outside of the city center and the best way to get around is by taxi. Upon arriving the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and cozy. Since there were not many restaurants close by we had our jantar (evening meal in Portuguese) in the hotel restaurant and were pleased with the meal and drinks offered at a reasonable cost. We had to leave for the airport at 3:00am in the morning at it was no problem getting a taxi at this time as the hotel receptionist gladly arranged this for us. The cost for the taxi was $45 Reals and thus concluded our brief but pleasant stay at the hotel.

Loved it the nature and vibe and scenery alone makes it worth the stay. The proximity to the CEAEC and the Iguassy Falls also made it amazing.
