We stayed one night since we had to fly out of Barranquilla from Cartagena. The room was pretty basic and the AC was just perfect compared to any other hotel we previously had in Cartagena. Hot water pressure was also perfect. Bed was also comfortable and the full breakfast was a plus!

Hotel is ok for proce but, dont like that when you enter on the room the AC takes about 4 minutes to start,carpets on the halls were ditry,NO POOL ,only 2 old yacussies! Beside that yes the service and staff is really good and they do the best for you!! Beds were good,breakfast ok!

El hotel esta en muy mala condición de mantenimiento. Tapetes sucios en los corredores. El gimnasio es muy pobre y esta sucio. Tuve que cambiar de habitación, debido a que ls que dieron de inicio era miy pequeña y tenia las paredes rotas. Lo peor de todo es que hacen limpieza y no te dejan toallas y te toca pelear y disgustarte para que te den toallas

I had to use the same towels everyday because they were not changed or replaced when the cleaning staff did the room. They also did not have a service bar in the room, like having drinks and snacks. But, otherwise everything was good. I recommend this hotel.

Although there was one gentleman that was very nice the others at the front desk were very rude. At one point during the stay the reception desk argued with me because my key wouldn’t work. I tried to tell them that I was there through Saturday but the man argued and said i wasn’t. Finally he rechecked the paperwork and confirmed I was accurate and fixed the key.

The cleaning ladies where terrible.. never bringing fresh towels or anything... front desk lied about the check in hours then gave us a room we clearly didnt book and gave us attitude when we said we wanted the room we booked online.. restaurante food was good

Everything was ok. Hotel is in good location. Service was ok. Room was ok. Good breakfast. Nothing exceptional but all correct for a few days. Downstairs Peruvian restaurant is a definitely a plus.

To begin with our bed wasn’t made when we go to the hotel, they had to made us wait outside the room and end up giving us a new room. The hair dryer was all sticky and has hairs all over. There were broken bottles in the jacuzzi area. I had to contact front desk to send someone to clean it up. We wanted to get a drink at about 10:30 PM on a Saturday night and the bar was already closed. The room was ok nothing too great. The staff was very helpful. They highlight of of our stay was room service for breakfast. It was delicious and the staff was very helpful.

Issues with the AC in addition the hotel sets parameters on the controls of the ac unit in which you could not go below of what the hotel believes is the right temperature for everyone. This only happens in prisons and in chicken farms
