Was a great experience only problem we had was the tub had worn thru the paint on the bottom. So was rough texture. But still a nice room and hotel overall. Would stay again

We were charged a no show fee because we arrived after midnight, which was always our plan. Never have I been charged a fee for arriving after midnight. They also could not check us in as they were running the nightly audit, so we had to wait for that to finish until we could be checked in. They should have the ability to give you a room while running their audit. The floors were sticky and the shower was uncomfortably cold even when turned all the way to hot

Website did not indicate that both the pool and jacuzzi were broken (the main reason I booked the place). 1st room's a/c didnt go below 68. They stopped offering complimentary newspapers (another reason I booked the place).

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, so that's great. The floors in the hallways have weird random dips and uneven spots. Walkable distance from a grocery store (right next door). Heater for the pool and spa was out so the water was chilly but not too bad. Staff were super nice and accommodating. 8 out of 10 would recommend.

Room door dead bolt would not lock, Damage to the walls were not repaired. Just painted over (Bathroom) I would have told the desk attendant, but no one was manning the desk when we left.

The front desk staff/management was excellent! My father was having surgery at nearby Mayo Clinic and it was scheduled very early in the morning so I called the night before to check if we could check in a bit earlier than 3pm. They indicated they could not guarantee but would make note to clean our room asap to try and accommodate. When we arrived for check in early, they had the room ready and my father could rest and recover. Great service and we will remember that upon return trips to Rochester. THANK YOU!!

I enjoyed this hotel. Its our second trip there. My only complaint this last stay the pool water was very murky and hot tub was cold.

We've stayed here twice now and the rooms are great. The breakfast is so-so. Powdered eggs, yogurt and cottage cheese is not single serve. Fruit is bananas and some mixed fruit from a can. Two choices for cereal. You can tell they're saving money at breakfast. When we stayed the second time we used the stairway to get to our room entered and exited the hotel from the front door twice in several hours and each time the exit door in the stairwell was propped open, so much for security. Of course it's a Minnesota summer so moths and bugs are in the stairwell. The attendant of the front desk each time we stayed was seated outside on a bench smoking. The sign was up at the counter that said they were attending to another guest but I'm pretty sure they were just smoking most of their shift. They've got great rooms but the breakfast, some staff, and security is less than stellar.

Not a very clean hotel. I really like the Staybridge as a general rule but this one had cigarettes sitting on the front desk at check in, hairs all over the bathroom upon arrival. Generally not clean. Carpet frayed, trim water damaged in bathroom.

this place was awesome. granted the hot tub and pool worked for 1 day we were there. we had to ask for towels once, and take out our own trash or ask for bags. but the staff was great food was perfect in thr morning. There was a light that was strobing but i just had my breakfast in the room.

The stay was very nice. I appreciated the condition and comfort. Sadly as we were leaving we had to walk trough a group of employees smoking right outside the front door. There was no way to avoid them or the smoke.

The room and building as a whole were nice and clean. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very limited options and they ran out of food by 9:15 on the second day, even though breakfast was advertised until 10:30.

Hotel extended stay didn’t have all the cooking utensils and blankets needed for 8 guests for the kitchen hotel suite reserved. We had to run to the Aldi across the street to purchase paper towels, cooking utensils, bowls, and garbage bags. The breakfast weekend food was not continental, no meat specified on the buffet. Food was not average. Not planning to stay there again, first time staying there. Thanks.

Dirty, room had dirty utensils, drawers were dirty, noisy being i was roomed by a very large outside unit that constantly ran and shut off every 10 min or less. Light fixtures either didnt work or missing bulbs. 2 out 5 stars at best

The sinks and toilets werent draining properly and maintence wasnt around to fix it. It was ok otherwise but expensive but didnt seem like it was entirely worth the price.

Check in was ok. Rarely a person at the front desk. beds were comfortable, room was nice. Bathroom floor was dirty, could use a sweep and a wash. Great eating are, lots of room, the food however was something that needs work. Sausage was dry, tator tots were dry, not much variety.

We stayed at this location the night before an early visit at Mayo. The property was well appointed and the staff were very nice and accommodating. It had everything we needed and would be a great location for an extended stay. Will stay here again.
