All the staff that we came across with are very friendly, courteous, and professional. The room is spacious and housekeeping are always helpful whenever we needed services. The concierge, the wait help, and the security people are all professionals who know how to deliver excellent service.

Every staff that we had the pleasure in meeting were all courteous and friendly. Our room was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the daily breakfast on the deck, the food was good and the waitstaff are very attentive and friendly. This was the second time we’ve stayed here and we are happy and satisfied customers.

Services were great, cleanliness too. The only thing was, I believe some (or one) of my neighbors smoked. I could smell the smoke in my bathroom multiple times a day. Fortunately I was given an air purifier, but I do hope they could just expel or fine the smoker in a non-smoking floor. Thank you.

Staff are very helpful. On our last night, Nico and and Ken are very helpful and patient to assist us in weighing our luggages. Making sure that we meet the required luggage weight. We received a topnoch assistance from both of them . They make sure also to book a grab for us as per our request on specified time. Nico and Ken made sure that they handled our luggages with care. Thank you Ken and Nico.

Great experience at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and stood out to us. Rex and JC made us feel welcomed and gave outstanding service. The hotel felt very secure, as they monitor who goes in and out of the hotel. They have 2 rooms for their fitness center and lots of equipment. They had filtered water in the hotel room. It was very clean and came with complimentary snacks and drinks. Location was right across from Greenbelt mall, Glorietta mall, and SM mall, which leads to the MRT station. The breakfast buffet is worth the money! So many different options and the chef cooks your eggs upon order. 10/10 will rebook this hotel whenever visiting Makati.

I had an ultra comfortable experience at the Makati Diamond Residences. Service is superb and staff are extremely courteous. It’s proximity to the Greenbelt shopping center and excellent dining places makes it more desirable as a hotel of first choice

I pick this hotel due to proximity to Greenbelt 5. But Green belt 5 is under significant remodel and you can’t enter the mall like before. The money changers and many stores that were in Greenbelt 5 are gone.

Pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my one day stay in this hotel. Liked very much their spacious modern rooms and bathroom. Delicious and free Filipino Breakfast, this is a must to taste. Definitely worth coming back for extended stay.

I go back to the Philippines at least every six months. This is my second or third time staying at the Makati Residence. I love this hotel. The hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. The facilities are very clean. My hotel room is always clean and spacious. The view from my hotel room is pretty awesome. I would stay here again and again every time I go back to the Philippines.

Very convenient location next to the Greenbelt and related shopping areas in the center of Makati. The service is outstanding, especially in the executive lounge and the lobby restaurants. There is an effort to know your needs and accommodate them. The rooms and furniture are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Very nice to have the in-room kitchenette for personal use. I would say the only "below average" areas were the pool and workout center which could use a facelift.

Great overall, Nice large rooms with everything you need. Right next and short walking distance to Greenbelt. Gym was nice, breakfast was not too crowded like other hotels. Large spacious rooms with a small kitchen. Wife and I really like this place.

Whenever we're in Makati, we always choose MDR as it caters to everything we expect in our accommodation. Kudos to Leo, Sofi & Gabby who's been attentive and very helpful to all our needs.

Property didn't meet my expectation as a 5-star residences. In particular, the Scotchbrite dish sponge and the dishwashing liquid that looks like it's taken straight from 7-11. You can get a cheap dish sponge from Ikea and a cheap container for your liquid soap, and a cheap tray or caddy and not the plastic ones that look like from thrift store. Pay attention to these tiny details, especially when your pricing and branding your property a 5 star! The saving grace for this property is the trademark Filipino courtesy and hospitality. The Manager on Duty Angel handled all my complaints professionally! She was composed and calm even at the heat of my frustrations. The rest of the staff - from security, concierge, housekeeping, etc. were equally pleasant. You are greeted with their smiles at any time of the day! For this reason I will still recommend this property to friends and family, with a reminder to manage your expectations to avoid disappointments.

The hotel staff is attentive and friendly, the rooms are modern, with every convenience, including refrigerator and filtered water for refilling. They clean every day, which is wonderful and they do an excellent job. There is good security, as is the case in most upscale hotels in Makati. I unfortunately had a situation nonetheless in the lobby where I was scammed and my phone was compromised (my fault- don't scan QR codes!) The hotel manager immediately assisted with his IT team. In the end all was well, except the international phone charges billed to my room for calling to cancel credit cards.

Kudos to all the staff, from the front desk, dining crew, housekeeping and the guys n the front door! The staff are very attentive to details you don’t need to ask for help but they were very attentive to assist us if we need help. All I can say thank you for making my stay memorable. The property itself is a comfortable experience, with a nice selection of breakfast in the morning and close to many, many shops and places to see. But most of all the customer service from all the staff was above and beyond, very accommodating to any request, it was a great stay and will be staying more in the future.
