Great stay with yhe grandkids

Cabin was tired and shabby. Tv was not able to get free to air tv. Which was the reason we stayed in a cabin with tv.
Service was good and management were friendly and helpful
8.0
Everything was good except for the bed, sunk in the middle in our cabin.

This was advertised as a 2 bedroom deluxe suite. We specifically booked this over other options on the basis that there were 2 bedrooms rather than a bedroom and a corridor with bunk beds in. Due to the fact we have a 9 month old baby, the '2nd bedroom' i.e. the corridor opposite the toilet was not big enough to set up the travel cot and the actual bedroom was also not big enough. The accomodation was therefore not as advertised or fit for purpose.

Everything was great. Easy check in , clean room nice new whisper quiet airconditioner. For a change no complaints from me.

Our cabin was comfortable but given the fact that we are all over 70, it was lucky that we are fit and could climb into the top bunk. We were unaware that it was a double bunk when twin bed was mentioned. Perhaps our fault for not reading this but just letting everyone else know. Not sure. But we had a lovely time in a beautiful spot. Check in and parking was great.

I am 43 and finally made it to see 1770 for the first time in December 2023 with my 2 year old daughter- and while we only saw the captain cook holiday village- there’s no disappointment here

We enjoyed our time at the place.

We arrived late at night and was sent an email for late check in. Was very easy to find our accommodation with the map and to complete checkin.
Apartment was very clean and amenities were also well maintained and clean.
We will be coming back to stay next time we are in Airlie Beach

Well positioned not far from everything.

Quiet and clean and close to town. Great place to chill.

No TV in cabins. Manager says smart TVs are coming next week. Maybe? Or is the correct response, yeah right they would be?
Charged $49 at check in kiosk. Manager surprised and although he refunded the money, couldn’t explain why. It was definitely not a key deposit.
Quite a distance from AGGIE shops( about 4 kms) - not walkable with shopping and kiosk at check in has minimal supplies.
So my suggestion is avoid, although if you have a big rig and caravan, nice enough under the trees etc

Guy at the counter remembered I had a chicken snitty for dinner, automatic 5 stars

We loved the vastness of the property, the cosy cabin, fun with putt putt and the beautiful walk to the main beach.
The location was perfect to both 1770 and Agnes Water.
We would recommend this place to travellers and we would dtay again.

Our stay was brief but pleasant. The cabin was well appointed. The bed was soft and squishy as was the sofa. The staff were fabulous.

Cabin was situated in a lovely bush setting. Very pretty and peaceful. Downside was no TV reception which we did not know about beforehand.

Tim - the manager was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist us.

We had booked two nights but decided to only stay one
Some things could not be helped
Sandflies
Old cabin
Tv reception non existent
But some things like, windows not locking
Bed linen stained
It was not up to the standard we are used to, the park itself does not claim to be 5 star accommodation but the price does not reflect the cabin

I was probably expecting a deluxe cabin to be, well, deluxe. Pretty basic cabin. Lumpy couch and leaking (underpowered) air conditioner (which was rectified upon request. Not all bad, just not deluxe.

Nice cabin, comfy bed and good shower

Nope all good!

Great stay the only negative is they should have pool towels. Overall very happy, great for little ones with the pool and garden, trees are excellent. The cabins are great but if you wanted to camp under the trees it would be great too.

Helpful & Friendly, good walk down the 4x4 track to lovely beach! Great spot! Cabins were clean & tidy. Had all we needed!
4.0
Lovely place but no wifi and limited tv channels. eg sbs and abc. If you want a holiday in peace its perfect. The scenery is lovely.
5.0
Great place to stay. Good amenities. Everything clean and tidy. No phone reception in areas. Good bbq and kitchen. Short walk or drive to the beach. Beware the sand flies. Fish and chip shop at office was great. Range of free DVD to hire. Staff do a good job. We had an amazing holiday staying at the park.

The bushland setting and the quietness all added up to a pleasant stay.
4.0
It was a quiet, peaceful setting , in a lovely big garden set well back from the road. The cabin was a little small , but in excellent condition. Unfortunately there is no tv reception,we were offered dvds . It was extremely hot weather but the air conditioner made for a cool and comfortable nights sleep.
4.0
We didn't like the fact that the TV would not work and better reception needs to be made available.
