Great view but the restaurant for dinner was not good at all. Breakfast was missing a lot of options.

the property had a lovely view of lake garda, the staff were very friendly and helpful. i did not read the small print about having to pay extra for bed linen and towels. the bed was very uncomfortable and very noisy. the fridge needed a defrosting and fan or air conditioning would of been nice. the whole place felt fairly run down and in need of a lift.

The room was clean and it had a huge balcony towards the Lake. The view was beautiful! Only minus with our accommodation was many steps and going up and down.

Fantastic view!!! Great and cheap restaurant. Nice pools with beautiful view. The size of the flats are good, the other only thing that could have made the stay better would be better sheets and a fan or too in July... we will come back😉

Very basic accommodation. Beds very uncomfortable. Kitchen poorly equipped, we had no plug to wash up, ask reception and never received one. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards from previous guests, so we had to rewash them before we could use them. No washing up liquid or cloth. We mentioned to reception who said they would speak to someone and never did! The shower was a dripper. Walls very thin so you could hear everyone! The apartment had a nice view of the lake& was spacious.

Unfortunately, we were informed we would be at another hotel called Hotel Elisa that is 1.6 km up the hill, so we didn't get to stay at this exact hotel. We drove up the hill to Elisa and checked into the room which was just fine and we did still have a decent view of Lago Garda.
I wasn't thrilled about being in this other hotel, so I went back to Rotonda to see what could be done. This time the check in woman was somewhat aggressive when I told her I wasn't happy with the other hotel, reason being that I didn't want to be further up the hill away from the Lake and that the views weren't as good. She told me that the Rotonda hotel was totally full, and claimed that Elisa is "only 600 meters further" when it is really 1.6km. She also said "how can you even say the view is not as good?! Its up higher on the hill so you can see more". See the two photos I've attached.
I then asked her if we can please have a partial refund because we were unhappy in the other hotel, and she informed me only the chief/manager would be able to discuss that. The chief/manager was not there, but the check in woman assured me she would have the chief/manager call me when they were there; this did not happen. The next morning I went back to try to talk to the chief/manager, but they weren't there again. A different woman was there and much nicer, and gave us a voucher for 2 pizzas and soft drinks at the pizzeria. I still never got to talk to the manager before leaving.

We booked accommodation at a hotel and thats not what we got. We had an apartment that was independent from the hotel. I can come t on staff as we didnt have any interaction with anyone. We didnt use any of the facilities as it was an inconvenience to us to make an effort to travel to the hotel and if we did there was no parking during the evening. On our booking it said 2 bedrooms. We were all stuck in one room. Not ideal having a mixed age grouo of children. Over all felt missed and let down. Didnt get what we paid for. Disappointed Ingarfield family

Lovely hotel. Really pleased, actually. Free brekkie, lovely pool areas and wonderful staff. Rooms were a little basic (no air con, no safe, no fridge, slow wifi, etc.) and it was a little unbearable at night (we were there for the recent heatwave!). Just a ten minute drive to the lake and 5 minute walk to the village above (lovely restaurants and bars). Car is essential to make the most of your stay. Oh, make friends with Gino at the bar - what a lovely chap!

Stayed for 5 nights during the school holidays. Exactly what we expected and given the price, what we paid for. Fantastic views across Lake Garda. We planned our trip around use of a hire car, which is essential if you want to get around. That said, we also got the train to Venice which was easy to arrange. We stayed in an apartment which was basic but met our needs. Would have been good to have the heating turned on for our arrival. For travellers from the U.K. It is important to note that there will be no bed linen or towels there for you. It might be an obvious arrangement to visitors from Germany, but not something we had planned for. We were able to get linen from the hotel for 15 Euro per person.

Room was functional, a bit like a dorm room with cheap MDF and a bunk bed as well as our double. Our room faced a wall and there was a lot of noise from other rooms. The view from the terrace was spectacular. There was also a cosy reading room. Our stay coincided with two bus tours so breakfast was a bit of a scrum. The Pizza restaurant up the hill (part of the same hotel) was fabulous and the service was brilliant.

A very good hotel. When we first arrived we were concerned about how far up the mountain it was, but it was great with the lovely town 10mins walk up from the hotel.
Beautiful Tilley town with some nice places to eat although I would advise booking otherwise you may have to wait.
Pools very nice with a pool side eating and refreshments.
Room was really nice stunning view of lake

A great find, up on the mountainside on the west side of Lake Garda. Fantastic view towards Desenzano and Sirmione in the south. Ideally placed for visiting anywhere on the lake, we visited the Varone Waterfalls (Cascata Varone), Tenno and Lake Ledro. We walked around the Lago di Ledro in about 2 and 1/2 hours - 11 km approx and almost completely level. Desenzano is about 1 hours drive away - convenient for rail trips to Venice, Milan and south. (Although our train was 95 minutes late!!). The east side of the Lake provides slightly more viewing opportunities from the road if you are driving. Monte Baldo CableCar goes from Malcesine. If its too misty at the top visit the Castle and town instead.

Hotel staff very helpful. The view of Lake Garda from the hotel grounds was fantastic, unfortunately the view from our room had tiles and trees obstructing our view!!!!! Unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable and the shower cubicle too small.Facilities around the hotel including swimming pools and restaurant were great.
Car parking can be a very big issue in the summer,we went in May and were fortunate to get a parking space on the 3 nights we were there.

We had a 2 bedroom which was clean & comfortable, if a bit basic. Lovely big terrace with stunning view of the lake. Pools were clean & lots of sunbeds and the pizzeria served great food and was very reasonably priced. Short walk up hi to Gardola where there's a supermarket, bakery & bars & restaurants. Lovely part of Lake Garda, more relaxed than the south part of the lake.
