Comfortable stay, more than enough space and accommodations. Only bad thing is there was no bathroom on the second floor where all beds are located.

Really cozy place to stay.

Lovely place for a cheap price. We stayed with a baby and a child. Easily walkable to town and to the lakeside. Helpful staff.

Location is close distance walking to the center. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

This apartment was quite nice and comfortable. The staff members at the location were very helpful and kind. I liked that it was an easy walk to the central town area of El Calafete. When this location had no vacancy for the second night the front desk person was also referring their other property Los Amigos Del Mundo which was also a great stay. I highly recommend this apartment/hotel!

Great location, very close to the main street in El Calafate. The room was renovated, and clean. People at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The individual bed is small, but it is similar as other hotels in Argentina. Breakfast is basic (similar to other hotels). I would recommend moving the mirror in the back of the bathroom door to the room. Also, add a fan in the room, there is no a/c and sometimes can be warm. Overall, a good hotel to stay.

Really nice hotel and great price for the area! Fast wifi and easy check in! Not great sound insulation between rooms but that really is my only complaint

Very good

The hotel itself is fair. The location is good (10-15 min walk to main road) and the hotel overall is clean and looks nice outside. Our room specifically was very spartan (nothing on walls, dark) and dingy. I think maybe they were remodelling it since it didn't look like most others. But we didn't mind since we got a great rate when we booked.
What brought the rating down was the service the final morning. The hotel had set up a driver to the airport and recommended 8am, for our 10:10 flight. The receptionist the night prior had been very helpful booking. That morning the driver was 35 minutes late, and the morning receptionist did not seem to care. I had to ask multiple times for updates and eventually requested she call for an alternate driver as we were waiting and this was becoming a big issue. After 30 minutes I started messaging other cab companies myself since the receptionist was not, and my partner was trying to flag down cabs on the main road.
If you do stay here, definitely don't use the car service they hire for the airport. Use Ves Shuttle (they didn't have availability for us) or just WhatsApp a cab company. Every company I reached out to on WhatsApp said they could send a car immediately. To the hotel, I would say to get a better car provider and call a different driver if >15min late. It is not an option for guests to be late to or miss their flights.

nice hotel, about five minute walk to main city street. single room bed was comfortable, standing shower and bidet. there is a patio as well.

Service was great. Front desk girls have great customer service. We had an apartment and was very comfortable.

Nice place and great for those who wish to cook themselves, as they have mini apartments

Room was clean and staff very friendly but property is not a 3 star property. For the price paid, expected much nicer. This is a very basic room with a small kitchen about 10 minute walk to the Main Street in town. Wild dogs barking all night so difficult to sleep and no deadbolt on door so basically have to lock yourself inside room with old key so not safe in case of fire.
4.5
The hotel was very communicative prior to arrival to see if I needed any transport. Checking in and out was easy. The hotel is about 10 min walk to the main street where the restaurants and shops are. The room was cleaned and the staff friendly. The breakfast was basic but enough to get you started for the day. Overall a good stay no complaints.

They sent a message the previous day that renovations are going on and so they are putting us up at a sister property!! They did not know until the previous day that renovations are on?! Anyway, this other property was quite ok in terms of value for money but the room was dated in many ways. It was clean though. The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze and the water would go from very hot to room temp. What I disliked was that their checkout time was 10 am!! This was not the usual 11 or 12 noon we normally see. We asked the staff if we could have a couple of hours more and they said the hotel was full. We waited in the lobby as we had a few hours for the flight and saw them come to clean our room only after 2 pm. Did not like this at all.

My experience here was great. The unit I rented was comfortable, clean, well stocked, etc. In addition, the staff were AMAZING. They were so helpful!! I am a well-traveled 30 year old man and was visiting on a solo trip to Patagonia and, unfortunately, there were a number of unforeseeable inconvenient events that occurred and the staff helped me as if I were their family. It was truly amazing and I am so grateful.
Of note, these were not minor inconveniences. My hiking gear was left in Santiago, Chile =/, getting money out was an issue at Western Union, I had issues obtaining an already reserved rental car, etc.
Julia, Josefina, and Patricia helped me so much!! I was driven around town by one of them (I didn't even ask) and she went into the car rental agency with me to help translate for me. The other helped me handle my issue with the airline over the phone and helped me secure roundtrip transportation to the airport, numerous times. The other woman gave me many useful tips and helped me book a number of tours.
My trip was saved by Julia, Josefina, and Patricia. I'm glad I decided to stay at Hotel y Apart Hotel Jardin. Thank you for going out of your way to help me!
Me trataste como si fuera familia.

Walking distance from town centre, excellent spacious rooms with heaters.

It is a basic room for a basic price . Take it or leave it.

The property was very clean and in a good location! A few blocks from downtown, but still very quiet and cute! Liked staying here a lot!
4.5
Breakfast was $15/person which is fine, but they don't have free tea or coffee which is pretty standard. When we asked if they had coffee, we got a canned response of how much breakfast cost.
It's about a 10-15 minute walk from downtown but about a 25-30 minute walk from the bus station.
The walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors til 1am

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful views and walking distance to the lagoon or to downtown.

Good hotel to stay if your doing activities around Calafate. 4 blocks away of the Main Street. The rooms were ok to sleep and take a bath

Good hotel

We enjoyed these apartments - very clever and efficient design. The stairway to the upstairs was a little steeper and narrower than we would prefer, but then we are not young. The walk to town was fine, and getting taxis was never a problem.

Amazing value. Incredibly kind staff. Highly recommended.
4.5
The hotel is next to farmland and has a rural feel even though it is close to the center.

Location in a quiet part of El Calafate with easy walking access to town was excellent. Staff were very helpful and our apartment was comfortable. Great value.

We were happy with our stay and thought the location was convenient. We had a room with a small kitchen. The staff are nice.

Nice affordable place.

I though as per description that breakfast was included in the price. They told me not included.Had to paid for it.

The best aspect of this hotel is its staff. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful.
The apartments are just as shown in the pictures, but you can tell that all materials used are low quality, some parts of walls or stairs are broken, and isolation from sounds outside or in the apartments next to you (or even throughout the apartment) is very poor.
The rooms are connected between them by a sliding door, so you don't really have 2 separate rooms that you can go into separately. That was somewhat bothersome for us.
Breakfast absolutely not worth it. Don't take it.
4.5
Quality stay in Calafate. Only complain is the wall is a bit too thin so you can hear your neighbours if they are still chatting loud.
