I slept in the tower room, walls are so thin that you can hear the next room guest talking normally at the phone like if he’s sitting in your bed.
Extra cost aren’t clear, pay attention to it.
Staff: just a couple of professional memebers the others looks like they are surprised to be there

Great place to relax and unwind. The restaurant was above average with a great wine selection. And it’s very close to beautiful Gubbio.

Fantstic place. Really serviceminded staff. At first we got a bit old-smelly room. They were so sorry and immediately we good a new very nice room. Nice pool-area, very good restaurant, very nice livingroom with a bar to sit in after dinner. Stunning view. Close to Gubbio, a must-go.

Excellent stay with a very nice house, surrounding and service. The meals at the dinner were very tasteful. Recommend to use the Spa with the different treatments.

Stayed here for three nights, and really enjoyed it. We used it as a base for visiting Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia, all of which are within an hours drive. Lovely restored building, with charm and character, friendly staff, an excellent choice at breakfast and overall, very good value for money. Didnt use the restaurant in the evening, so cant comment, although it seemed popular, even with the limited menu. The pool is not very big, but it was clean, and we saw it being maintained every morning.Youll need a car if staying here, as its in the middle of the countryside, and the drive from the road is about a 3-4km long. The nearest village doesnt have any facilities worth noting either.

This was a ver relaxing hotel, if you are looking for a romantic few days away be warned as we were there Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3 nights, there was a wedding held on each night (with between 100 - 150 guests). I think this hotel should decide whether it is a romantic escape hotel or a wedding venue.
