This is a really nice hotel but it needs to be updated. The staff is really nice and the food is really good! Great value!

Love it
4.3
Cute hotel in a good location for getting to the falls and into town. After going into the town centre twice, we were glad we stayed outside it a bit, felt safer. Facilities here are a bit older but well maintained, it looks just like the pictures. We liked the eco feel and the nice details like butterfly garden, turtles and little animal sanctuary. We were happy with both the free breakfast and had dinner at the restaurant one night. The restaurant staff were very friendly and patient with our bad Spanish - front reception spoke English very well and helped with lots of bus/taxi advice.
4.3
Guestroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. Amenities lacking. No hand soap, hairdryer did not work, and limited towels. The animal habitat behind the hotel was atrocious. The poor animals were kept in dirty and cramped conditions. I wish I had not seen it. Although we had requested two beds in the room, we were assigned a room with one bed, and after demanding a change were accommodated.
4.3
The grounds are beautiful and charming. Plus the connected (and included for free) eco-park is great. The butterfly nursery alone was worth the price of the room.
4.3
South America style place to stay. Nice garden with local animals to watch. 👍
4.3
The property has had some wear and tear. If you expect it to be like a four seasons, she will be disappointed if your expectations are more reasonable it’s just fine.
The restaurant had good variety, I had the tenderloin, which was very tasty, but certainly nowhere near as tender as I am accustomed to. I would still recommend it.
4.3
Excellent property, the staff service is very friendly. Congratulations!
4.3
I would stay here again.
4.3
A beautiful and tranquil environment, which is also a bioreserve center with native vegetation, butterfly and reptile sanctuaries, and natural trails.
4.3
This is the place to stay if you love nature. Beautiful butterflys. Excellent service at reception by Victor. Great place for the value, huge and comfortable rooms.
4.3
The Hotel itself was nice, especially for kids as they have a small „zoo“ with butterflies, snakes, crocodiles etc. The main problem however was the accommodation. Yes we are in a jugle and yes it is humid, but please make sure the air conditioning is working, which was not the case in our room, the smell was strong when entering the room, the clothes adapted the smell soon and bed pillows did smell too. I reported the problem and the staff tried to fix it I was told - however it was not fixed. We could probably change the room, but as we had only one more night we decided to stay, luckily we got brand new pillows. My recommendation to management is: please check if the aircon is working in all the rooms and only assign these rooms to guest as this will decrease the good reputation.
4.3
The room was basic but that was no surprise as the price for value (price paid) was good. But what was a surprise in the "boutique" property was the restaurant. The food was amazingly good. The Sir Loin and Filet were among the best I had and I consider myself a world traveler.
4.3
Beautiful natural environment.
4.3
Huge rooms with comfy beds. Food at the restaurant was delicious! Would definitely stay again in this charming hotel!!
4.3
Quaint property. Room was ok, but it took quite a while to get hot water. A late plane arrival made me concerned that I wouldn’t arrive before the stated 12:00 deadline. called several times but no answer.
4.3
This property is not well maintained everything looks dated and dirty plus keep in mind that you have thru go to a mini-jungle to get to your room and if it’s raining the uneven walkway becomes really slippery plus you will get wet.
4.3
Very nice place to stay. Large selection of beautiful butterflies in their butterfly garden. Environmentally responsible.
The right place to stay while visiting the area
4.3
We stayed for only one night for a short trip to do the Uguaza Falls but. Everything was fine they even gave us an early check in for which we were very grateful.
4.3
Butterfly place was amazing
4.3
Not a good location if you have no car. Our room and especially the bathroom had a lot of mold. The restaurant for us wasn't good at all. We saw two guests get up and leave. We should have followed. Breakfast was average.
4.3
Beautiful natural surroundings, very comfortable room, helpful staff.

I booked this hotel because it looked so unique and cute, tucked away in a mini forest. I really wanted to like it, however it just didn’t hit the mark. First, it’s off the main road so there is incredibly loud road noise all night, there was no hot water in my room and the sink would randomly turn itself on, the internet also did not work in my room (essential for international travelers) and I also didn’t have any cell service or 3/4G in the room. Therefore, I had to take private family calls in the main hotel lobby as this was the only place I could access service. I also chose to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant… don’t. It was the worst burger I’ve ever eaten, figured Argentina was known for beef so should have been edible at least. I ate the bread from the bun and went to bed without having eaten lunch or dinner that day because the burger was like rubber. The positives were that the staff was very nice and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and appreciated that they had a duvet instead of light blanket for covers, and breakfast was included and had a decent spread. It’s also close to the falls, so convenient for a cab to Brazilian side or to Argentinian.

Beautiful gem in the jungle with dipping oil, beautiful landscape, lovely staff, great food, very comfortable rooms! Staff exceptionally helpful to two English speakers.
4.3
The hotel is nice and clean, the service wasn't great, we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready, there wasn't any towels in the room or for the pool we asked for some but didn't get it until, people at the front desk needs to be more spoken up and customers friendly, breakfast was great lot of choice, but same service.
4.3
This was a great stay. We felt very welcomed and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Loved the butterfly farm and the other wild animals on the property. The rooms were a nice size and there were very relaxing places to sit and enjoy Iguazu.
4.3
Very attentive staff. Good food at the restaurant reasonably priced. The eco/animal exhibits were a bonus. Note it is not near town but it doesn’t cost much by taxi if you want to go there
4.3
Good location. Big room. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. A very nice and interesting Biocenter next door to be visited free of charge.
4.3
Good sized room and unique setting next to a biopark. Also close to Iguazu Falls National Park and the airport. But that also meant not in the central part of town, so limited options to eat in the hotel or otherwise get a taxi.
4.3
I liked the staff service. Picture on Expedia did not reflect the same quality room we received.
4.3
Really cool property! There is even a church on site.
Staff was friendly and room was very spacious and clean.
4.3
Beautiful territory - a kind of tropical park. Really good breakfast. Comfortable bed. However, my room was a disappointment - it did not look like the one on the picture - it was not large and was rather gloomy and damp, jalousie had to be closed because the window faced the gallery with neighbour's doors and there were no curtains. The Internet was good.
4.3
Great place to stay, close to falls and airport., among forest vegetation. Some sightseeing around facilities. Excellent food in restaurant and breakfast buffet. Many choices on organic food and wine. Loved their own La La La organic wine. A very unique place to stay. Would recommend!
4.3
Overall it is not a bad property. Just the location is not in the centre of town so it is a long walk or need to take taxi if you need something from the supermarket or to do a laundry. Wifi signal in room is overall stable in room. The biggest issue is with the free airport transfer offer we had. it doesn't mention we need to make reservation 48 hours in advance for both ways. I called a day before and was turned down of this snervice. Then I was told I can book anytime for the transfer from hotel to airport. However when I tried to book on the day of departure then was told I needed to book a day in advance. if this is the case why we were not reminded upon check-in? I somehow think the hotel doesn't really want to honour this offer to us.
4.3
Love this place - everything about it, the atmosphere, the staff, the spacious room, the grounds, the restaurant. Great value, would definitely stay again if visiting Iguazu.
4.3
Excellent hotel with free access to biological centre.
Even let us have a shower after checking out. Well worth it
4.3
Very clean, excellent breakfast, well informed and friendly staff. Large and comfortable rooms.

Hotel cancelled my prepaid room via email at 2 p.m. on my arrival day so that a group that was already staying there could stay an extra day. And, let me make clear, we were in contact just the day before making pickup arrangements for the airport--the room was confirmed, paid, and the owner was expecting me. Without my consent to cancel or redirect my PREPAID room (for two days), they booked me into a big city tourist hotel and deprived me of my planned "jungle-type" hotel experience. Moreover they booked me into a lesser rated hotel--and I'm very picky about this. Even the people at my new hotel (which is fine but not what I wanted) were surprised that I was treated so poorly. Pueblito apologized and covered this room but it doesn't make up for what they took took away, not to mention the exhaustion, anger and stress caused by the betrayal--which sounds strongly worded, but isn't that exactly what it is? Spent several hours in the airports wondering where I would end up at midnight on my first day in Puerto Iguazu.

Spacious rooms decorated with local artwork. Our reservation stated that free airport transfer was available on request but the hotel asked us to pay when we requested it a day before our departure. After we mentioned that it should be included, they said ok and to confirm again the next morning, at which point we were told that there was no space in the shuttle and that we would need to hire and pay for a taxi. The Biocentre was a nice garden/mini zoo to walk around, although the animal habitats could be improved. The breakfast and lunch selections were basic but adequate. Overall our stay was pleasant.

This was a perfect place for my son and I. We visited the Falls and relaxed at the resort. The on-site restaurant was amazing. We will be back someday.
