Hotel a bit tied definitely not worth the cost. Few things need tidy up things off the wall. Lift ceiling got a nasty stain on it. Broken chair right outside entrance (not a good start) staff friendly and helpful which was a plus. For this sort of money I expect a lot more
3.7
Lots of positives: comfy large bed, large room, blackout curtains, temperature and light control, powerful shower, even a tv in the bathroom. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer in room. Warm, comfy spare duvets and very comfy pillows. Walking distance to the arena and stradium. Bus stops, convenience store directly outside.
Negatives: the complimentary shampoo is awful, doesn't foam - very minor and my fault for relying on it. Convenience store over the road anyway. Red stains on the carpet in the room and corridor carpet, daughter joked is like a murder scene.
The breakfast was just awful. I'm sure I read about different options but no, 'full English' was the only hot breakfast. Chipolata was hot, bacon was warm at best, cold tomatoes sliced and not grilled, eggs and baked beans were stone cold, fridge cold. Hash browns looked decent but I don't like them. Continental options were not my thing but the pastries looked sorry for themselves, one cereal option, cornflakes, but no bowls. Toast machine was good but the bread, covered in cling film, top slices going stale/hard. Filter coffee was disgusting so had a breakfast tea and the water in the urn was just warm. The apple juice was nice, best thing about breakfast, also had oj available. Had to ask for clean plates, a random collection of odd plates was brought out, didn't look very professional. Just don't pay for breakfast if it is extra.

the hotel was good for the price ..the bed was very comfy..
close to venue which was a good bonus ,and all reception staff were happy and more than willing to help if needed..
they were a credit to the hotel

We had a great stay here. The location is super convenient, a short walk from the stadium and food outlets, while still out of the way of the action. The room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the novelty of the touchpad for the lights, temperature, etc. Our only gripe was that the bathroom door would not close so had to be wedged shut.
Tthe wifi was amazingly fast! We were both able to do some work in the hotel ahead of the match, including Teams meetings. Finally, the staff were exemplary, very professional. We would definitely stay here again.
3.7
We stayed here as went to see Starlight Express, which was a 10 minute walk.
Hotel was clea, next to Wembley Park. Room good, bed was huge, bathroom had underfloor heating, was clean and tidy.
Breakfast ok,not much choice.
3.7
The room was a good size, with all the fixtures and amenities. The issue however was the cleanliness. The carpet and bedding were stained. The curtain net was filthy. The fridge also didn’t work. There were some maintanance issues outside the room so it smelt of damp with a hole in the ceiling from a leak.
It is a shame as it has the essentials and is really well located.
3.7
The hotel was in the perfect location for troubadour, Wembley arena and stadium, excellent shopping.
Room was clean, shame about the large pillar which was a bit of a hazard at night negotiating it in the dark!
Cooked breakfast was disappointing, would would have been good to have a choice and because we didn't, we left food. It wasn't clear how we ordered it. Continental had a good choice.
3.7
Nice clean hotel close to amenities, staff are very friendly and helpful.
3.7
Room service was extremely limited. Even water wasn’t provided regularly during 4 day stay. Disappointed. Overall experience way below expectations given high charges.
3.7
Booked a twin room with my son as we were going to a concert in Wembley. Check in was easy, although i was asked for a £50 deposit to cover amy damages. Was told i could pay card or cash so i offered to go and get cash and was then told not to worry about it.
Hotel and room were clean but in need of redecorating. Beds were really comfortable and we both slept really well.
Breakfast avaianle was continental, had to ask for English and again dining room was ckean but shabby, floor tiles damaged
No tables were set for breakfast just grabbed a plate and cutlery.
That being said, would stay there again as was very convenient and staff very helpful and friendly
3.7
The staff could not have been better, very friendly and helpful. Location for Wembley Stadium was excellent! Not much in the way of catering or food and drink at the hotel itself, but there were convenience stores near by and a basic continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again if attending a Wembley event.
3.7
Convenient as only a few minute walk from Wembley stadium but wouldn’t stay again longer than 1 night
Not very clean, room has no windows for ventilation, bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock, bath plug didn’t work and shower head was leaking and spraying everywhere
Breakfast was also not great with a choice of just croissants and toast and 2 cereals
Not worth it, would rather pay more and stay elsewhere
3.7
There isn't 24/7 room service, they don't pick up the reception call so I had to go down couple of times to get stuff and check out is at 11am.
3.7
You can tell this was a once lovely hotel, but it's now looking a bit tired.
However, for the price we paid it was great value.
Handy location for either Wembley Stadium or Arena.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
3.7
The hotel was quiet and rooms clean. Beds were comfy and curtains thick. We had a “junior suite” which was the size of a standard double UK hotel room. The sinkhole hadn’t been cleaned so the shower filled the bath base and hair came out.
The WiFi was terrible. The breakfast was very basic continental - no hot food, just sliced bread and spreads. Also sliced ham and babybel cheese. But there is a nice coffee shop over the road. Apparently the parking needed to be reserved in advance (not said in hotels.com description), spots are tight and only 7 spaces. Also parking is £30 a night, not £15 as stated on listing. So if you come on an event day make sure you ring ahead.

Great location for Wembley. Good staff. Friendly & helpful. Expensive 1 night £564!
Tired room. Lock faulty on door, safe wouldn’t open. Slept with 2 doors against the room door all night as wouldn’t lock. In our way out, the door wouldn’t lock behind us. Air con unit drips a lot. Had to put a towel down. Crack in sink. Need a bath mat as very slippery getting in for shower. Old and tired but clean. Flat screen tv unplugged and couldn’t find socket. Bed comfy. Water pressure great. Airy room.
3.7
No problems at all with our stay. Car Parking pre-booked, yes there is a cost and the spaces are limited and can be tight but that was all explained when I booked one. £50 security deposit per room required and that is all stated on the web site.
Rooms were clean and tidy, bottles of water in both rooms and complimentary soap, shampoo etc all there.
Towels supplied and they were clean.
Air conditioner fully working as were all facilities. Only one cup in one double room, but that was not a problem.
Staff on check in were polite and very helpful.
I cannot agree with all the bad reviews based on our stay the hotel is fine and increibly close to Wembley.
3.7
Awful do not book need a refund didn’t stay due to faulty electrics the lights turned then selves on and off like a disco and receptionist pulled lighting panel off the wall and removed a wire to stop them turning on said the only spare room also had problems so no alternative then when I requested a refund a spare room suddenly became free but when I tested the lights they also didn’t work properly we checked out as soon as our taxi arrived

Checked in around 8.30pm guy on desk not very welcoming.. gave us our key card but no instruction on breakfast times or check out times. He then took a £50 damage fee which was never mentioned upon booking. Got to the room which could do with updating in places, didn’t feel clean and considering it’s a non smoking hotel our bathroom stank of smoke!! I phoned down to let the guy on reception know as wanted my £50 back upon check out. He arrived at our room 14 minutes later with air freshener.. no apology.. no offer to swap rooms. It didn’t work anyway so had to put up with the smell. After getting dinner elsewhere I asked at reception if they had any non dairy milk for the tea/coffee making facility in the room to which I was told no and to go to Tesco to buy some! Now a 4* hotel these days should be inclusive and have some non dairy offerings.
Breakfast was included and when going down to get breakfast was greeted with a small cold Buffett, cold coffee(not fresh) and I had to ask if they did warm food (which they do but you wouldn’t know it unless you ask) which was just ok!
The only pros I have are the beds were comfy and the shower was nice but other than that this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed in for a while! Good for proximity to Wembley but not 4 star quality!

Excellent spot to attend a show at Wembley, highly recommend.
3.7
Good and convenient location. Great service from staff.
3.7
Was good value for my two night stay.
3.7
The website says there is a bar available on event days but when we asked we were told it only opens for football events in Wembley and not for concerts.
The booking included a full English breakfast, but on entering the dining room, the lady at the bar took our room number and that was all. The only breakfast on view was a limited continental breakfast.
The lady in the dining room gave no information about the english breakfast, until asked if it was available and then she said it was available. No menu provided. Diners were not offered the English breakfast until they asked if it was available.
3.7
Absolutely rubbish stains on sheets and dirty duvet in coubard with food marks! Broken bed to hold bases together and 2 single beds to put together with a gap in the middle ! Even ask for a 50 pound deposit for a room that didnt show when booked ..
3.7
The hotel was okay, but not very professional, clients arguing at the reception, dining room staff did not understand English but tried.
3.7
A great location near to Wembley Arena for a concert we were attending. A short walk from the tube station.
The female receptionist on duty upon our arrival was very friendly and professional.
After a long first day out exploring London we were locked out of our room. The receptionist wasn't at the desk. The lady from the bar was trying to help but it isnt her role so she was limited. She was trying to phone but no answer. There was one other couple in front and two behind us. The male receptionist returned after 20 minutes with no apology or customer service skills.
Wembley Park and the Stadium area is great with lots of restaurants and a retail outlet. The Starlight Express theatre is located nearby too.
The hotel could do with a little TLC in places but the twin bedroom was spacious and quiet. The bathroom was large with the best water pressure ever with fresh towels and toiletries daily. There are no towel rails or hooks though so no where to hygienically put the towels.
We liked that we could control the room temperature, dim the lighting and the electronic do not disturb. Great blackout curtains too.
We tried breakfast on the first day but it wasn't to our taste so we decided to eat out for the rest of the stay.
Overall we would stay here again for attending concerts and events in this area.
Well done to the receptionist on duty early afternoon on Wednesday 10th July, the best customer service we received in London.
3.7
Overall very nice, room and en-suite were clean, shower worked well, air con in room worked, everything looked fresh and appealing, we had a pleasant enough stay.
We werent there for long enough to say properly for more of the staff, was noone there for the first 5-10 mins after we arrived to check in, then the man on front desk at check in was nice, only handed the room key back to a woman at checkout so couldnt say.
3.7
tiny room, close to Wembley.
3.7
Shower did not work and flooded. Floor also had multiple stains on it
3.7
Convenient for Wembley stadium and some good restaurants.
3.7
Could have a paint up on outside and bedroom could be done up
3.7
Short, overnight stay to attend a concert at Wembley Arena.
Very short walk to the venue. Many eating options in the designer shopping area alongside.
3.7
Though the room was ok and tidy, the curtains and whites looked old and grey, cappets worn. there was no plug in bath, and though the ataff searched for a replacement, we gave up and plugged with a plastic bag. Breakfast was interesting as eventually when served the staff struggled with english 5 times my wife asked for scrambled eggs and bacon ans was responded with "english breakfast?" The tomato served with breakfast was just cold and cut up, not fried. And there is tile damage in the centre of the walkway, not exactly safe. This is ok if your paying £50‐100 maybe, but we paid £240 through hotels.com, definitely not worth it. And this app is not letting me add photos to the review. Maybe later?
3.7
What an awful hotel... the only upside is locality to Wembley Arena/Stadium... but that doesn’t justify their pricing...
Greeting was awkward, like we were interrupting their time by trying to book in...
We had to pay a £50 damage deposit to obtain room key, this was not mentioned on any of the booking details, and I'm still waiting for this to be refunded....
Staircases and rooms needed a deep clean , and redecoration. Desk lamp had no cover over the push switch, press for electric shock... Aircon fan was very noisy and clearly had not been cleaned or serviced.. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was working ok.
Security was shockingly poor. In the late evening, after we returned from a concert, we simply walked through the lobby and up the staircase without being challenged or to use any door maglock. The rear door of the hotel was propped open, as was the rear carpark gate. Did not feel safe, dimly lit.
Breakfast made for some interesting choices, and when we selected the 'full English ' option, the food was tepid to cold when it arrived. Some staff were apologetic, some just shrugged their shoulders.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BOOKING THIS HOTEL!!
Very disappointed.
3.7
Expensive for what you get …. And no bar👎
3.7
Got stuck in a room, which was very dirty and musty right at the corner of the Hotel.
3.7
I was disappointed by this hotel and would not recommend in it's current condition. It is very run down, does not reflect the pictures and is not 4*.
Whilst the room was clean, it was very shabby and the general hotel was covered in marks, chipped furniture and carpet stains.
The member of staff on reception when I arrive was quite abrupt when I asked questions, and said they were the only member of staff there that night. Which was quite concerning and didn't feel safe. However, the cleaning staff in the morning were very friendly!
They also require a £50 deposit on check-in for any damages, which is not shared anywhere whilst booking and is ironic considering the state of the hotel.
3.7
We had a room on the first floor and shortly after checking in, the sink and toilet overflowed which obviously wasn't pleasant. There had been torrential rain and I guess the drains couldnt cope but this still is not acceptable. However, after requesting to be moved they did move us to another room on a higher floor
3.7
Friendly Staff and Great Accommodations
3.7
This hotel has seen better days. All of the carpets look dirty and have worn out holes all throughout the hotel. The double beds are 2 singles together.
There was a band playing out back from 8-10pm which reverberated through the rooms.
Fire doors propped open with towels.
